Nettel Holdings Provides Corporate Update
Company Initiates Call Center and Service Center Construction
Nettel Holdings subsidiary (OTC BB: NTTL), Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges (NT7, WKN 727487) provides corporate update on active operating subsidiaries.

Management is currently in setting up a major customer service and Network Operating Center (NOC) which will act as the main servicing hub for Nettel Telecom, VoipEscrow, AVOP, Entec Software, and PhoneZoo. The call center will greatly increase the scalability of Nettel Holdings, so that it can process increased volumes of orders and customer inquiries.

Nettel Telecom has been Nettel Holdings main revenue driver over the past few months with a combined $4.7 million in revenues through the first two months of Q3. Throughout the month of September, Nettel Telecom has seen average daily revenues in the range of $105,000-$115,000/day with 10-12% Gross Profit Margin. Revenues would have been even greater if additional short-term resources weren`t used to set up the call center. Nettel Telecom has also hired and trained additional management personnel to support the expected increases in buying/selling minutes and assurance of quality routes. Currently, Nettel Telecom is buying over 30 million minutes per month from other network carriers and reselling them to large wholesalers.

Customers have been testing the VoipEscrow beta version over the past month and are very impressed at the convenience of the system, not just the cost savings. In the past, customers have ignored pursuing many smaller profitable transactions because the existing escrow or LC process is too time consuming and costly. VoipEscrow is the only company now on the market that will allow us and our customers to initiate and complete the entire transaction without having to go through a manual process involving customer service. VoipEscrow is currently patent pending, and the company expects this subsidiary to start reporting significant revenues in the next 60 days. AVOP (Advanced Voice Order Processing) is garnering significant interest from buyers and seller of telecom minutes. By joining AVOP Direct, carriers and service providers will be able to avoid the time and expense of negotiating and managing one-time agreements with other carriers or telecom providers. AVOP Direct handles routing management, settlements, billing and administration, allowing carriers to save on staff and administration costs. www.avop.net

Nettel Holdings Surpasses $3 Million in August Revenues
Nettel Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: NTTL), Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges (NT7, WKN 727487) realizes significant revenue growth through the first 2 months of the third quarter

The company expects the growth trend to continue for the foreseeable future. Nettel enters the month of September at a $130,000 a day revenue rate, and expects to be averaging $200,000 a day in less then 90 days.

As previously stated, Nettel Holdings collected an estimated $1.5 million, or $48,000/day, in July sales and $1.5 million through the first 15 days of August. Total August sales are expected to be $3.2 million, or $103,000/day, with an average 10-12% gross profit margin.

Nettel Holdings Reports Outstanding Steady Increases in All Sales Divisions
Nettel Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: NTTL), Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges (NT7, WKN 727487) Reports Outstanding Steady Increases in all Sales Divisions.

Revenue and earnings continue to increase to record levels. First quarter revenue was $300,000, second quarter revenue expanded to $531,000. In July an additional $1.5 million dollars was generated.

In addition, so far for the month of August, Nettel has generated over $1.5 million thru August 15th, and is now averaging more than $100,000 per day in revenue. This exceeds our projections that we made in July that we would reach $100,000 by August 31st. Profit margins have also been higher than anticipated, averaging 10 - 12%.

Nettel has achieved tremendous growth for the past 5 months and we expect to see similar gains from now on. We will also be ramping up some of our other divisions by the end of the 4th quarter which will add substantial revenue and earnings to Nettel`s bottom line.

Steady clients and their existing customer base have enabled us to tackle and fill ongoing orders smoothly and with the top priority they deserve to be shown.

Judging by the overwhelming positive responses and new customer referrals we`ve been daily receiving, we are continually expanding, upgrading or devising new ways to keep up with our commitments. There`s no slowing down, so we just have to meet these challenges in positive ways that bring results to our clients as quickly as possible. Nettel won`t rush something through by skimping on quality, however, and we feel that everyone is quite satisfied knowing our efforts in all areas bring the required balance.

Expanding our desire to supply VoIP telecommunication for everyone`s sake is our fondest wish, and we sure appreciate the help given by our loyal stockholders -- who are the backbone of our various business endeavors.
