Ich denke in den Pinksheets nicht. Vileicht bestätigt das meine Vermutung das Tony Cataldo MVEE absichtlich in die Pinks abgleiten hat lassen.

MIRACLE TEAM REVEALED

Sacker, Savay-Ross Solidify Miracle Ent. Executive Ranks LOS ANGELES, July 12, 2000 - Miracle Entertainment Chairman and CEO Tony Cataldo and President and COO Richard Abramson, together with board member Martin Landau, today announced the hiring of industry veterans Neil Sacker and Julie Savay-Ross to key management positions within the company.

Launched at the Cannes Film Festival 2000, Miracle Entertainment is a publicly held independent film production company (Pink Sheets: MVEE) based in Los Angeles.

In its first year, Miracle will fully finance production and P&A for four to five studio-distributed pictures with budgets in the $15 M to $40 M range, as well as one to two lower budgeted films. Miracle`s upcoming slate includes the sequel to the 1969 classic Easy Rider, scheduled to begin filming this fall.

Neil Sacker joins Miracle as Executive Vice President of the publicly held parent company, Miracle Entertainment, Inc. and will oversee business and legal affairs for all operating units. He also serves as Co-President of the company`s filmed entertainment production unit Miracle Pictures.

Julie Savay-Ross comes aboard as President, International Distribution, expanding the company`s reach worldwide. She will be responsible for sales of Miracle-produced pictures as well as acquisitions.

In a joint statement Cataldo and Abramson said "These two individuals are very elite in their field and will help us realize our goal of making Miracle a premiere content supplier as Hollywood enters the digital age."

Sacker said, "I`ve learned the hard way that having a good business plan is not enough. Richard, Tony and Martin have a great business plan and the solid resources to execute it. I am eager to join Miracle`s superb management team."

Savay-Ross said, "Miracle`s team has the artistic and commercial vision as well as the financial power to become a leading force in the production of theatrical, cast-driven, quality motion pictures. I look forward to introducing Miracle to the international community."

Prior to his new position, Sacker was president, worldwide business and legal affairs at Destination Films. He was formerly Executive Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs for Miramax. He began his showbusiness career as a senior counsel at Warner Bros.

Savay-Ross joins Miracle from Initial Entertainment Group where she was vice president, international distribution, overseeing all aspects of international sales and distribution. She was previously director of international sales and administration for Promark Entertainment.

Easy Rider A.D.
With multi-sequel rights to the 1969 classic obtained from original exec-producer Bert Schneider, the new picture is written and to be directed by Mikki Allen Willis (Shoe Shine Boys). Producers are Cataldo, Abramson and Glen Tobias. Landau is exec producer. Principal photography begins in November. Budget $40 M.

Jungle Juice
From Kiss Me Guido writer/director Tony Vitale, a raunchy comedy set in the Caribbean. Stars Darren Geare and R.J. Knoll (Shoe Shine Boys). Shooting August 21 on location in Turks & Caicos Islands. Producers are Cataldo and Abramson. Landau is exec producer.

Funny Money
Based on the British play by Ray Cooney with a screenplay by Leslie Greif (Walker, Texas Rangers) and Henry Basil. Producers are Cataldo and Abramson. Starts late fall in Montreal and New York. Landau is exec producer. Budget $35 M.

Alicia`s Book
A co-production with Avi Lerner`s Millenium Films. Producers are Lerner, Cataldo and Pinchas Perry, with Abramson exec producing.
