Seit Mitte April wird LMCO in den USA extrem gezockt. Im Schnitt mit 230.000 Stücken. Nach dem Hoch bei 2,25$ hat sich bei rund 1,60$ ein Boden entwickelt und notiert aktuell bei 1,90$. Bei etwas über 1,90 entwickelt sich ein Widerstand. je nach weiterem Kursverlauf für ein paar % gut.

Good Morning Traders,

I hopefully this morning is bring profits for our members.

For those who are still not aware of what is happening on wall street, I will simply say that Li-ion Motors Corp (Public, OTC:LMCO) is breaking all market barriers. After my Sunday night alert, LMCO appreciated more than 20% for the day during Monday trading. Today’s trading range was from 1.63-1.96 with a close at 1.95. This shows extreme support at these levels and is a sign of bullish interest in the company.

I have said it before and I will say it once more, LMCO has much more potential, and much more room for growth. I will advise traders though that because LMCO did have such a successful day, there is a slight possibility of profit taking in early morning action. My advice for this circumstance – EVEN BETTER! LMCO will be cheaper for everyone to buy and profit from!

Am Freitag wurde noch mal über den Widerstand hoch gekauft. ich würde noch warten bis da Klarheit rein kommt. Die Kerze steht zumindest auf baerish. RSI läuft auch wieder recht heiß.

LMCO's electric car passed tests including zero to 60 mph with a minimum time reached. The next was 0 mph to 60 mph back to 0 mph to test acceleration and braking. The third was emergency lane changing maneuvers without the use of brakes. The final tests for the shakedown were an efficiency run and durability run.

The competition began with 111 registered teams. After 4 rounds, Li-ion Motors' lithium-powered vehicle remains, as one of 22 teams vying for their share of the $10 million prize. The next phase starting June 16th and running thru June 27th will be held at Michigan International Speedway. This full knockout stage is designed to narrow the field to the finalists going into the following phase of the competition to be held in July.

ja super danke dir, wusste gar nicht das dies eine manuelle Zuordnung ist...jetzt funktioniert es. Genau so wie die aktuelle Meldung. LMCo ist in dem Wettbewerb deutlich weiter gekommen. news bis in den July mindestens vorhanden. Vielleicht gibt es auch irgendwo noch ein video zu. Würde halt schon mal sehen was die Tests so ergeben haben und wie genau das Rennen so von statten geht.Heute sind sogar im Zuge dessen einige Trades mit mehr als 1000 Aktien pro Trade gelaufen. das zu meist Kursen um 1,70, wohl dem der früh rein ist. das Bid muss noch was in den USA nachziehen, solange ist denke ich auch noch Zeit.- Wenn das aber so weit geht sind die nächsten % im Kasten

The automotive industry is predicted to require $1.6 billion worth of lithium by 2015!

Electric cars need lithium so such a high demand indicates a pretty positive outlook for the electric car sector.

LMCO has already shipped its vehicles in the United States, Europe and even the Middle East.

LMCO has even delivered one of their vehicles to an oil rich country!

LMCO's first all-electric mini cooper "The Flash" to Abu Dhabi was delivered on February 9th of this year.

Mike Cerven, Sales Manager, stated the Flash was well received by the owner and we expect this will be the starting point of future sales in this region.

LMCO previously sent its first Flash to a customer in the Netherlands demonstrating the demand exists for these types of vehicles. The Netherland vehicle was even featured in a TV documentary last December!

Cory Lynch, member at LMCO, says, "The Company has reached a new milestone by selling an all-electric vehicle to one of the oil rich countries."

Even car racing is looking towards going green.

"Any performance shop that isn't keeping their eye on green right now... to get cars to go faster and cleaner is making a mistake" says Rich Christensen, host of the race TV reality show "PINKS All Out" on cable TV's "SPEED".

"Really it's just an evolution. Why would we go backwards? If there's ways to make it more efficient, faster and cleaner, why wouldn't we?"

ich werde heute nach Handelsaufnahme in den USA schauen was noch rein kommt, ansonsten für den ersten Run Cash sichern und warten, was weiter passiert. Wenn das nur der erste Tag war, wo soll der Wert noch hin laufen?
Fundamental laufen die noch nicht profitabel, und die 10 Mio sind ja noch nicht in der Kasse, da müssen noch paar große Namen im E-Auto Geschäft aus dem Weg. daher ist das zwar ein guter Aufhänger, aber sicher sind die 10 Mios noch nicht. Im Rennen sind ja z.B. auch Tata Motors, die mit deutlich mehr Budget arbeiten.

Ein Rücksetzer nach dem Zock auf die 38 Tageslinie (1,44) ist auf jeden Fall wieder drin, fällt nach oben hin die 2,22 und weiter hohes Volumen sind auch 3 drin. Aber die Meldungen weißen auf einen Stop hin bei 2,22. Lieber jetzt Gewinne mitnehmen als dann dem Gewinn nachzulaufen. Zudem ist gestern/vorgestern ja ein größeres Gap entstanden (1,85-2$) Auf 1,85 liegen auch 3 Unterstützungen. daher bin ich etwas vorsichtig.

Das wohl einzige Elektroauto, das bislang für einen ähnlichen Hype sorgte wie Nissans Leaf, war der Akkuflitzer Tesla Roadster. Zwischen den beiden Fahrzeugen gibt es freilich einen gravierenden Unterschied: Während der elektrifizierte Sportwagen aus dem Silicon Valley nur in homöopathischen Stückzahlen gebaut wird und mit einem Preis von 111.000 Dollar für Normalverdiener viel zu teuer ist, soll der Leaf das erste Elektroauto für jedermann werden.....

Aktuell werden die Aktienanzahl überall noch mit 17,45Mio angegeben. Wer noch welche im Depot hatte, müsste kurzfristig eine Erhöhung bemerken.

Die letzte News mit dem neuen Wagen ab dem 15. war nur von kurzer Dauer. Aber Richtungweisend. Kurzfristig ist erst mal wieder Zeit für eine Konso. Das Orderbuch sieht nach unten auch recht dünn aus. Eine Unterstützung ist noch bei 1,85. Dann sind noch welche auf der 1,77 und der 1,61. Zum Neueinstieg gibts bestimmt auch noch Stücke im Bereich von 1,21 bis 1,46 der Rsi ist im neutralen Bereich, der macd wird in den nächsten tagen auch ein negatives Signal geben. bei 1,36 war im letzten Monat nach unten hin immer Schluss, da wirds wohl realistisch seit an Stücke zu kommen.

Der Kernplan ist, dass LMCO einer kanadischen Firma die Rechte an der Vermarktung der o.g. Modelle gibt.

Wenn eine 3. unabhängige Firma den Deal geprüft hat kommt er endgültig zustande.

Wenn der Vertrag zustande kommt bekommt LMCO ab dem 2. Jahr 500k jährlich und eine Lizenzgebühr für jedes verkaufte Fahrzeug. Die 500k sollen dann für Entwicklung und Forschung verwendet werden. Ob die Lizenzgebühren für jedes Fahrzeug auch schon vor dem 2 Jahr rein kommen, geht aus der Meldung nicht hervor. Kaufen muss der Kanadier zumindest wenn er eins verkauft. Und eine Mio muss zusätzlich zum Beginn gezahlt werden.

Die Strategie ist klar mit der Verbreitung in andere Länder kommt die Umsatzschätzung von 35 bis 169 Mio Dollar schon hin. Bzw um so mehr Partner und Länder hinzukommen um so mehr wird der Umsatz. Sollte LMCO noch mehr Partner und diese Konditionen finden, dann trägt das cash auch dem Kurs zu gute.

Begriff aus der technischen Analyse: Kaufformation im Kerzenchart, die zwei Handelstage zur Ausbildung benötigt. Sie tritt nur nach Abwärtsbewegungen auf. Am ersten Tag findet ein Ausverkauf statt; die Kurse fallen stark, was eine lange schwarze Kerze zur Folge hat. Am zweiten Tag eröffnet der Markt unterhalb des Vortagesschlusskurses, erholt sich jedoch über das Niveau des Eröffnungskurses des ersten Tags. Als Resultat ergibt sich im Chart eine lange weiße Kerze, deren Körper den der schwarzen Kerze komplett einhüllt (engl. einhüllen = to engulf). Aus marktpsychologischer Sicht spiegelt das nach einem Ausverkauf einen deutlichen Meinungsumschwung der Anleger wieder. Nicht nur das. Kommt die Vereinbarung zustande ist dies ein wichtiges Zeichen an den Anleger. So werden relativ unproblematisch Verluste minimiert. Schulden können schneller getilgt werden und die Aussicht auf eine profitables Unternehmen kommt näher. Die produktionskosten waren bei sehr geringen Verkäufen im letzten QT und auch schon davor nicht das teure. R&D+G&A. Die Entwicklungen und gerade die Entwicklungen für das neue Auto waren teuer. durch die Fertigstellung müssen beiden Position im nächsten Zeitraum bereits sinken. Im Schnitt müsste LMCO zehn bis 20 mal mehr Autos verkaufen um profitabel zu arbeiten. Zumindest wenn ich das von den bestehenden Zahlen hoch rechnen kann.
Durch den Vertrieb in Kanada kommt ein großer liquider Markt hinzu. Die USA fördern mehr, aber in Kanada ist die Etechnik extrem im Trend. Es ist durchaus plausibel, das das zumindest die Profitabilität mit dem US und KAN Markt alleine erreicht werden kann.

Wenn ich mir die Verkaufszahlen aus dem FY 2010 anschaue müssten das für die Waves rund 10-11 Autos gewesen sein. Ich habe als Durchschnittspreis die 41500$ pro Wave (39.000 bis 44.000) genommen. obwohl ich auch für das Buggi noch preise von 34.900$ im Kopf hatte. Im laufenden Jahr müssten 4 Waves lt. Filling verkauft worden sein. ich gehe aber auch davon aus, das nicht nur ganze Autos verkauft werden, sondern auch einzelne Teile.

Wenn LMCO alleine rund 10 von den alten verkaufen kann, dann müsste mit Hilfe jedes Partners die Verdopplung der Verkäufe drin sein.
Wie sich der Inizio gegen den tesla behaupten kann bleibt abzuwarten. läuft der läuft Lmco.

G&A 4,79Mio, R&D 1,30 Mio

zum letzten Qt hat die G&A auf 748k gedrückt...wenn das aufs Jahr weiter so läuft ist hat LMCO ca. 3,2 Mio dort eingespart.
Die R&D ist aufs Jahr gerechnet noch die gleiche. Hier entsteht durch die Fertigstellung des Inizio weiteres Sparpotenzial.
im letzten Jahr hatte LMCo einen net loss von 6,8Mio. Wenn hier alleine durch Sparen und Verstärkung der Strukturen die Hälfte bei raus kommt, wäre das ja schon mal gut.
bei den direkten Kosten für ein Auto bzw liegt LMCO nur leicht über dem preis, den sie im Schnitt bekommen. Gesteigerte Absatzzahlen die mehr Rabatte beim Einkauf bedeuten bringen die Baustelle auch in den Griff. bei jedem Auto was über 41,5k verkauft wird wirds besser.

Wenn dann 1 Mio pro Vertriebspartner noch rein kommen, sehen die Zahlen alleine schon durch die Lizenzgebührabkommen an sich deutlich besser aus. Bei Umsätzen außerhalb von den USA wird die Marge sogar noch größer, da der eigne Vertrieb da ja gespart wird. nach Kanada hält sich z.B. der Lieferaufwand auch in Grenzen. Von Versandkosten mit Schiff brau8chen wir ja noch nicht nachdenken.

nach der News scheint es erst mal auf dem amerikanischen Kontinent weiter zu gehen.

Was die vergleiche zum Tesla angeht, hat Lmco scheinbar sogar die Leistung erhöht um den höheren Kaufpreis zu rechtfertigen. Der alte Tesla hatte in der Reichweite bis jetzt ein Vorteil und eben 30k Kosten weniger für den Endverbraucher. Nach den aktuellen Daten hat LMCO die Reichweite angeglichen. die Beschläunigungsleistung ist mit 3,4 zu 3,7 sek. sogar noch besser. Der zusätzliche Komfort wurde auch verbessert, wenn nicht eh schon besser als der Tesla.

Wenn ich mir die Verbesserungen des Teslas anschaue, hat LMCO in kürzester zeit mehr geschafft als der Tesla sich seit 2006 verändert hat.

tesla hat "nur" 2 Modelle im Portfolio. (Roadster) die restlichen beiden Modelle werden erst zu Beginn 2012 ausgeliefert. da hat Lmco einen Vorsprung in der Modellvielfall.

die haben doch bereits vor
längerem Mercedes mit 10% und jetzt vor kurzem noch Toyota mit einer größeren Beteiligung vorgestellt. tesla kann die neuen Fahrzeuge ab 2012 in einem alten Toyota Werk bauen. Da sollte LMCO auf den Effekt jetzt setzen und dann sich von den Modellen her deutlich von Tesla abgrenzen

Tesla ist noch nicht für die Modelle geeignet, die preislich unter den 100 bzw 109k liegen. Lion kann sich in dem Bereich mit tesla sehr gut messen. Zukünftig sollte Lion aber versuchen ähnliche Partner und Möglichkeiten zu bekommen.
das Werk in dem die ab 2012 produzieren wollten ist im Übrigen ein altes GM Werk. Lion benötigt jetzt aber noch keine großen Kapazitäten. Die bestehenden Produktionsstätten der Lion reichen aus. erst mal

Warum gestern zum Schluss mit den paar Stück noch mal der Sprung von 1,96 auf 2,03 nötig war weiß ich nicht. Die Unterstützung wäre bei 1,90 gewesen, nach oben hin weiter Luft bis 2,19. Heute mit einem tieferen Kurs gestartet wäre denke ich für einen freitag die bessere Ausgangsposition.

Das 8K zur letzten News ist am Freitag noch gekommen.
Leider steht nicht drin, welche unabhängige Partei die Bewertung der Lizenz vornehmen wird. Die Bewertung der Lizenz wird meiner Ansicht nach der größte Schritt bisher werden.

Das die ersten 666k relativ kurzfristig kommen, ist gut. Die letzte Zahlung bis hin zur Million und die Differenz zum Wert der Lizenz werden dann auch noch richtig wichtig für die nächsten 10q. selbst wenn die Lizenz \"nur\" 2Mio wert ist, kommt ja noch mal eine Million rein. die Frage ist jetzt nur noch wie hoch ist die Bewertung der Lizenz? um so mehr da zusätzlich rein kommt um so deutlicher müsste sich dann die Bewertung der Aktie ändern.

Effective May 28, 2010, we entered into a License Agreement (the \"License Agreement\") with Lithium Electric Vehicle Corp. Wenn ich mich an den Report halte und von einer Umsatzschätzung von 35 bis 169 Mio mit der jetzigen MK von rund 34Mio (SK Freitag) vergleiche sieht das schon ganz gut aus. Ausgestoppt werden ja nun einige sein, aber im Auge behalten werde ich Lion auf jeden Fall. Das Agreement sieht ja eine eigene Produktion des Lizenznehmers vor. Da fallen für uns auch keine Kosten an. Daher könnte ich mir vorstellen das der Wert der Lizenz doch mehr bringen könnte als jetzt konservativ angenommen.

Trotz alle dem sieht der Chart eindeutig nach Konsolidierung aus. Vor dem letzten Ansteige war es ungefähr das Gleiche Szenario, aber dann kam ja die Lizenz News. Das Bearish Engulfing am Freitag ist wahrscheinlich der Anfang der Konsolidierung. der Sk von 1,94$ unter der Unterstützung von 1,96 ist denke ich ein weiteres Zeichen. 1,81 decken sich auch mit der 200Tage Linie. Ohne News, Seitenlinie wie weit es runter geht.

Es ist durchaus plausibel, das das zumindest die Profitabilität mit dem US und KAN Markt alleine erreicht werden kann.

Vorerst ist es denke ich zumindest besser wenn die beiden Märkte alleine im Fokus stehen. Europa wäre ev auch noch sinnvoll.

Die großen Hersteller wie Toyota,VW, Daimler konzentrieren sich meist auf den riesen Markt China. Die bekommen mehr als 7500€ pro Elektroauto als Zuschuss. Das müsste sogar noch mehr als in den USA sein. Renault will in den nächsten Jahren auch 200.000 Eautos bauen. Die würden aber erst in ein paar Jahren auf den Markt kommen.

lion muss als einer der First Movers nun schnell Wachstum generieren.
Auf der anderen Seite ist die Möglichkeit eines JV ähnlich dem Tesla/Toyota Ding auch eine elegante Phantasie. bisher scheint aber Lion auf einen eigenen Weg gehen zu wollen.

würde ich das schon mal als fundamentalen Schritt bezeichnen.

ich schätze als nächstes kommt closing und Lizenzwert. Wenn lmco ähnlich große Partner finden würde um die kosten zu Minimieren können sie sich auch bei großen Mengen festsetzen.
Da die Planzahlen aber erst mal auf eine kleinere Produktion ausgelegt sind, mehr oder weniger klein natürlich, schätze ist aktuell kein großer in Sicht

es besteht zumindest noch ein Interesse, das der Chart weiter hält. Mit den letzten Trades am Freitag wurde wieder über die 1,66 gezogen. Dort befinden sich einige Unterstützungen. Seit Ende April bewegt lmco sich eigentlich in einer guten Range. Das nächste Kaufsignal kann durch einen SK über der 38 Tagelinie gestartet werden.
Da ja auch weitere news alleine aus dem Kanadadeal zu erwarten sind, ist der Chart nicht der schlechteste. Zumdem auch noch am Freitag eine bullishes Signal durch Engulfing.

Deutet auf eine erneute Trendwende hin.

Dies zu kurzfristig.

langfristig befindet sich lmco immer noch im Abwärtstrend. Erst solche news wie mit dem Lizenzverkauf und dadurch höheren Umsätzen, werden hier meiner Meinung einen Neubewertung zulassen und damit den langfristigen Abwärtstrend stoppen.

So wie es jetzt ist, ist die kurzfristige Tradingsicht, meiner Einschätzung nach die bessere Wahl.

erinnerst du dich als alle auf dem köhler rumgehakt haben, weil er krieg wegen Rohstoffen in den Raum gestellt hatte? Die Reaktion der Öffentlichkeit und der Politik hat ihm scheinbar nicht mehr gefallen. denn er hat einfach mal die Wahrheit gesagt und damit Recht gabt.

Sieht aber trotzdem so aus als hätte jemand ein Interesse das die Rally weiter geht. Wurde immer nach kleinen Verkäufen wieder auf die 1,70 gezogen. Könnte Sinn machen wenn bald daher die News ansteht ---> Lizenzwert am besten Noch liegen einige Aktien im Depot, hätte auch nichts dagegen, das dann die Range nach oben hin durchbricht.

auch hier deutet was drauf hin, das es noch weiter Up geht. nachdem die ganzen US Alerts fertig sind stabilisiert sich der Kurs und steigt sogar weiter an. Könnte auf eine positive Bewertung der Lizenz hindeuten.

Bei entsprechender Bewertug, kann es hier schnell ganz schön rund gehen.

Schade, dass der Vorgang so lange dauert. Könnte positiv gewertet werden. Das zurückliegende Momentum wäre eine super Sprungschanze geworden.

The North American International Auto Show in Detroit is one of the largest shows in the world and focuses very much on what the big boys of the auto industry have to say, as one would expect.

But wandering off the main floor and downstairs to Michigan Hall, it was the smaller, wackier ideas that shone the brightest, from companies who have made some pretty important announcements of their own.

Li-ion Motors Corp was the first to speak on the second press day of the show, announcing that it planned to launch two electric vehicles to the public this year.

The North Carolina-based company hopes to take on Tesla with its $139,000 INIZIO, which boasts a top speed of 274 km/h and a 0-97 km/h time of just 3.4 seconds, although it also has the $39,000 WAVE II two-passenger vehicle for those unable to shell out for an electric supercar.

Hailing all the way from Monaco, Venturi is another electric car maker hoping to get into the electric sportscar market.

Fresh from opening its first North American office in Ohio, it showcased the aptly-named Venturi America, a high-powered, lightweight electric sportscar with a range of 300 km and a top speed of 190 km/h - from a charge which will cost around €6/$8 per day on European daytime rate.

Mach7 Motorsports' carbon fibre Falcon was equally exciting (albeit at the other end of the environmental spectrum thanks to its V8 engine) and even if the final product isn't quite ready yet, it's expected to prove popular with fans of the modding brand when its released later this year.

For Automotive X Prize contestant Wikispeed, the focus was less what's in the car than what could be in the car - it claims its 100 mpg SGT01 could herald a revolution in motoring.

With a target price of under $20,000, the ultra-light vehicle could be the first "modular" vehicle. allowing users to switch components such as the engine in the same way they would change a battery pack.

All the vehicles are being displayed at the North American International Auto Show, which is open to the public January 15 - 23 in Detroit, Michigan.

Das renommierte "Wall Street Journal" adelte Li-ion Motors als eines der Unternehmen mit den wettbewerbsfähigsten Elektrofahrzeugen.

Mit dem "Inizio" hat Li-ion Motors auch einen Sportwagen mit einer Reichweite von bis zu 320 Kilometern im Angebot. Der durchzugsstarke Motor beschleunigt den "Inizio" von 0 auf 100 in nur 3,4 Sekunden. In der Spitze erreicht das schnittige Elektroauto eine Geschwindigkeit von satten 272 km/h. Eine Aufladung dauert gerade einmal acht Stunden und kann somit über Nacht in der hauseigenen Garage durchgeführt werden. Die unverbindliche Preisempfehlung für den "Inizio" liegt bei 139.000 USD.

InizioAber was nutzt es, wenn man erstklassige Produkte hat, aber diese mangels eines finanziellen Rückhalts nicht auf die Straße bekommt? Genau dieses Problem hatte Li-ion Motors bisher. Wir haben das Unternehmen schon früher unter die Lupe genommen. Damals erschien uns die Aktie zu teuer. Das hat sich mittlerweile drastisch geändert. Mittlerweile liegt der Börsenwert von Li-ion Motors bei gerade einmal 4,3 Mio. USD. Dies dürften allein die Patente des Unternehmens wert sein.

Laut Unternehmensangaben wird sich Li-ion Motors in 2012 auf den asiatischen Markt konzentrieren. Im Hinblick auf das Thema Finanzierung wird Li-ion Motors nun von Peak Resource Capital Partners unterstützt, die über exzellente Investorenkontakte in China und Hongkong verfügen. Das Management von Li-ion Motors lässt seinen Worten auch sofort Taten folgen und hat vor wenigen Tagen mit Edmond Yu, einen erfahrenen Director of Business Development China verpflichtet.

FAZIT: In den vergangenen Wochen scheint nun ein substanzieller Ruck durch Li-ion Motors gegangen zu sein. Für uns ist es der Beginn einer Neubewertung, da der Kapitalmarkt erst langsam versteht, was mit dem Unternehmen passiert.

Am 25. November 2011 meldete das Unternehmen, dass sich eine israelische Firma mit 10 Prozent an Li-ion Motors beteiligen will. Als Kaufpreis wurden 2,15 Mio. USD vereinbart. Das bedeutet, dass Li-ion Motors auf Basis dieser Transaktion mit 21,5 Mio. USD bewertet wird. Das entspricht einem Kurs von 0,67 USD pro Aktie!

Warum zahlt ein Investor so viel mehr, als er derzeit am Markt bezahlen würde? Hat dies alles einen strategischen Hintergrund? Will ein Auftraggeber von Li-ion Motors doppelt profitieren? Interessanterweise wird nämlich in derselben Meldung auch erwähnt, dass sich Li-ion Motors in weit fortgeschrittenen Gesprächen für einen millionenschweren Großauftrag aus Israel befindet. Ein Abschluss soll kurz bevor stehen!

Wir können uns auch sehr gut ein Joint Venture zwischen Li-ion Motors und einem chinesischen Automobilkonzern vorstellen. Damit könnte Li-ion Motors mit dem Verkauf seiner Elektroautos sehr schnell in einem dreistelligen Mio.-USD-Umsatzbereich hineinwachsen.

Aber Li-ion Motors bietet noch viel mehr. Li-ion Motors hat im dritten Quartal einen Vorvertrag zur Übernahme der Red Roadster Corp. unterschrieben. Dieses Unternehmen hat ein dreirädriges Fahrzeug entwickelt, das mit Erdgas angetrieben wird und eine Reichweite von 400 Meilen besitzt. Der Auftragsbestand der Red Roadster Corp. liegt Unternehmensangaben zufolge bereits bei über 30 Mio. USD!

Li-ion Motors fliegt noch weit unter dem Radar institutioneller Investoren. Die Financial Community hat das Potenzial durch den neuen Investor offensichtlich noch nicht erkannt, anders ist es nicht zu erklären, wieso das Unternehmen an der Börse nur mit 4,3 Mio. USD bewertet wird. Dies bietet cleveren Investoren eine einmalige Chance.

Der israelische Investor ist bereit umgerechnet rund 0,50 Euro pro Aktie zu bezahlen und verspricht sich mit diesem Einstiegskurs immer noch eine hohe Rendite! Die aktuellen Kurse sehen daher wie absolute Kaufkurse aus. Wer diese Investmentidee mit einem Kurspotenzial von rund 600 Prozent mitspielen will, handelt am besten in Frankfurt oder Stuttgart. (OTCBB: LMCO) (FRANKFURT: LL9L) ist Gewinner des 2010er X-Prize und entwickelt hochmoderne emissionsfreie Elektrofahrzeuge mit hoher Geschwindigkeit und großer Reichweite auf Basis neuester Lithium-Ionen-Batterie-Technologie. Li-ion Motors freut sich mitzuteilen, dass man einen Vorvertrag unterzeichnet hat, um 1.000 Fahrzeuge von einem Benzin- auf einen Elektroantrieb umzubauen, welcher bei Autobahngeschwindigkeiten eine Reichweite von 120 Meilen besitzt. Diese Fahrzeuge werden anschließend nach Israel verschifft.

Seit dem Sommer 2011 liefen umfangreiche Verhandlungen. Der Vorvertrag erfordert nun den Umbau von zwei Fahrzeugen des Typs Ford Explorer innerhalb von 120 Tagen. Nach erfolgreichem Umbau wird die Produktion für den Umbau von 1.000 Fahrzeugen starten. Bisher hat Li-ion Motors verschiedene Fahrzeuge, wie den Pontiac Vibe, PT Cruiser, Mini Cooper, Yaris und Smart Car umgebaut, um nur einige zu nennen.

Diese Absichtserklärung ist ein weiterer Meilenstein für Li-ion Motors und man schreibt wieder Geschichte im Markt für Elektroautos.

Im Dezember 2007 war Li-ion Motors das erste Unternehmen, dass ein Elektroauto an einen Endkunden auslieferte, welches eine hohe Geschwindigkeit bei einer ausgedehnten Reichweite bot. Dieses erste Elektroauto mit Lithium-Ionen-Batterie ist beinahe täglich in Benutzung und hat mittlerweile mehr als 25.000 Meilen zurückgelegt. Li-ion Motors hält damit weiter den Weltrekord für das am längsten, von einem Endkunden gefahrene, Elektroauto mit Lithium-Ionen-Batterie. Li-ion Motors ist weiterhin Branchenführer im Hinblick auf Elektroauto-Technologie.

Auf der 2010 SEMA Show in Las Vegas enthüllte Li-ion Motors den "Inizio", einen 100%igen elektrischen Supersportwagen, der eine Geschwindigkeit von 170 Meilen pro Stunde erreicht. Seine Beschleunigung von 0 auf 60 Meilen pro Stunde liegt bei 3,4 Sekunden - bei null Emissionen. Bei einem 114-Zoll-Radstand und einer 78 Zoll großen Grundfläche ist der "Inizio" bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten überraschend stabil. Zusätzlich zum "Inizio" hat Li-ion Motors mit dem WAVE II, einen elektrisch angetriebenen Zweisitzer für Berufspendler entwickelt, der eine durchschnittliche Reichweite von beeindruckenden 202,5 Meilen pro Gallone Benzin erzielt (bestätigt vom Argonne National Lab (US Department of Energy)).

Der WAVE II war der Gewinner des 2010 Progressive Automotive X-Prize. Sowohl der WAVE II als auch der "Inizio" sind im Prozess der DOT-Zertifizierung.

Li-ion Motors ist im Bereich Elektroautos kein Neuling, sondern wurde im Jahre 2000 gegründet und ist ein Pionier bei der Weiterentwicklung der Lithium-Ionen-Batterie-Technologie. Im Zuge eines Jahrzehnt der Forschung und Entwicklung hat Li-ion Motors Autos mit Verbrennungsmotoren in Autos mit elektrischem Antrieb umgebaut und ist nun bereit für ein signifikantes Wachstum. FAZIT: Wir liegen anscheinend goldrichtig. Nach dieser Meldung ist uns auch klar, wieso ein israelischer Investor eine Bewertung von 21,5 Mio. USD bzw. 0,67 USD pro Aktie akzeptiert! Der israelische Investor ist bereit umgerechnet rund 0,50 Euro pro Aktie zu bezahlen und verspricht sich bei diesem Einstiegskurs immer noch eine hohe Rendite!
