Union Capital ist wie Adelong eine Minengesellschaft, die sich nunmehr dem Internet zuwendet.
Im Moment gibt es die Aktie in Deutschland zuvor erheblich billiger als Adelong!

Zum Vergleich:
Kurs Berlin Adelong geteilt Kurs Australien Adelong mal Kurs Australien Union Capital (ganz einfacher Dreisatz):
0,33 Euro geteilt durch 0,47 AU$ mal 0,21 AU$ gleich

0,147 Euro! Die Aktie wurde in Berlin aber gestern nur mit 0,11 Euro gehandelt. Im Vergleich zu Adelong bekommt man Union Capital damit also 25 % billiger!

Ja, sparen Sie 3,7 Cent beim Kauf einer (noch) 11 Cent Aktie, bei Adelong kostet Sie der gleiche Spaß 14,7 Cent. (klingt ja fast wie auf dem Wochenmarkt!)

Ich hab hier mal zwei News herausgesucht, die ich für very interesting halte:

News 1:

LETTER TO SHAREHOLDERS
On 24 November 1999, Union Capital Limited announced that it had
negotiated a $2 million Convertible Note Facility, to assist with
funding for Union`s share of the first stage of the feasibility study
of the world class Mehdiabad Zinc Project in Iran, and for future
expansion in the Internet technology industry.

Subsequently, the Company has entered into arrangements to take a
further equity funding interest in the Identikey business, which
could increase your Company`s stake to as high as 45% in the
specialised internet security business.

Under ASX Listing Rule 7.1, shareholder approval is required as the
Convertible Note Facility will most probably lead to an issue of 40
million ordinary shares. The terms and conditions of the Convertible
Notes are detailed in the attached Notice of Meeting.

In addition, the Company took advantage of the recent share price
surge to issue two placements, to raise $14 million to facilitate
funding your Company`s continuing investments, and to enable further
investments to be made in the Internet Technology industry, and the
highly rated mineral projects in Iran.

Interessant hieran:

Union Capital steht in Verhandlung mit der Internet-Gesellschaft Identikey, um seinen Anteil an Identikey auf 45 % zu erhöhen. Demnach ist man auch schon zur Zeit beteiligt und möchte die Beteiligung ausbauen.
Weitere Internet Investment sind geplant, die notwendigen finanziellen Mittel hierfür wurden von der Hauptversammlung von heute (11.01.00) genehmigt und sind scheinbar auch schon am Kapitalmarkt eingeholt worden in den letzten Wochen.
Die Gesellschaft gibt ihr bisheriges Standbeim Bergbau nicht ganz auf, so daß das Risiko durch den laufenen Bergbaubetrieb abgemildert wird.

Identikey schützt Zugang zu Websites

Wer Paßwörter benutzt, muß damit rechnen, daß diese ausgespäht werden. Dagegen helfen Chipkarten oder spezielle
Anmeldeprogramme mit Einmalpaßwörtern; beide erfordern aber zusätzliche Installationen auf dem Computer. Information Dynamics
liefern mit Identikey eine handliche Lösung, die mit einem Browser auskommt.

Identikey ermöglicht, geschützte Bereiche auf WWW-Sites einzurichten, deren Inhalte nur nach erfolgreicher Authentifizierung
zugänglich sind. Zur Freigabe muß der Anwender quasi als Einmalpaßwort eine 8stellige Ziffernfolge (Response) in ein
HTML-Formular eingeben. Ein handliches Gerät, ein sogenanntes Security-Token, berechnet dieses Paßwort aus einer
übertragenen Zufallszahl (Challenge). Der Server überprüft die Antwort und ermittelt daraus die Seriennummer des Token, das
eindeutig einem Benutzer zugeordnet ist. Danach entscheidet der Server anhand der Zugriffsrechte des identifizierten Benutzers,
welche Seiten übertragen werden dürfen.

The technology was first exhibited at CeBIT in Hanover last March and has since grabbed the attention of high-profile companies
globally as well as Germany`s national security authorisation body, Bundesamt Fur Sicherheit and Informationstechnologie, which
has fast-tracked evaluation in response to government demand.

It is now being trialed by about 20 companies including General Electric in Singapore, a German cancer research unit called
Kassenarztliche Vereinigung Nordrhein, and in Australia by Ray White and the Queensland Government.

The company`s managing director, Mr Mark Kefford, said yesterday the technology had "the ability to sell by the millions of units"

low grade gold deposit. In addition, Union’s Australian gold projects at Croydon and at Forsayth West are of sufficient merit to
attract Joint Ventures with major gold producers including Newcrest Mining at Croydon and Kidston Gold at Forsayth West.
The Capital Division is establishing itself as a technical manager to investment funds operating in the same industries as the
Company. A joint venture with Aurex (Labuan) Limited due to commence trading shortly is expected to generate new sources of
capital for selected projects. More details will be provided as this new division of the company evolves.

Internet Start up venture “Radio City”.



Union Capital Limited announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Union Technologies Limited, has signed an agreement, subject
to due diligence and Board approval to invest in the Internet Start up venture “Radio City”.

Union will acquire a 25% equity stake in “Radio City” for a capital injection of $250,000 over a 3 – 6 month period. The investment
will be used to finance upgrades to capital equipment, the hiring of key staff and a rapid product development program that will see
“Radio City” produce a series of targeted products for specific markets.

“Radio City” was formed six months ago from a seed capital investment made by Microsoft Australia. Microsoft co-launched “Radio
City” with the release of Internet Explorer 5.0 in March this year. “Radio City” currently operates as the premier on-line portal to
Australian Audio/Visual content on the Internet, including Radio, Television, Seminars and Live Events.

“Radio City” provides turnkey solutions that let companies, conference organisers and individuals effectively operate their own
Television Station, using the Internet as the broadcast medium. Channels are rented out to clients who in turn can generate income
from their own Pay Per View revenue and/or advertising revenue.

“Radio City” and Praxa Australia have also formed an alliance to produce on-line broadcasting of leading IT News and Views with a
weekly update. Oscar Marquez of Praxa Australia said “We have been looking to partner with a leading Australian focused portal for
TV, Radio, Information and Events – “Radio City” stood out as the premier streaming media company and the only provider in
Australia that offered the necessary advertising, payments and video production infrastructure to meet our needs”. Live and
On-demand Broadcasting from a new IT News channel is scheduled to commence in late September 1999.

“Radio City” is also establishing an events management and live broadcast division to be called Radio City Events, in association
with APPNET. Some early clients include Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Internet World, Corporation Builders, The Ekka and Big Boys
Toys.

“Radio City” is headed up by Piers Macrae Cockram. Mr Cockram previously led the TAFE Internet Service project in Queensland,
and was responsible for the set up and operation of a 75,000 user network spread over 62 campus locations throughout Queensland.
Mr Cockram has been involved in the commercial applications of the Internet since 1995 and has worked for industry leaders such
as Digital Video Productions and OzEmail Access 1. He holds degrees from the University of Paris in both mathmatics and
computer science. Mr Cockram is also a Director of Union Technologies Limited.

world`s largest suppliers of Internet transaction verification software have just paid A$900 million for a South African system not

10 months or earlier).
This deal illustrates how good a deal UCL have done in aquiring what they have for peanuts.

Haste Dir nen guten Vorsatz fürs neue Jahr einfallen lassen? Oder wo hast Du diese Kursziele her?

Also kurzfristig sehe ich etwa 0.17 bis 0.18 Euro (mehr gibt der Chart nicht her!)
Langfristig eventuell (wenns sehr gut läuft) 0.40 bis 0.50 Euro. Aber das wir ja auch schon was!

Das macht zwischen Euro 0.13 bis 0.14
Schlußkurs in Berlin gestern Euro 0.11
Also ist die Aktie zur Zeit noch in Berlin um Euro 0.02 bis 0.03 billiger.

Normalerweise kosten Australien/Hongkong-Stocks bis zu 25 % Aufschlag in Berlin.
Hier gibt`s mal ein Wert, bei dem dieser absolut unbegründete Schweinezuschlag noch nicht in Deutschland kreist.
Weil Union Capital noch! keiner kennt.
Wenn sich das ändert, kostet die auch 25 % Aufschlag auf den umgerechneten Australienkurs.
Das wären dann schon 0.14 + 25 % = 0.17 Euro. Noch gibt`s den Wert für Euro 0.11.

(P.S. Dieser Beitrag ist von jemandem, der schon in Union Capital investiert ist, also nach allgemeiner Logik hier am Board ein abgezockter Pusher, der Euch nur noch schnell seine demnächst wertlosen Share teuer verscherbeln will! Darum lasst bitte alle schön brav die Finger von der Aktie, damit ich mich heute morgen in Berlin noch mal schnell und günstig zum Kurs von gestern für 0,11 Euro eindecken kann bevor der Asienzuschlag eingepreist wird!)
