Sie haben zwar vor dem Schiedsgericht gewonnen, nur laut Meldung vom 6.10. hat die Regierung nun das Geldeintreiben überall auf der Welt erstmal blockiert. Man dürfte sich jetzt erstmal in juristischen Neuland befinden. Urteil Schiedsgericht und gleichzeitig von staatlicher Seite blockieren. Was zählt nun höher? Eigentlich Schiedsgericht, da man sich irgendwann mal dazu verpflichtet hat es so zu machen, falls Streitigkeiten auftreten zwecks Investorenschutz.

To your question; I don't really know how much money was at the meeting. I did know one of the other shareholders, he is a friend of mine from a few years back. I believe the majority of those present have alreadys been shareholders for some time;based on the questions they asked. I believe there were at least 3 'players' present, not including myself of course! lol I also asked a few questions re:Russian properties and we have our eyes on some already. I reallybelieve this silent partner (Russian company and ties to Rosnano) will bethe catalyst moving forward. The pieces are falling into place for a terrific company and rewards for the shareholders of course. I did ask Rodney about possibility of a one-time dividend when we collect the arbitration, and it had already been discussed but he could only reply:'Anything is Possible'! These guys are good card players!

The budget of Kyrgyzstan for 2015 lays 135 million soms for legal risks. This was announced today by the Finance Minister Olga Lavrova at the meeting of the Social Democratic Party.
According to her, the current budget amounts to $80 million soms, but it will be adjusted.
The deputies asked the official how funds will be reimbursed, paid out of treasury on litigation upon Ak-Keme controversial hotel. "It turns out that the budget is losing millions of dollars, and individuals enjoy the hotel," the leader Chynybai Tursunbekov stated.
The Finance Minister said that accounts of the hotel are frozen, 15 cars and 1 million soms, belonging Ak-Keme, confiscated.
"We had to do this in order to keep shares in Centerra," added Olga Lavrova

It would appear that shares of CG were in jeopardy to a previous judgement and the Finance Minister released funds to cover the judgement in order to 'Keep Shares in Centerra"! This is a crack in the armour I have been waiting to see. I truly believe we will prevail, best case is an agreement to begin working with tax incentives or profit sharing reductions to attempt to balance the arbitration, which could be deferred or put aside (Held safely of course as our guarantee). This is the first evidence of shares being in danger of being seized!
I would like to add, in the interest of fair play: Our financial position is our (my)first concern Our current bank balance, at end of 3rd quarter, according to David will be around 1.7 million. As we continue to spend monthly salaries,legal fees and all other liabilities;144k here in Canada and 120k in the Kyrgyz Republic, we will be short of cash in about 6 months. This was asked at yesyerday's meeting by Fred, who also asked some very pertinent questions. Stan's is cutting down even further in order to reduce costs in the Kygryz Rep., however we do not want to remove security at many sites, especially the factory, or stuff could go missing! Especially known to happen in that part of the world. David assured us they are aware of financial position and it is front and centre. I asked if the award could be used as collateral, and he said yes; in a very selected method of financing; however they have other irons in the fire that will provide financial support, hopefully in the near future. It sounds like a lot is going on behind the scenes, and we will be very happy with the outcome, if we can hang on through some tough times (as I have for 2 years)!. Just wanted to report ALL my info and let you decide what is the best for each of you. All the financial info is of course available in the AGM report on Stan's site and Sedar. Ty Yeribe for your report as well. I found it quite helpful also.
