SPAZ - Fairer Wert liegt bei 2 Dollar = 300 % Kurssteigerung! - 500 Beiträge pro Seite

SPAZ wächst im Jahr um 100% und ist im 3D-Akustikbereich Weltmarktführer. In allen Neuen Märkten wie DVD-Player, MP3-Player, Set Top Boxen, Smartphones, in Spielekonsolen, Digital-Fernseher wird SPAZ eingebaut. Das sind neue boomende Märkte, die noch lange Wachstum garantieren und mit einer Rezession nicht´s zu tun haben werden! SPAZ ist der einzige profitable Anbieter und gräbt der Konkurrenz das Wasser ab. Eine Monopolstellung ist absehbar.

Das KGV für 2000 liegt bei 25.
Das KGV für 2001 liegt bei 8

Da SPAZ nicht produziert, sondern nur Lizenzen verkauft, ist das Buisness hochprofitabel und man wird im Gewinn überproportional zum Umsatz zulegen.

Das KGV für 2002 könnte derzeit bei 2-3 liegen.

Das sind konservative Schätzungen, die auf den Fakten der vergangenen Quartalsberichte und geschlossenen neuen Verträge beruhen. Einen fairen Kurs kann sich jeder selber vorstellen.

Es kursiert das Gerücht das SPAZ mit Sony einen Vertrag schließen soll. Abwägig ist das nicht. Sony war anfangs mit vielen DVD-Playern bei den Topsellern. Ist aber inzwischen von den spazifierten Geräten von Samsung und Toshiba von dieser Spitzenposition verdrängt worden.

Gestern wurden 40 % Kursplus im Sturm erobert und gegen Schluß wurde der ASK noch komplett weggekauft. Letzes Jahr stieg SPAZ schon einmal von 0,3 bis auf 2,5. Im Gegensatz zu vielen Seifenblasen am Neuen Markt, ist hier eine hochprofitable Firma am Werk mit einem Supermanagement in einem Zukunftsmarkt tätig. Die Akustik im Internet und auch bei Mobiltelefonen wird immer wichtiger. Auch hier arbeitet Spaz an Lösungen.

Mit einer Markkapitalisierung von gerade mal 23 Millionen ist hier viel möglich. Spaz ist so ziemlich mit jedem Big Player verbandelt. Ein neues Produkt kann hier superschnell vermarktet werden.

Das ist ein klassischer Longwert und für einen OTCBB-Wert sehr konservativ. Liegenlassen und wohlfühlen und vielleicht hat man nach ein paar Jahren aufgrund der Erweiterung der Produktpallette und des Verkaufes dieser eine Fa. mir einer fairen Bewertung von 300-400 Mill Mk in seinen Depot, was nicht unrealistisch ist und bis zu 2000 % Kurssteigerung bedeuten würde. Bloß weil der Markt den überwerteten Schrott abstraft, solltet ihr nicht den Mut verlieren und immer die Perlen im Auge behalten.

Hier könnt ihr die Entwicklung der DVD-Player Verkäufe beobachten. Die Haupteinnahmequelle bisher. Dabei ist zu berücksichtigen, daß das USA Zahlen sind. Asien und Europa sind hinten nach und wachsen deutlich schneller.

Hi Kasi netter Push,

ne im Ernst SPAZ hat wirklich grossartige Aussichten. Der momentane Hype hat natürlich mit dem etwas mehr als als ein Gerücht zu tun.
Ich denke in 1-2 Jahren werden wir wieder Nasdaq notiert sein. Und jeder der meint SPAZ wär eine kleine Klitsche, sollte sich noch einmal die Lizenz und Vertragspartner von SPAZ anschauen.
Diese grossen Firmen werden nicht mit jedem Bäcker einen Vertrag abschliessen.

Diese Verträge werden ihre Früchte tragen und Spatializer wird den Audiobereich weiter durchdringen, so wie es bisher im DVDPMarkt geschehen ist. Spatializer`s Technik entwickelt sich mittlerweile als ein Verkaufsargument und wird bald ein Muss für die weiteren Audiobereiche sein.

Aber bis zur Nasdaq werden wir noch weitere Höhen und Tiefen sehen.

bin immer noch glücklich, dass ich meine SPAZ bei damals 0,70 verscherbelt habe ... wenn man die umsätze (handelsvolumen) an der börse betrachtet, tut sich hier viel zu wenig, um dass es interessant werden könnte, sieht so aus als würden die hiesigen SPAZ fans sich ihre shares gegenseitig verkaufen.

Spatializer ist Leidenschaft und Sucht zugleich,vielleicht wirst Du es auch mal erleben.

Alleine aufgrund der Euphorie sind 500%-Sprünge drin.

Für mich zählt : Spaz ist klein,fundamental gesund und bei jedem "Gerücht" kochen die Massen.

Es sind über 60% in meinem Depot(im Dezember waren es 100%)

Gehört vielleicht nicht hierhin - habe mir heute einen AIWA-Recorder gekauft,mit QSOUND - die Büchse bringe ich morgen zurück.

Deine Frage scheint mir ernst gemeint:

Spaz hatte sich damals abseits vom Hauptgeschäft mit Forschung und Entwicklung einer neuen Speichertechnologie hochverschuldet.
Die Firma stand vor dem Aus.
Diese Aktivitäten sind mittlerweile eingestellt.

Heute besinnt man sich wieder auf die Kernkompetenz "Audiotechnologie".

Adjustments to Second Quarter Accruals Due to Late Royalty Reporting And Change in Licensee Royalty Reporting Method Negatively Impacts Third Quarter

Operating Results, Which Would Otherwise Have Reflected a Small Profit

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Spatializer Audio Laboratories, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SPAZ) today announced its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2001.

Revenues for the third quarter of fiscal 2001 were $303,000, compared to revenues of $630,000 in the third quarter of fiscal 2000, a decrease of 52%. Revenues for the nine-months ended September 30, 2001 were $1,215,000 compared to revenues of $1,666,000 in the comparable nine-month period last year.

The company reported net loss for the quarter of $175,000, $0.00 basic and diluted per share, compared with net income of $104,000, $0.00 basic and diluted per share, in the comparable period last year. Net loss for the nine-months ended September 30, 2001 was $267,000, ($0.01) basic and diluted per share, compared to net income of $386,000, $0.01 basic and diluted per share, in the comparable nine-month period last year.

The decrease in the revenues reported in the third quarter resulted primarily from adjustments to revenues accrued in the prior quarter to reflect actual cash receipts for second quarter operations. The Company`s long standing policy has been to accrue revenue based on estimates derived from historical and current information available when SEC reports are due. In the quarter ended June 30, 2001, reporting changes and delayed reporting impacted these estimates. Effective April 1, 2001, two manufacturers assumed royalty reporting and payment responsibilities previously held by a single DSP foundry. The change in reporting entities and the related change in payment from the previous policy of shipments by the DSP foundry to the manufacturers to the new policy of royalties based on the manufacturer`s shipment of DVD players resulted in an over-accrual of estimated revenues in the second quarter. An adjustment of approximately $200,000 was made in the third quarter.

Revenues for the nine months ended September 30, 2001 were lower because of the aforementioned adjustment and a flat fee license royalty of 250K earned in the first half of 2000 for which there were no comparable royalties in the current year. In addition, royalties on analog integrated circuits have declined from a major account due to a continuing sales decline of audio related special purpose ICs.

The net loss for the three and nine month periods are primarily the result of the decrease in revenue and an increase in operating expenses, primarily for research and development. The Company previously reported in its second quarter that it had accelerated its hiring program to capitalize on a brief supply of engineering talent in the Silicon Valley as a result of industry layoffs. In addition, the Company stepped up its use of outside consultants to move several projects closer to completion. These initiatives were trimmed in the third quarter to more closely synch overhead with current operating levels.

"It`s always disappointing to report a quarterly loss, but when a modest quarterly profit is turned into a loss due to untimely and inadequate information, its even more difficult," stated Henry R. Mandell, Chairman and CEO of Spatializer. "Shareholders sometimes ask why we don`t report earlier and now we unfortunately see why that can be problematic. We have communicated to our licensee the importance of timely information and the obvious ramifications from any delayed information."

Mandell continued, "Nevertheless, we are moving our business ahead in these uncertain times. We reduced our overhead by over 20% compared to the previous quarter. In the third quarter, we announced our first portable digital player deal with Sanyo. This reflects a re-established relationship with the Sanyo organization where there are significant opportunities. We added Sharp DVD and SONICblue to our licensee family. Zoran Corporation designated us as a preferred provider on their Vaddis(R) DSP line, including the new Vaddis V processor. We extended our relationship with Texas Instruments with new platform availability and are collaborating with them in a joint marketing effort. Lastly, we announced Spatializer PCE(TM) that represents the Company`s next-generation audio enhancement technology that both polishes and expands the listener`s audio experience. As a small company, we have accomplished much in the past quarter and I`m proud of our team. I expect a solid and profitable fourth quarter and look forward to success in this competitive environment."
