PyroGenesis Canada (TSXV:PYR) applies for up-listing to TSX

So wie ich den Text verstehe, wird Pyro um die Auflangen zu erfüllen ein funds raising im Zusammhang mit den uplisting durchführen. Ich denke max. 10M CAD was zu einer nicht sehr starken Verwässerung bei diesem Kurs machbar ist. Das gute dabei ist, dass durch solche eine Aktion die Firma duch Banken gecovert werden. Ein paar Research Reports und damit eine bekannter werden bei anderen Kreisen von Anleger würde Pyro gut tun.

PyroGenesis Files Application to Uplist to TSX as a Technology Company

Listing is subject to the approval of the TSX in accordance with its original listing requirements for technology companies. The TSX has not conditionally approved the company’s listing application and there is no assurance that the TSX will approve the listing application. Without limitation, the original listing requirements of the TSX provide that a company must have a minimum of $10,000,000 in the treasury, the majority of which has been raised by the issuance of securities qualified for distribution by a prospectus, which requirement is not currently satisfied by the company.

“We are proud to announce today that the Board of Directors of PyroGenesis, believing that the Company is at a stage where investors could benefit from an up-listing to a more senior exchange, has taken, and is taking, steps to do just that,” said P. PyroGenesis Announces Receipt of $4.8MM Down Payment under US Navy Contract

(http://pyrogenesis.com) (TSX-V: PYR) (OTCQB: PYRNF) (FRA: 8PY), a high-tech company, (the "Company", the “Corporation” or "PyroGenesis") that designs, develops, manufactures and commercializes plasma atomized metal powder, plasma waste-to-energy systems and plasma torch products, is pleased to announce that, further to its press release dated September 4th, 2020, it has received the first payment (“Down Payment”) of approx. $4.8MM under the previously announced $11.5MM contract (the “Contract”). The Contract is to provide two of PyroGenesis’ waste destruction systems (the “Systems”), one for each ship of the US Navy’s two-ship build.

The Systems are expected to be built within the next 18 months, and are to be installed on the next Gerald R. Ford-class US aircraft carriers; the USS Enterprise (CVN-80) and the USS Doris Miller (CVN-81).

zu einer NR/PR kommen. R‘s benötigen Vorlaufzeit; da hat er keine Zeit für Meinungsboards.

Dazu müsste es natürlich erst ein Spin Off geben. HPQ teilt sich auf in HPQ Silicon und HPQ Nano bei der Variante Gratis Aktien die Pyro Aktionäre bekommen würden.

Waa derzeit auffällt ist das HPQ Silicon sich emanzipiert von Pyro. HPQ Silicon wird langsam als eigenständige Firma im erweiterten Bereich der Batterie Industrie wahrgenommen.

Was bedeutet das für Pyro?
DerAnteil von 50% an HPQ Nano der Pyro gegen Verzicht der Royalties wandeln kann ist meiner Meinung nicht im Pyro Kurs drin. Und Pyro hat das Luxus Problem wieder seine Unternehmenstruktur zu verkomplizieren...

Alternativen?

Entweder die Aktien von HPQ Nano an die Aktionär von Pyro ausschütten oder sie in geplante Pyro 3D Firma einbringen.

Was sind Eure Gedanken dazu?
