Wenn ich das richtig verstanden haben wollen die jetzt in denn nächsten 24 Monaten 20 Millionen shares zurückkaufen, gleichzeitig sollen 20 Millionen shares an die Beschäftigten ausgegeben werden. Denke das ist so ei ESPP Program um die Mitarbeiter zu binden.

Ob man schon damit rechnet, dass die HV auf den 5. Juli verschoben wird?
