sucht man nach dem Papier:

Foothills Resources Inc.
US34512E1091 ( A0JKK1 )

wird dieses z.Zt. in den höchsten Tönen gelobt.
Die Berichte die dazu geschrieben sind, hören sich alle sehr interessant an.

Die Aktie ist bis jetzt gut gelaufen. Wird allerdings erst seit wenigen Tagen gehandelt.

Ob sich ein Einstieg lohnt ??
Wie sind die Meinungen dazu ???

alle empfehlungen stützen sich meines erachtens auf den bericht vom small cap investor.(also unbedingt das orginal lesen)

die mk beträgt derzeit ca. 45,9 mio. aktien X 2,90 = 133 mio. euro
einige börsenbriefe haben da noch falsche werte(zu hohe werte) stehen

foothills hat einen vertrag über den abbau von 108 milliarden kubikfuß.davon gehören ihnen aber nur 68 milliarden.
nach heutigen marktpreisen haben diese einen wert von ca. 300 mio. euro.(die umrechnung in öl halte ich für ungeeignet)

...und dann gibt es da noch diese berühmt berüchtigte tiefenbohrung von chevron mit einem angeblichen potential von 1 billion kubikfuß.
nach heutigen marktpreisen hat diese dann einen wert von ca. 4,9 miliarden euro.
alles werden sie davon natürlich nicht fördern können.

also auf diesem kursniveau ein klarer kauf mit einer menge phantasie.

Also ich bin bei 2,70 rein und sehe hier jede menge Potenzial und ich bin mir sehr sicher das wir die genannten Kursziele die in den vergangenen Tagen und auch heut erreichen werden.

es ist aber völlig gleichgültig wer von wem abgeschrieben oder wer als erstes den kram veröffentlicht hat.letztendlich nahm wahrscheinlich sowieso alles seinen anfang in der pr-abteilung von foothills selbst.

es kommt doch nicht von ungefähr das wir hier in deutschland(einem der bekanntlich größten zockermärkte) gleich von anfang an so gut mit informationen(auf deutsch)über einen kleinen explorer aus amerika versorgt wurden.

stimmt schon, trommeln gehört zum geschäft, aber wenn du dir mal die gesicherten erdgasvorräte anschaust, dann ist das kaum als zockerei zu bezeichnen und davon stand nix (oder nur wenig) in den sensationspusherbriefchen

wir sind jetzt wieder da wo wir vor 6 wochen angefangen haben trotzdem glaube ich,dass die zocker langfristig die verlierer sein werden

Our Next Natural Gas Blockbuster

"Another blockbuster natural gas stock?," you ask.

That's right.

The short story is that I've found another oil & gas company that will be an absolute blockbuster for us.

It's got all of the ingredients for a winning play....top notch management, plenty of cash, and one of the best undeveloped gas plays I've ever seen.

In fact, ever since I first heard about this opportunity I've classified it as a near zero-risk gas play, but with the massive upside of a pure exploration play.

Foothills Resources (FTRS: OTCBB) is a brand new company.

I'm going to give you just the nuts and bolts today. I urge you to establish a position now, before any word of this play gets out. Realistically, we're looking at an easy double near-term, with the possibility of an absolute homerun over the next few years.

Everyone I've talked to about this company has basically said the same thing: it's about as low risk a play as you'll ever find.

But when talking to CEO Denny Tower, who has been involved in the discovery of billions of barrels of oil in over 35 fields, and for him to say it's the best opportunity of its size anywhere, period....now that really made me sit up and take notice.

You might think Denny is biased, being the CEO. In reality, he's simply stating the facts.

Chris Moyes, who's in the business of finding oil & gas deals for dozens of clients worldwide, agrees. Chris's company analyzes over 200 deals per year, and has been doing so for decades. These guys know the industry.

And Chris's response was the same as Denny's. In fact, Chris liked the deal so much he joined the board.

Here's the deal.

Foothills has secured the majority of an entire basin in California. The basin is home to several conventional natural gas reservoirs, some of which have production history, and some of which are producing right now.

But the basin, over the past several years, had been forgotten.

It was first drilled back in 1964, by a company called Zephyr. They tested gas at commercial rates at their first six wells. Now, understand, they had a steady, sustained flow of 5 million cubic feet per day from one well....GB #1.

Obviously, that's a major hit.

These guys were looking for oil though, so they capped the well and moved on.

You see, gas at that time was selling for around 20 cents per thousand cubic feet. On top of that, there was no infrastructure.

So the company moved on.

And so it went for ARCO when they drilled in 1990. Plenty of gas, but no oil.

So there's no question the gas is there. Both the deep GB gas and a shallow formation have proven reserves.

Other than one small independent that drilled 10 wells in 2003, the entire basin has been dormant. Most of these wells were in the shallow zone, and three are still producing.

Now, one of the guys in charge of the ARCO drill program in the 90s got all of the data on the basin...seismic, drill logs, flow rates, everything. All of this data is now in the hands of Foothills CEO Denny Tower.

And, considering California's energy picture, I don't anticipate any problems whatsoever.

Right now, California imports 82% of it's gas from out of state, which they must pay competitive prices for (most of this gas comes from BC). So now, what was a languishing asset is now a bonanza.

And, California is trying to mandate that if gas can be produced in California, purchasers will be required to buy that guy rather than importing it from out of state. This, obviously, is at market prices.

The company plans to drill two wells immediately, targeting the shallow zone. These wells are super low risk production wells. In fact, they're basically offsets from existing wells.

Pipelines are already there so cash flow is immediate, no more than two weeks.

The company anticipates production from the first two wells to be 1.5 million cubic feet/day for each well. And these are very long-life wells.

The wells cost about $1 million, tied in. Now, these numbers are based on a gas price of about $7.

So with the two wells on stream we have an operating profit of $300,000 per month... running around 40 million cubic feet per month.

This gives the company cash flow of $300,000 per month. So payback is in about 7 months. So based on just these two wells, we're looking at cash flow of about $3.6 million per year.

Of course, these won't be the only wells the company drills.

Going forward, the first phase plans for 40 wells in the shallow play.

From a geologic point of view, I see very little risk. And from an environmental standpoint, the risk is gone. There's already production from the basin...there are existing county permits to drill the wells, the logistics infrastructure risk has gone away.

And there's a gas trunk line on the property, so these wells take about 7 days to drill and be fully tied in and producing.

This is more like gas mining. It's truly a dream come true.

So given the proven undeveloped reserves, and the initial 40 wells, we're looking at 62 billion cubic feet net to Foothills.

And I haven't even gotten into the deeper play. Remember, when this well was initially drilled it flowed at 5 million cubic feet per day. And, based on the well logs, every indication is that the well should have produced at an even higher rate...10 or 15 million cubic feet per day, per well.

The deeper prospect holds from 1 to 3 trillion cubic feet.

This is what gives this company the sex appeal. The deep play could turn this cash flow machine into a bonanza gas company overnight.

But first, we'll see the company establish cash flow and ramp up its drilling program in the shallow zone. This will happen within the next 60 days, so now is the time to own shares.

I can see this company with a $500 million to $750 million market cap inside of two years. That would translate into a major homerun for us.

Longer-term, we're talking much, much bigger numbers. And the risk factor is as low as it can get.

Any time you can put a play together that has a legitimate control over a basin with 3 TCF of potential, where you can dominate the drilling, the pipelines, the markets...that's pretty unique.

The stock just started trading about two weeks ago. It's already gained some serious interest.

For now, consider this...

Getting drilling rigs is difficult. Foothills has already secured a drilling rig and has a contract in place...this rig will be heading to the property any day now.

We're six weeks away, and they're 10 day wells.

So by early to mid June, weather permitting, we should have these wells on production.

There's no way to slow this thing down.
