Vielleicht hilft uns ja die Charttechnik ein wenig und es dreht, oder MCP zieht uns ein wenig mit hoch....

Der neue "Drill Program" dauert bis spät September, bis alle Bohrproben anlysiert werden ist Ende Oktober-Mitte November, wenn der Zeitpunkt günstig ist, wird die PFS Anfang Dezember spätestens kommen. Momentan sind kleine Kursanstiege auf die politische Lage zurück zu führen. Zumindest un USA.
Der bisher am wenigsten beachtete "Junior", nämlich Ucore Rare Metals, ist der einzige Wert, der sich dem REE-Sumpf in der letzten Zeit entziehen konnte! Es sind eben nicht immer diejenigen Werte die besten, bei denen am meisten "getrommelt" wird...

Protestors who hampered the first mining licenses auction explained rationale behind their actions.
“Corrupted government and deputies come, they pillage the country, maraud and suddenly they tender 12 minefields in such situation. We cannot allow mining in such situation,” Kubat Toksobaev, who calls himself a member of New Forces of Kyrgyzstan patriotic movement, told 24.kg news agency.
According him, circumstances forced them to hamper the auction on live television. “If we spoke against during call for bids then the State Geologic Agency would hold the auction by stealth; they changed places of the auction for many times as it is,” he said.
Members of the movement believe Kyrgyzstan economy must be recovered by means of branches which don’t damage environment and the nation health. “Agriculture, textile industry, tourism and others,” Kubat Toksobaev explained. “But all mining projects must be frozen until honest and not-corrupt officials will appear in Kyrgyzstan.”

In Kyrgyzstan, protestors wrecked the first mining licenses auction held in the office of the Public Service Broadcasting Company (OTRK).
A group of men forced their way into the studio during the live program. They didn’t introduce themselves and didn’t explain their intentions but began to chant, “We don’t allow selling dear lands”, “Motherland is not sold”. Security guards failed to prevent scandal and the auction finished before beginning.
Investors, leaving the studio, wondered what the future of guarantee payments will be. According to the State Geologic Agency, they will be returned within 30 days. “Provokers broke the procedure of the auction therefore we have right to postpone the auction,” the Spokesperson for the Agency Kasiet Karacholokova explained.
At the moment everyone was seen off the studio. The situation is calm. Disorderly men were also seen off the office.
Recall, it was planned to tender 11 gold and 1 coal minefields. 49 applications in all from Azerbaijan, Turkey, China, Russia and Kyrgyzstan were submitted. All men come to the auction.

Russia is willing to upgrade TPP of Kyrgyzstan’s capital – Avtandil Kalmambetov

“Russia is willing to upgrade TPP of Kyrgyzstan’s capital,” acting Minister of Energy and Industry Avtandil Kalmambetov stated at today’s meeting on preparations for heating season.
According to him, this idea was being discussed during the visit of the Russian delegation headed by First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Igor Shuvalov in Cholpon- Ata city on August 14-15. “Along with the construction of Kambar-Ata hydroelectric power station and Verkhnenaryn chain of hydroelectric stations Russia is ready to consider the issue of modernization and rehabilitation of boilers at Bishkek TPP. Russians will arrive in the republic in the near future,” Avtandil Kalmambetov explained.
Bishkek TPP’s director general Yuri Frik noted, the Russian side proposes to build a new block with the capacity of over 200 megawatts, which will provide residents with heat and hot water.
