HANGHAI, Oct. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. ("JinkoSolar" or the "Company") (NYSE: JKS), a fast growing, vertically integrated solar power product manufacturer in China, today announced that it has resumed production at its facility in Haining City in Zhejiang Province, China.
The Haining facility, one of two JinkoSolar production facilities, suspended production on September 17, 2011, after an accident involving suspected leakage of fluoride from a waste storage warehouse into a nearby small water channel due to extreme and unforeseen weather conditions.
The Company has taken all the steps recommended by one of the top environmental engineering firms that is licensed by the Chinese government ("Licensed Engineers"). These few steps complemented the measures that the Company had already taken to upgrade its environmental protection practices immediately after the discovery that some amount of fluoride might have accidentally leaked into a small water channel behind its solid waste storage facility at the end of August 2011.
"While we have always been fully committed to environmental safety and social responsibility, we understand from this accident that we always need to think about extreme and unforeseen circumstances and generally enhance our risk management practices," commented Mr. Li Xiande, Chairman of JinkoSolar. "We will apply the lessons we have learned in all our production facilities for the benefit of the environment, the community and all our stakeholders."
"We are expanding our outreach to the communities surrounding our production facilities. "Additionally, we are finalizing our selection of an international environment, health and safety [EHS] company to perform a full scale audit of all our facilities. On September 28, 2011, a committee of experts ("Experts Committee") established by the Haining government approved a set of recommendations developed by the Licensed Engineers with the assistance of the Company and the Haining government to be implemented by the Company.
On October 6, 2011, the Experts Committee, the Environmental Bureau of the Haining government and representatives of Hongxiao Village, reviewed the steps taken by the Company based on the recommendations of the Experts Committee and provided their comments to JinkoSolar's management.
On October 9, 2011, the Experts Committee notified the Company that it was satisfied with the steps taken by the Company.
The Company is waiting for a response from Hongxiao Village on its proposal for a regular schedule of meetings with village officials. The Company is deeply committed to going beyond symbolism to establish a greater understanding of how JinkoSolar and Hongxiao Village can better coexist and how the village can benefit from JinkoSolar's growth.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 42.158.881 von barabo am 01.10.11 14:07:24Ich habe leider viel höher gekauft und muss die Verluste hinnehmen. Ein sehr schlechtes Gefühl dabei habe ich schon lange. Fakt ist das man in diesem Wert mit allem (Pleite,Manipulation etc..) rechnen muß.
Ich kenne zwar keine Details aber ich meine das man während einem Aktienrückkaufprogramm bestimmten Restriktionnen unterworfen ist, z. B. das JKS nur 5% oder weniger des Tagesvolumens für eigene Käufe nutzen darf und dergleichen mehr.

Aber wie kann man sich erklären, dass Jinko immer noch unter Kursdruck steht
Da wird ja schon fast eine Insolvenz eingepreist und andererseits liest man immer mal wieder, dass die Chinesen die Bilanzen der US gelisteten Unternehmen massiv manipulieren.
Mir gefällt auch nicht, dass von dem Aktienrückkaufprogramm so wenig bisher umgesetzt wurde. Sie müssten doch zu 5$ für ein ADR massivst zuschlagen - oder erwarten sie noch tiefere Kurse ? Dann wieder die Schlüsselfrage : WARUM ?
Ich war drin zu knapp 6 $ und ließ mich mit geringem Verlust rauskegeln. Nun will ich abwarten, bis ein Boden charttechnisch etabliert erkennbar wird, oder fern bleiben, wenn eine Sauerei veröffentlicht wird ... man weiß ja nie.

Die Fabrik stellt ausschließlich die Zellen her, im Moment ca. 1,1 Giga im Jahr. Hör die mal auf der Homepage die Pressekonferenz von vor etwa 1 Woche an. Dort werden alle deine Fragen beantwortet.
Die Frage ist in meinen Augen, wie es in dem Werk aussieht, in dem es die Proteste gab.
Also was wird da normalerweise gefertigt und ist jetzt unterbrochen (Wafer, Zellen, Module, alles und wieviel Kapazität)? Wie groß sind dort die Schäden und wann wird wieder produziert?
Ansonsten sollte sich positiv auswirken, dass Jinko afaik einen beträchtlichen Teil des Siliziums am Spotmarkt einkauft und der Preis dort munter vor sich hin bröckelt. Das dürfte die Kosten spürbar senken, so dass Ende des Jahres die Modulkosten bei unter 1 US$/W liegen sollten. Und das müsste eigentlich konkurrenzfähig sein, manche Großen (wie Yingli oder LDK) bauen grade munter Si-Kapazitäten auf, die aber z.Z. (wenn ich deren Präsentationen richtig im Kopf habe) auch nicht billiger als der Spotmarkt produzieren.
Daher habe ich mir gestern auch eine erste kleine Jinko-Position gekauft.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 42.157.188 von barabo am 30.09.11 20:17:09Deutlich über 26 % der Aktien sind aktuell leerverkauft. Die Gesellschaft kann ganz konkret zum aktuellen Kurs noch ca. 15 % der Aktien zurückkaufen. Der Kurs ist auf ein erwartetes 2011er-KGV von unter 1 gefallen.
Was spricht jetzt noch für noch weiter fallende kurse?

The average repurchase price, excluding commissions, was US$6.92 per ADS, and the total purchase price, excluding commissions, was US$5,435,661.
Under the stock repurchase program, JinkoSolar is authorized to repurchase up to US$30 million of its ordinary shares represented by ADSs, from time to time, in open-market transactions within the 12 months following May 6, 2011.
Also können sie noch für 24,5 Millionen $ kaufen. Da wundere ich mich über das Tempo. Denn wenn sie in 4,5 Monaten nur 5,4 Millionen davon umsetzen, würden es in den nächsten 7,5 Monaten nur 6,2 Mill. $ werden.
