ACQUISITION OF SELL MY SHARES TO ACCELERATE DRAWBRIDGE
HIGHLIGHTS
● DigitalX signs an agreement to acquire 100% of Sell My Shares, a market leader in online share execution services such as one-off share sales.
● Since 2013, Sell My Shares has helped over 42,000 Australians with over $300M worth of trades.
● The acquisition is expected to accelerate the commercial development of its Drawbridge product
and in line with its strategy to grow profitable fintech and regtech businesses.
● The acquired business will become integrated with Drawbridge to provide a compliant way for
employees of its growing base of listed company customers to trade shares.
● Sell My Shares represents a profitable customer acquisition channel that is positioned for
additional growth opportunities from enhanced market clearing and settlement technologies.
● DigitalX will pay upfront consideration of $1,640,000, plus deferred consideration of $250,000 subject to certain performance milestones. The acquisition is earnings accretive with no capital raising required given the Company’s strong cash and digital asset position.

The Company is pleased to note new funds flow of $1.3m for the month and a total increase in funds under management for the month of $6.03m (24.25%). In addition to this the Company has seen strong performance in both the DigitalX Bitcoin Fund and DigitalX Digital Asset Fund with gains for the month of 18.94% and 30.89% respectively.

Ursprünglich habe ich ein Ausscheiden von Travers gesehen. Mit allen möglichen Folgen. Das Thema binance gab es nur als rumor.
Doch dies jetzt bestätigt einiges.
Travers bleibt größter Aktionär und die Gefahr eines Verkaufes seiner Aktien überschaubar.
Sein Netzwerk und Einfluß wird eher größer.
Mehr Zuführung von Kunden etc.
Auch das Thema Kapital sollte keines mehr sein.
Insgesamt eine tolle Sache für Digitalx und ein weiterer Anstieg sollte stattfinden.
Cool bleibt Travers hat Digitalx am Rande der Existenz geführt und auch keine haarsträubenden Maßnahmen gescheut.
Mal abgesehen dass er selbst nicht sonderlich bescheiden war in eigener Sache.
Und nun. Die Treppe aufwärts, auch wenn es für die Aktionäere kein tolles Ding in der Vergangenheit war. Aber dies sollte sich jetzt ändern, zumal er selbst „nur“ noch Aktionär ist.
Ich sehe ihn schon in seinem Porsche zur Bibelschule fahren. Nicht der Erste und nicht der Letzte. Thats life!
