Hier sind viele short nächste Woche Mega Gegenbewegung! Verdoppler mit Sicht auf 14 Tage !
Am Freitag ging es kurz vor Handelsschluß in USA richtig ab! Fast 15 % innerhalb weniger Minuten zugelegt,vielleicht waren es Insider die gekauft haben!!!!

Am Montag sollte man noch günstig reinkommen rechne im Laufe der kommenden Woche mit bis zu 0,60 € das sind locker mal 50%!!!!

Viele Shorties sind auf dem falschen Fuß erwischt wurden die nun ihre Aktien wieder eindecken müssen.

Liebe Interessierten,

nachdem hier wieder viel geplaudert wird, was an den Haaren herbeigezogen ist. Vor allem die negativen Stimmen, aber auch einige positive.
Ich habe mich persönlich Cal-Bay Int. gewandt (da ich selbst seit längeren eine sechstellige Anzhal an Aktien von Cal-Bay besitze), mit der Frage, ob die Outstanding Shares von 2 Mio. korrekt sind, das wurde mit ja beantwortet, und dann hab ich noch gefragt, wie es zu zwei solche "Horror-Tagen" hat kommen können.

Cal-Bay International Property Portfolio to Increase to Over $43M as Company Signs $20M Contract for Purchase of Additional 400+ Homes

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 10, 2006--The Board of Directors of San Diego-based Cal-Bay International, Inc. (OTCBB:CBAY - News) today announced the Company entered into a
Cal-Bay International's Chief Operations Officer announced the news after the Board of Directors confirmed the company had entered into a purchase agreement for the acquisition of the homes.

The latest acquisition will increase the company's portfolio to over 450 properties in the USA and increase the company's real estate holdings to over $43M.

The terms of the contract require non-disclosure at this time, but the company expects the acquisition to be completed on or before May 31st, 2006.

The properties are all single family homes of which the majority are currently rented. Upon closing, this would add an additional $3.2M+ per year to the company's revenue stream.

The company is currently in negotiations for several additional properties in the Pacific Coast region.
