Wie hier am Kursverlauf zu sehen ist die Aktie am Boden.Das
kurze Aufheulen vor ein paar Monaten, war dann die letzte
Hoffnung Q-Tech Holdings nochmal zu sanieren.Dazu wurden
nochmal 20 Mio. $ in neuen Aktien ausgegeben.Die PR und IR
des Unternehmens sind mangelhaft.Die Marktkapitalisierung
von ca.290 Mio. HK $ ist immer noch relativ hoch.Das 52
Wochen Tie, das bei 0.004 HK $ lag ist also noch weit entfernt, aber es ist durchaus erreichbar.Die Umsätze von
Q-Tech Holdings sind von ca. 800 Mio. HK $ in 6/98 auf ca.
210 Mio. HK $ in 6/99 eingebrochen.Das entspricht einem Ein-
bruch von ca. 60 %.Der Verlust 1999 betrug ca. 188 Mio. HK $.Es stehen immer noch Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 35 Mio.

CLARIFICATION OF ANNOUNCEMENT
DATED 8 MAY 2000 IN RELATION TO
THE PLACING OF 1,590,249,000 EXISTING SHARES
AND SUBSCRIPTION OF 1,590,249,000 NEW SHARES

The board of directors (the "Directors") of Digital World Holdings Limited (the "Company") refer to the announcement (the "Announcement") of the Company dated 8 May 2000 which was published in relation to the placing of 1,590,249,000 existing shares (each a "Share") of HK$0.001 each in the capital of the Company and the subscription of 1,590,249,000 new Shares.

The Directors noted that there was a typographical error in the Announcement and wish to clarify that the nominal value of the Shares should be HK$0.001 each instead of HK$0.01 each as stated in the definition section of the Announcement.

The Directors refer to the Announcement which was published in relation to the placing of 1,590,249,000 existing shares (each a "Share") of HK$0.001 each in the capital of the Company and the subscription of 1,590,249,000 new Shares.
