Aura Minerals Inc. announced that it has agreed to sell Mineração Vale Verde Ltda, (“MVV”) which owns the Serrote da Laje Copper Gold project for an aggregate consideration of US$40 million.

The total consideration of US$40 million is made up of a cash payment of US$30 million payable on closing, as well the delivery by the purchasers of a subordinated unsecured note in the principal amount of US$10 million.

Am 8. November kommen die Quartalszahlen. Sandstorm hat ein 1,5% Royalty Deal auf die San Andres Mine von Aura Minerals. Der Quartalsbericht von Sandstorm deutet auf eine höhere Produktion von San Andres in diesem Quartal hin:

Eigentlich erstaunlich, dass der Gold-Hype Aura bisher nicht mehr mitgenommen hat. Man schaue sich nur die immensen (leider niedergradigen) Reserven und Ressourcen von Sao Francisco an:
