Gibt es ein neues Projekt-Spiel zwischen Tribune Res Corp ( ehemals South Pacific Minerals) und Frontier Resources (ehemals TasGold)?

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 23.466.780 von Depotmanager04 am 16.08.06 13:10:33Frontier Resources - Mt. Kodu in Papua-Neuguinea unter neuer Kontrolle
Aktienkurs 10. Juli 2006:
0,13 AUD = 0,076 Euro
Anzahl Aktien:
71,2 Mio.
Startschuss für Erkundungsarbeiten durch McNeil
Beim Thema „Projekt Mount Kodu / Mt.

Juli 2006 and der Klarstellung vom 18. Juli 2006

Schönes WE!

Typhoon

NEWS RELEASE TRANSMITTED BY CCNMATTHEWS
FOR: Tribune Resources Corp.
TSX VENTURE SYMBOL: TCB
February 9, 2007
Tribune Enters Into LOI to Acquire 51% Interest in Leases Covering Some 34,000
Hectares in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Feb. 9, 2007) - Tribune Resource
Corp. ("the Company") (TSX VENTURE:TCB) is pleased announce that it has entered
into a Letter of Intent (LOI) with each of Thunder Sword Resources Inc. (THU)
and 10107351 Saskatchewan Ltd. (Sask Co.) whereby Tribune will have the right
to acquire a 51% interest in certain mineral claims covering some 34, 374
hectares (the "Claims") located within the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan,
situated approximately 240 km northwest of La Ronge, Saskatchewan. The Claims
are located along the southern edge of the Athabasca Basin in Northern
Saskatchewan. The portfolio of properties provides exploration opportunities
for economic unconformity uranium deposits and Eagle Point type uranium
deposits. The Claims are subject to an option agreement between THU and Sask
Co. dated February 28, 2006, as amended. Please refer to THU website for maps
and location at www.thundersword.com.
/T/
The Claim areas included in the LOI are as follows:
Location Area (ha.)
Virgin Lake 1,985 ha.
Dufferin Lake - East 12,290 ha.
American/Botham Lake 19,099 ha.
----------
TOTAL 34,374 ha.
----------
----------
/T/
The Dufferin Lake-East property is located adjacent to the Cameco's Virgin
River uranium project. As recently announced, drilling on Cameco's adjacent
ground has resulted in the new discovery of the Centennial zone, where it
intersected 18.3 per cent U3O8 over 5.3 meters in drill hole VR-22W2 and 6.72%
U3O8 over 5.2 meters in drill hole VR-024. Tribune's management team is
encouraged by the results encountered by Cameco et al., in that the Dufferin
East property immediately offsets and is adjacent to the properties surrounding
the Centennial discovery zone.
Under the terms of the LOI, Tribune may earn a 26% interest in the Claims
subject to the following:
1. Tribune must incur qualifying expenditures on the Claims of $3,000,000, at
least $1,500,000 of which must be incurred by October 1, 2007 and the balance
of which must be incurred by October 1, 2008. During this earning period,
Tribune will be obligated to allocate expenditures such that the Claims remain
in good standing with respect to the assessment work required by the Province
of Saskatchewan until September 30, 2008. Thereafter, the parties will form a
formal operating joint venture in respect of such Claims whereby they will pay
ongoing exploration and assessment costs on a pro-rata basis;
2. Tribune will pay to THU a fee of $500,000 of which $250,000 must be paid on
or before February 27, 2007 and $250,000 on or before June 1, 2007; and
3. Tribune must reimburse THU, on or before February 27, 2007, for all 2006
assessment credits paid by THU attributable to the Claims which can be carried
forward into 2007, estimated at around $100,000, and also pay to THU such other
2007 expenditures incurred by or paid on any of the Claims by Thunder or Sask
Co. to date, estimated at an additional $315,916. Once reimbursed, these 2007
expenditures will be credited towards the $1.5 million 2007 expenditure
obligation of Tribune referred to above.
In addition to the right to acquire the 26% interest in the Claims from THU as
set out above, Tribune has also acquired the right to purchase an additional
25% interest in the Claims from Sask Co., subject to Tribune completing its
earlier announced 2-for-1 subdivision of its outstanding common shares; and
thereafter issuing to Sask Co. 5,000,000 post-subdivision, non-escrowed common
shares.
The Claims are subject to a production royalty of 3%, which will be borne by
each of the Company, THU and Sask Co. in proportion to their respective
interests in the Claims.
A finders fee of 200,000 common shares of the Company will be payable to an
arms' length party in connection with this transaction.
Proposed Financing:
The Company will be undertaking a private placement of 1 million units, at a
price of $1.00 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share of the
Company, and one-half of one warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the
holder to acquire an additional common share of the Company at a price of $1.25
per share for a period of 12 months from the completion of the private
placement. The proceeds from the private placement will be used to fund the
Company's initial commitments under the LOI and for general working capital. A
finders fee will be payable with this transaction.
Tribune Resources Corp. has also granted 15,000 options to a Consultant of the
Company.
Tribune will continue to report on news as it becomes available.

Kurs in etwa 1,38 €

Tribune Signs LOI With Strathmore Minerals for JV on Lake Athabasca North Shore Property and Announces $3.4 Million Private Placement
Wednesday May 9, 3:07 pm ET
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - May 9, 2007) - Tribune Resource Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TCB - News; FRANKFURT:S8QA - News) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a letter of intent (LOI) with Strathmore Minerals Corp.; whereby, Tribune will have the right to acquire a 60% interest in Strathmore's North Shore Property (the "Property"), located north of Lake Athabasca in northeastern Alberta.
Under the terms of the LOI, Tribune may earn a 60% undivided interest in the property by incurring expenditures of $10 million over six years and issuing 600,000 common shares, which will be subject to a hold period over one year. If Tribune earns the 60% interest, Strathmore may buy back an 11% interest for $10,000,000. Tribune's interest in the property will be subject to a net smelter royalty on yellowcake extracted from it. The rate of the royalty will vary depending on the market price of yellowcake.
"Strathmore's North Shore Property is a key addition to Tribune's Athabasca Basin property portfolio and is an integral part of Tribune's strategy to aggressively acquire and explore advanced stage, drill ready uranium properties," states Graham Harris, CEO and Chairman of Tribune Resources Corp.
The Property encompasses approximately 280,000 acres along the northwestern margin of the Athabasca Basin, within 10 km to the west of the Maurice Bay Uranium Deposit of Cameco Corporation. At Maurice Bay, Uranium Mineralization is reported to be structurally controlled within basement rocks and at the sub-Athabasca unconformity.
Historic exploration at the North Shore Property, which has included drill testing of lithogechemical anomalies, and alteration zones; ground and airborne geophysics; prospecting and geologic mapping; has identified over 200 uranium occurences and showings. The property has potential for Unconformity, Sub-Unconformity and Beaverlodge Type mineralization.
Strathmore's 2006/7 exploration program was intended to follow-up upon historic uranium occurences, to identify new alteration zones, or structures with potential to host significant uranium mineralization. Some highlights of Strathmore's 2006 Exploration Program include:
- 124 Rock Samples (Up to 1.39% U3O8)
- Over 90 locations with anomalous radioactivity
- 18 Line-km of grid
- Max-Min and IP Resistivity Survey(s)
- Airborne VLF and Magnetic Survey
The Company will be undertaking a $3.4 million private placement by means of issuing 2 million non-flow through units, at a price of $1.10 per unit and 1 million flow-through units at a price of $1.20 per unit. A finder's fee of up to 8% will be payable in cash on the Private Placement.
Each non-flow-through unit will consist of one common share of the Company, and one-half of one warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $1.30 per share for a period of 12 months from the completion of the private placement.
Each flow-through unit will consist of one flow-through common share of the Company and one half of one warrant. Each whole flow-through warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one non-flow-through common share at an exercise price of $1.40 exercisable for a period of 12 months from the completion of the private placement.
If the closing price of the Company's common shares is $2.00 or more for a period of at least 20 consecutive trading days, the Company can execute a forced conversion of the warrants upon giving 30 days notice of its intention to do so.
The proceeds from the private placement will be used principally to fund the Company's initial commitments under the LOI.
A finder's fee of 125,000 common shares of Tribune will be issued to an arm's length party in connection with the LOI. The LOI and private placement are subject to final TSX approval.

Tribune Resources Corp.: Botham Lake, Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan-Drill Program Update
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - May 25, 2007) - Tribune Resources Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TCB)(FRANKFURT:S8QA) with its joint venture partner Thunder Sword Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:THU) and 101073531 Saskatchewan Co., as Operator, recently concluded the initial meeting of its Joint Venture Exploration Committee wherein the parties discussed the drilling program for Botham Lake and for ongoing assessment work on the Dufferin East and Virgin River properties. As earlier announced, it was confirmed that the Phase 1 drilling of the target areas is expected to commence on or about August, 2007 and will consist of a 4,000 metre drill program. The cost of the program is estimated at $1,000,000 and will be funded by Tribune as part of its $1.5 million 2007 expenditure program required under the joint venture option agreement.
BOTHAM LAKE:
As it related to Botham Lake, discussions centered on the JV group's ongoing review of historical assessment results and finalizing drill targets for the summer drill program set for August/September 2007. In making its assessment, the JV group has identified 20 potential targets from the earlier airborne and recent follow up ground geophysical programs. In assessing the drill targets the JV group agreed to continue to review and then prioritize the drill targets in regard to those areas where there is projected intersection of conductors with cross-cutting structures, and the comparisons of geophysical signatures to those of known deposits. Considerations of accessibility to targets for summer drilling may preclude several of the targets not being tested until next winter.
Geological mapping of target areas for mineralization and alteration zones will be carried out in conjunction with ongoing drill target assessment.
Botham Lake Anomalies:
Anomaly B79
The #3 conductor is the strongest anomaly and, therefore, is a first priority target. It is a narrow, well-defined anomaly that extends from near surface to depth suggesting a probable structure. The #1 conductor is a strong, shallow anomaly that is approximately 150 metres wide. The configuration of this anomaly suggests the presence of a possible graphitic lithological unit. The #4 anomaly is a medium strength complex conductor that has a cross-cutting structure at the north end.
In addition to prospecting in this area, it is recommended that two Max-Min lines running SW-NE be completed over the north end of #4. This should take a two man crew a couple of days to complete.
Anomaly B2
This anomaly is both near surface and at depth. The conductor is strongest between lines 45-225. It is a narrow, well-defined and east dipping conductor. Surface water conditions make the area logistically challenging to a summer drill program. Depending on the exact collar location to be decided, a winter drill program may be better suited to testing this anomaly.

DUFFERIN EAST:
The program will consist of 3 gravity/mag geophysical grids to further explore EM conductors and associated structures identified in a recent airborne geophysical survey.

TRIBUNE URANIUM AND FISSION ENERGY JOINT VENTURE INITIATE ATHABASCA NORTH SHORE EXPLORATION PROGRAM
September 17, 2007
Tribune Uranium Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX-V: TCB) (Frankfurt: S8QA) and Fission Energy Corp (TSX-V: FIS) (Fission) are pleased to announce that they have initiated a Joint Venture program at their North Shore Property, located immediately north of Lake Athabasca, in northeastern Alberta. The Joint Venture program will include additional geological mapping, geochemical sampling and geophysical surveys. A targeted airborne radiometric survey and a drill program designed to test priority targets, established during the 2006/2007 exploration program, will be mobilized during this quarter. Fission Energy Corp is the operator of the program which will continue into early 2008.
Tribune Uranium Corp. has the option to earn a 60% interest in the North Shore Property from Fission Energy Corp. by making certain cash payments, and expending $10 million on exploration over 5-years.
The North Shore Property comprises 113,250 hectares (~280,000 acres) along the northwestern margin of the Athabasca Basin. It is located approximately 10 kilometers west of the Maurice Bay uranium deposit owned by Cameco Corp. At Maurice Bay, uranium mineralization is reported to be structurally controlled within basement rocks and at the sub-Athabasca unconformity.
Historic exploration at the North Shore Property, which included ground and airborne geophysics, prospecting, geologic mapping, and drill testing of lithogechemical anomalies and alteration zones, identified over 200 uranium occurrences and showings. The property has potential for unconformity, sub-unconformity and Beaverlodge-type mineralization.
In late 2006, Terraquest Ltd. completed an 8,040 line-km Magnetics – VLF survey over the property. The survey was undertaken to identify possible basement structures and potential new areas of interest for uranium exploration. The following areas of interest have been targeted for the current exploration program.
1. Greywillow Point/Fallingsand Point are located immediately southwest of the Maurice Bay Uranium Deposit. A significant portion of the area is interpreted to be underlain by near-surface (<50 m) thicknesses of promising Athabasca Basin stratigraphy. Historic exploration completed by Uranerz during the 1970s and 1980s included nearly 200 drill holes within an area measuring 9 by 1.5 km, as follow-up to ~200 boulders that assayed between 0.006 to 0.95 % U308. The drilling intersected significant alteration, but failed to identify the source of the uranium. More recently, approximately 4 kilometers to the NW of this location, Fission discovered a boulder that assayed 1.39 % U308 during the 2006 prospecting program conducted on the property. The subsequent 2006/7 airborne survey identified numerous magnetic discontinuities and XDS-VLF data are suggestive of faults that warrant follow-up exploration.
2. Fiddler Point is located immediately north of Lake Athabasca. The area is underlain by basement gneisses and intrusive rocks and the terrain exhibits significant erosion. The exploration targets in the area are sub-unconformity style uranium mineralization. The 2006/7 airborne survey identified several magnetic discontinuities and XDS-VLF data interpretations are indicative of faults in the area. In addition, prior exploration identified numerous radiometric anomalies that ranged from 1,000 to 10,000 cps, and uranium occurrences in outcrop that ranged from 0.01 to 0.058 % U308.
3. 3) Area A is located to the northeast of Fort Chipewyan. It is underlain by sheared and faulted basement gneisses proximal to the regional Charles Lake Shear Zone. Exploration by Fission during 2006 identified a zone of basement hosted uranium mineralization, which comprises a zone of intense brecciation and alteration up to 20 m across with a strike length exceeding 100m. The anomalous zone runs parallel to sub-parallel with a major fault structure trending through the region. The lithology underlying Area A is granitic to gneissic / brecciated gneiss consisting of plagioclase pegmatites, granites and monzonites. Dirty quartzite is also found. Graphite and pitchblende are observed in varying amounts from trace to several percent. Intense hematite alteration exists throughout most of the zone with occurrences of autunite common. Surface radiometric surveys returned up to 13,000 cps and uranium values up to 0.521 % U308. During 2006/7surface mapping / prospecting, a Max-Min Geophysical Survey and an IP Resistivity Survey were completed.
This news release has been prepared under the supervision of Robert Schafer, P. Geol., who is a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101.
Further to the news release of July 17, 2007 announcing the letter of Intent with A Better Search Inc. to option two uranium properties in Quebec, the Company has determined that it will not be entering into a formal agreement.
