Ich glaube nicht das C1 morgen einbricht, denn wer verkauft vor den Quartalszahlen eine im vergleich zu Ariba unterbewertete Aktie. Sind die Zahlen auch nur annähernd so gut wie die von Ariba gibt es C1 nur noch dreistellig zu kaufen.
Zu optimistisch ? Wenn der B2B Boom bis dahin anhält eher nicht !

Roumors,nichts weiter.Nur Gerüchte.
Sobald sich so eine News in einem Anerkannten Sender/Website findet wird sie sofort eingegeben.
Klatsch und Tratsch hoffe ich wird sich weiterhin nicht in diesem
"bisher" außer ein paar Ausnahmen ernst Diskutiertem Board einschleichen.

Von Cupsieger hat man auch nichts mehr gehört,der hat es ja nun mal gestreut.

12th Ariba User Group & Advisory Council in Burlingame, Calif., Ariba, Inc.
(NASDAQ: ARBA) and Microsoft Corp (NASDAQ: MSFT) today announced the
extension of their alliance designed to speed the adoption and deployment of
innovative eCommerce solutions based on the Microsoft® BizTalk™
framework and Ariba Network™ services. Building on the success Ariba and
Microsoft have realized with the Ariba ORMSTM e-commerce solution, on the
Microsoft BackOffice® platform, including the Microsoft Windows NT® Server
operating system and Microsoft SQL Server™, the two companies are
extending their relationship to break down traditional communication barriers
on the Internet that result from transacting business through disparate
technology systems, and to provide powerful business-to-business
eCommerce solutions to customers.

Under this enhanced agreement and with help from Microsoft, Ariba will use
the BizTalk Framework to integrate a Microsoft Site Server Commerce
Edition-based sell-side solution with the Ariba Network™ service. This will
allow Ariba customers to quickly integrate business-to-business with their
suppliers and partners over the Internet with business transactions flowing
directly through the Ariba Network service through BizTalk.

From chemicals to computers to maintenance services, most companies today
use paper-based methods to buy nearly all of their operating resources, the
non-production goods and services required for daily operations. As a result,
employees often go around corporate purchasing processes and make
expensive "maverick"(off-contract) purchases. By making it easier to order
goods and services from the employees’ desktops through the Ariba Walkup™
user interface, companies are able to direct aggregated spending through the
Ariba Network service toward preferred suppliers at lower prices while also
eliminating costly process inefficiencies.

jetzt fängt die kiste erstmal so richtig an zu laufen.

am montag wen die zahlen ungefähr so ausfallen sollten wie bei ariba, ich glaube dann gibt es eine explosion nach oben wie wir uns das noch garnicht vorstellen können.

vileicht ist dies nur ein traum, aber mann weiss ja nie.

ich bin mit meinen os 573326 (120000 Stück)die ich am freitag gekauft habe so dick im plus, das ich auf jedenfall montag die zahlen abwarte.

Charttechnisch sieht es bei Commerce One jetzt wieder super aus. Nachbörslich ist der Kurs wieder deutlich im Plus und ein Ende des Aufwärtstrends ist vorerst nicht abzusehen, da am Dienstag schon die Quartalszahlen kommen. Sind diese gut, wird ein weiteres Feuerwerk gezündet ... 100% Potential ist vom aktuellen Kurs aus betrachtet mindestens noch drin bis Jahresende.

Ariba ist momentan mit knapp 30 Millarden Dollar bewertet, Commerce One mit lediglich 9,5 Millarden Dollar. Somit besitzt ARBA mehr als eine dreifach so hohe Marktkapitalisierung wie Commerce One, und das ist (auch wenn Ariba-Fans hier sind) nicht gerechtfertigt.

Im Folgenden wird ein kleiner Vergleich der beiden B2B-Marktführer angestrebt:

Wie man an den obigen Zahlen erkennt, wuchs Commerce One bisher immer schneller als Ariba. Allerdings hat Ariba im 2. Quartal 2000 einen kräftig Umsatzanstieg von 101% verzeichnet. Schafft es Commerce One ein ähnliches Wachstum oder gar ein höheres Wachstum vorzuzeigen, dann müssen die Karten neu gemischt werden.

Drei Szenarien gäbe es dann:

1. Kurs von Ariba runter und der von Commerce One stagniert
2. Kurs von Commerce One steigt und der von Ariba stagniert
3. Kurs von Commerce One steigt schneller als der von Ariba

Als B2B-Fan tippe ich auf Szenario 3, sollte Commerce One es in diesem oder nächsten Quartal schaffen, Ariba komplett einzuholen oder gar zu übertrumpfen.

Es gibt keinen wirklich grossen Unterschied zwischen Szenario 2 und 3 :-) Szenario 1 ist
unwahrscheinlich. Ich meine: das Gap wird sich schließen, egal ob beide steigen, fallen
oder sich sonst wie entwickeln. Und in einem Jahr gibt es ein Gap zugunsten von C1.
