GT Solar International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SOLR - News) today announced that the initial public offering of 30.3 million shares of its common stock has been priced at $16.50 per share. All of the shares are being sold by one selling stockholder, GT Solar Holdings, LLC. The selling stockholder has also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 4,545,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
