RE: Questions about Australian Mineral Proc.

Thankyou for your enquirey,
AMPL underwent a major change in May 2000. The poor revenues in the past
were due to the mining business coming to the end of its life. The board had
to write down a considerable number of mining assets which showed as losses
on the books. All of the mining interests are now being transferred out of
the company. into Goldex Resources NL.
In May of 2000 the board was replaced to reflect the new high technology
businesses that the company now controls. Some of the individuals now on
the board are well known in international markets.
Following a recent purchase, and a joint venture, AMPL now controls three
high technology companies. An Internet company called thingstodo
(www.thingstodo.com.au), a software production company called Maxsoft and a
waste processing company. All three are high tec companies. All are
potentially high revenue earning. Maxsoft is already profitable. The waste
processing business aims to earn a profit of $1 million AUD this year. The
profit forecast is reliant on a joint venture agreement coming together in
the next two weeks. We already have a heads of agreement for this joint
venture and are confident that this will proceed.
thingstodo aims to earn a revenue of $4.2 million a city within two to three
years. We will be investing profits back into growth - expansion into
Europe and so I do not imagine we will be paying dividends for some time to
come. We have three cities coming on line this month. We plan to bring
online 12 cities in the next two years. We plan to develop sites across
England and Germany (that is the reason that Hans Moser is on the board).
Maxsoft is also in a high growth mode.
We do not intend to raise revenue soon. We have $ 3 million in cash and
receivables and plan to be cash flow positive by the end of this financial
year. However, the market can often lay the best made plans to rest!
We are now debt free. Not bad for an internet and software company!
Unfortunately I cannot tell you of those business facts which have not yet
been released to the market. However, several releases are about to be made
to the market. So please keep a watching brief on AMPL.
Kind regards,
David Adams,
Managing Director
