divine Completes Acquisition of marchFIRST Assets

Central Region business unit, and the majority of the Central Region`s outstanding accounts receivable.

The acquired marchFIRST operations have a current client base of more than 350 predominantly Fortune 1000 companies. Its

intelligence, supply chain and business systems, infrastructure planning, and brand and market development.

Insider gehen davon aus, daß das Unternehmen aufgrund mangelnder

1,65 US Dollar.

Havas buys ad agency McKinney & Silver

NEW YORK, April 12 (Reuters) - French ad giant Havas Advertising (NasdaqNM:HADV -
news) said on Thursday that it was buying McKinney & Silver, the traditional ad agency of troubled Internet consultancy
marchFIRST Inc. (NasdaqNM:MRCH - news), giving it clients such as car maker Audi and drinks giant Bacardi Ltd.

McKinney & Silver will operate as a separate entity within Havas` Arnold
Worldwide Partners division, Havas said. Financial terms were not disclosed,
but Raleigh, N.C.-based agency has annual billings of $350 million.

``It gives us a lot of incremental resources,`` Don Maurer, president and chief
executive of McKinney & Silver, told Reuters. He said Havas will give the
agency a global reach, which will help it to service its clients better as more
and more advertisers run global advertising campaigns.

Maurer said he expected no layoffs in the wake of the deal and said the
agency`s management structure would remain the same. He said there should
be no client conflicts from the deal.

The move comes as marchFIRST has been weighing the sale of certain units
as the company struggles to meet some of its loan obligations. Just last week,
the troubled company said it was cutting its work force by 30 percent, or 1,700 employees.

MarchFIRST`s shares closed at their year low of 31 cents on Wednesday, but were halted for trading on Thursday. They have
traded at a year high of $30.13.

MarchFirst files for Chapter 11

NEW YORK, April 12 (Reuters) - Internet consultancy MarchFirst Inc. (NasdaqNM:MRCH - news) on Thursday filed for
protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy code, the Delaware bankruptcy court clerk`s office showed.

The Chicago, Ill.--based company listed assets and debts of greater than $100 million each, according to court papers. Its creditors numbered more than 1,000 parties,
the papers showed.

Company officials were not immediately available to provide further information about the bankruptcy filing. MarchFirst had said in early April that it was cutting its
workforce as it struggled to meet some of its loan obligations.

Its shares, which were halted before Thursday`s regular trading session, closed at 31 cents on Wednesday. Its shares have a 52-week high of $30.125.
