Erstmal abwarten, ob die bis zum 10.12. das PP zu 3 Mio CAD durchkriegen.
Das Marktumfeld ist ja positiv... :)

Wenn ja, dann wird erstmal weiter gedrillt.
Auf der HP heißt es http://www.foundationres.com/s/Home.asp: Foundation is acquiring a 70% interest in the Coldstream Property by spending 3 million dollars in exploration on the Property over a four-year period and funding a feasibility study.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 1, 2011) - Foundation Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FDN - News; "Foundation") and Alto Ventures Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ATV - News; "Alto") or together "the Companies" are pleased to announce the commencement of a 6,000 metre diamond drilling program on the Coldstream Property ("the Property") in northwestern Ontario. Foundation is the operator of this program and owns a 60% interest in the Property and Alto owns the remaining 40%. The three priority targets for the drill program are:

      (1) Expand the East Coldstream Gold Deposit ("the Deposit") laterally by targeting 3D-induced polarization (IP) anomalies identified during the 2010 summer exploration program. These IP anomalies are located a few hundred metres both south and east of the Deposit.

      (2) Test the Iris Zone by targeting historical IP anomalies with coincident surface gold values. The Iris Zone is located approximately 1.5 km northeast of the Deposit. Historic drilling results (e.g., 1.27 g/t gold over 5.2 m and 0.74 g/t gold over 12.5 m, including 1.19 g/t gold over 4.0 m) and Foundation's 2009 and 2010 surface exploration results (up to 25.0 g/t gold in grab samples) correspond well with the historical IP anomalies. These targets are very encouraging as they have not been tested in detail.

      (3) Test the possible extension of the Moss Lake Gold Deposit onto the southern-most claims of the Property. Historical drilling by Inco Ltd. (now "Vale") in the early 1980s returned anomalous gold values (e.g., 0.99 g/t gold over 24.5 m and 1.5 g/t gold over 3.5 m) suggesting a potential extension of the Moss Lake Gold Deposit (QES Zone) onto the Property.

In addition to the drilling, a 3D-IP survey is also planned on the Span Lake claims adjacent to the Moss Lake Gold Deposit (1.1 million ounces in 'Indicated' and 520,000 ounces in 'Inferred' categories).

Approximately 10,000-metre of diamond drilling was completed during the 2010 winter and summer exploration programs on the East Coldstream Deposit. The recent drilling has confirmed the continuity of gold mineralization between widely spaced historical holes and has extended the down-plunge and lateral continuity of the Deposit. In 1991 Noranda calculated the Deposit to contain a non-NI 43-101 compliant historic resource of 5.1 million tonnes grading 1.4 g/t gold (234,000 ounces contained gold)(i).

In addition, surface exploration work consisting of a 3D-IP survey adjacent to the Deposit and litho-geochemical sampling and prospecting in the Iris Zone were carried out. Both the drilling and surface programs generated very positive results and the current 2011 winter drilling program is designed as a follow up to these favourable exploration results.

Encouraged by the positive drilling results, the Companies strongly believe that the 2010 drilling programs were executed successfully and have potentially increased the area of gold mineralization. The drilling planned in 2011 will continue to advance the deposit towards a NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate. Furthermore, with planned drilling of several 3D-IP targets this winter, the Companies believe there is potential for lateral extension to the east and south of the Deposit.

      (i) A Qualified Person (QP), as defined in NI43-101, has not done sufficient work to classify this historical estimate as current mineral resources. Foundation is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources, as defined in NI43-101, and thus the historical estimate should not be relied upon.

Results of 2010 Winter and Summer Drilling Programs

Results from the 2010 winter and summer programs (38 holes, totaling 10,107 metres) were very positive as they represent some of the best grades and widths drilled on the Property to date (see Foundation's 2010 news releases on its website: www.foundationres.com). Of the thirty-eight holes, 36 were drilled to test the Deposit and two holes were drilled in the northern part of the Span Lake area. Drilling of the two Span Lake holes yielded wide mineralized intercepts with anomalous gold grades (e.g., 0.34 g/t gold over 39.55 m in hole SL-10-TW and 0.23 g/t gold over 73.0 metres, including 0.49 g/t gold over 14.1 m in hole SL-10-01).

The 36 holes (C-10-14 through C-10-49) that were completed to test the Deposit demonstrated potential for increased grades and widths as compared to the historical drilling. Hole C-10-14 intersected 4.88 g/t gold over 27.3 m and C-10-16 cut a wide section of mineralization averaging 1.12 g/t gold over 111.3 m. Both of these holes were drilled to test the Main Zone. In addition, hole C-10-49 returned two significant intercepts of 45.6 m averaging 1.04 g/t gold and 49.9 m averaging 1.01 g/t gold. These intercepts occur at vertical depths of approximately 180 m and 260 m respectively in an area of the Main Zone that had not been drilled previously. These are encouraging results as they increase the potential for hosting additional gold mineralization in the Main Zone. For an interpretation of these and the following drill hole results from other zones, please refer to cross-sections and longitudinal sections in the "Investor Presentation" folder on Foundation's website at www.foundationres.com.

Drill hole C-10-39 tested the Sanders Zone and returned 35.6 metre-wide zone averaging 2.10 g/t gold. Three additional holes were drilled and yielded similar results confirming gold mineralization extends down-plunge and remains open at depth. Results from the four holes testing the Sanders Zone are significant as this zone was not part of Noranda's historical holdings and the mineralization was not included in their historical resource estimate in 1991. The Sanders Zone is located on strike approximately 500 m northeast of the Main Zone. Foundation's drilling on this zone indicates significant potential to increase the size of the Deposit.

The East and North zones, which occur parallel to both the Main and Sanders zones, are the other two of the four zones comprising the 1.5 km long East Coldstream Deposit. Wide intervals of gold mineralization similar to the Main and Sanders were also intersected in the East and North zones. Drill hole C-10-32 intersected a 34.8 metre-wide section averaging 1.84 g/t gold in the East Zone. In the North Zone, hole C-10-18 intersected 67.9 m averaging 1.1 g/t gold and C-10-23 cut 34.5m averaging 1.93 g/t gold. These results confirm gold mineralization extends down plunge and remains open at depth.

Foundation Acquires 100% Interest in the Coldstream Gold Project, Ontario

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 8, 2011) - Foundation Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FDN)(FRANKFURT:S52) ("Foundation" or "Company") and Alto Ventures Ltd. ("Alto") have entered into a binding Letter of Intent pursuant to which Foundation will acquire Alto's 40% interest in the Coldstream Gold Project. The Coldstream Project is host to a number of significant gold targets including the East Coldstream deposit which has a NI 43-101 resource estimate of 763,276 ounces gold (30.5 million tonnes at 0.78 g/t gold) in the Inferred and 96,400 ounces gold (3.5 million tonnes at 0.85 g/t gold) in the Indicated categories (see Figure 1). This consolidation in ownership gives Foundation a 100% interest in the property.

"We are very pleased to acquire the remaining 40% interest in the Coldstream Property which is a substantial step forward in the development of the Company," states Foundation's President Ike Osmani. "Further, this consolidation of ownership enhances Alto as a strategic shareholder and creates additional value for our existing shareholders."

In consideration of the acquisition of Alto's 40% interest, the Company will pay aggregate consideration of $2,500,000 payable through the issuance of 10,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.12 per share and $1,300,000 in cash over a six month period. On the Closing Date, Foundation will pay to Alto $350,000 in cash and issue Alto such number of common shares, up to 10 million shares, as will not result in Alto becoming a control person of Foundation. Within six months of the closing date, Foundation will pay to Alto $950,000 in cash, subject to a potential three month extension period, and issue the balance of any common shares due to Alto. As part of the agreement Alto will vote in support of management for a period of three years and will not tender its shares to any take-over bid not recommended by Foundation's Board of Directors.

      About the Coldstream Project

There are currently five (5) known significant gold mineralization areas occurring within the claim boundaries of the Coldstream Property that are currently subject to aggressive exploration and development campaigns by the Company (Figure 1). The exploration targets include: East Coldstream Deposit, Iris Zone, Goldie Zone, Span Lake deposit and the Burchell West prospect. Of these, the East Coldstream Deposit is the most advanced of all other targets for which a NI 43-101 resource estimate of 763,276 ounces gold in the Inferred and 96,400 ounces gold in the Indicated categories has been calculated and reported on September 20, 2011. The 6,410-hectare Property, located along the Trans Canada Highway 115 km west of Thunder Bay in northwestern Ontario, occurs within the western Shebandowan Greenstone Belt (SGB) of the Wawa Subprovince which is host to some of the richest gold mines in Canada (e.g., Hemlo gold camp).

Gold on the Coldstream Property occurs along 16 kilometres of the 25 kilometre long, northeast-southwest trending North Coldstream-Moss Lake deformation zone and its subsidiary structures.

Foundation Resources Commences 4,000 Metre Drill Program on the Coldstream Gold Property in Northwestern Ontario

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 23, 2011) - Foundation Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FDN) ("Foundation") is pleased to announce the commencement of a 4,000 metre diamond drilling program on its flagship Coldstream Gold Property ("the Property") in northwestern Ontario. The three primary objectives of this drill program are:

      (1) Test the Goldie Zone at depth where exploration trenching and channel sampling in 2009 completed by Foundation returned highly anomalous gold values (e.g., 30.7 g/t gold over 1.15 m; 2.57 g/t gold over 3.49 m) in 9 trenches covering over 300 metres of strike length. This new gold zone is located approximately 1.0 km south of the East Coldstream Deposit (763,276 ounces gold Inferred and 96,400 ounces gold Indicated) (Figure 1).

      (2) Test the geophysical induced Polarization (IP) targets delineated during the 2011 summer exploration program in the southern-half of the Span Lake claims of the Property (news release August 16, 2011). Three areas (IP-1, IP-2 and IP-3) of strongest chargeable bedrock responses coincident with strong to moderate resistive anomalies were defined by the IP survey. Within these areas, thirteen (13) high to medium priority drill targets will be drilledin the current program.

      (3) Test the possible extension of the Moss Lake Gold Deposit (1.1 million ounces gold 'Indicated' and 520,000 ounces gold 'Inferred')* onto the southern-most claims of Span Lake. The southern-most claims are host to two geophysical IP targets, the IP-1 and IP-2. Historical drilling by Inco Ltd. (now "Vale") in the 1980s, partially covering these IP targets, returned anomalous gold values (e.g., 1.04 g/t gold over 7.45 m and 1.5 g/t gold over 3.5 m) suggesting a potential extension of the Moss Lake Gold Deposit (QES and Main Zones) onto the Property.

      * A Qualified Person (QP), as defined in NI43-101, has not done sufficient work to classify this historical estimate as current mineral resources. Foundation is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources, as defined in NI43-101, and thus the historical estimate should not be relied upon.

Ike Osmani, M.Sc., P.Geo., the President of Foundation and the Qualified Person for the Coldstream Project, has reviewed and approved the technical content of this news release.

      The Span Lake Claims

The Span Lake area consists of 27 claims (442 ha) representing the southern-most part of the 6,410 hectare Coldstream Property (Figure 1). The regionally extensive belt of intermediate and felsic metavolcanic rocks that hosts a number of gold occurrences and the Moss Lake Gold Deposit underlies the Span Lake claims. Gold on the Span Lake claims is mainly associated with pyrite and occurs within sheared/fractured and altered intermediate to felsic metavolcanic rocks, diorite, quartz-feldspar and feldspar porphyry intrusions. Typical alteration mineral assemblage, depending on the host rock composition, consists of silica, albite, sericite, hematite and biotite or k-feldspar as potassic minerals.

      The Goldie Zone

The Goldie Zone, located 1.0 km south of the East Coldstream Deposit (Figure 1), is underlain by mafic metavolcanic rocks which have been intruded by subconcordant to concordant sills and dikes of gabbro, diorite and quartz-feldspar porphyries. Gold occurs with pyrite within the east-northeast striking shear zone, a litho-tectonic setting very similar to the East Coldstream Deposit located 1.0 km north of the Goldie Zone. Detailed geological mapping and channel sampling of nine trenches by Foundation has delineated at least 300 metre-long gold-bearing structure. Some of the most significant gold assays obtained from 2009 channel sampling along this structure include: 30.7 g/t gold over 1.15m, 1.21 g/t gold over 3.49m, 1.95 g/t gold over 1.30m, and 2.57 g/t gold over 3.49m.

      The Coldstream Property

The 6,410-hectare Coldstream Property is located along the Trans Canada Highway 115 km west of the City of Thunder Bay, Ontario. The area is road accessible and has excellent infrastructure with a major power line and CN rail line passing just north of the property. Skilled labour is readily available locally.

Foundation Updates Winter Drilling Program on the Coldstream Gold Property in Northwestern Ontario

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 15, 2011) - Foundation Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FDN)(FRANKFURT:S52) ("Foundation" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the following update on its 4,000-metre winter diamond drilling program on its flagship Coldstream Gold Property ("the Property") in northwestern Ontario. Under the current program, the two main areas, the Goldie Zone and Span Lake prospect, have been targeted for exploration drilling (Figure 1).

A total of 10 holes have been completed at the Goldie Zone and now stopped for the holiday season. Drilling is planned to resume in January 2012 on the Span Lake prospect.

The Goldie Zone, exposed by exploration trenching in 2009 by the Company, was drilled to confirm the surface mineralization at depths (approximately 30-35 metres). Assay results of channel samples in 2009 returned highly anomalous gold values (e.g., 30.7 g/t gold over 1.15 m; 2.57 g/t gold over 3.49 m) in 9 trenches covering more than 300 metres strike length of gold mineralization. This new gold zone is located approximately 1.0 km south of the Osmani Gold Deposit* (formerly the East Coldstream Deposit) which hosts 763,276 ounces gold (30.5 million tonnes at 0.78 g/t) in the Inferred and 96,400 ounces gold (3.5 million tonnes at 0.85 g/t) in the Indicated categories (Figure 1). Drill cores are currently being logged and sampled by field geologists. Sample cores will be cut and shipped to ALS Chemex Laboratory in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Drilling will commence at the Span Lake prospect upon returning to the Property in January 2012. The remaining metres of this program will be utilized on drill-testing several geophysical induced polarization (IP) targets delineated during the 2011 summer exploration program on the southern-half of the Span Lake claims of the Property (news release August 16, 2011). Three main areas (IP-1, IP-2 and IP-3) will be subjected to the drilling with up to thirteen holes displaying strong to moderate chargeability anomalies coincident with strong to moderate resistive anomalies. Some of these holes within the IP-1 and IP-2 areas will be testing the possible extension of the Moss Lake Gold Deposit (1.1 million ounces gold 'Indicated' and 520,000 ounces gold 'Inferred') onto the southern-most claims of Span Lake. Historical drilling by Inco Ltd. (now "Vale") in the 1980s, partially covering these IP targets in these areas, returned anomalous gold values (e.g., 1.04 g/t gold over 7.30 m and 1.5 g/t gold over 3.5 m) suggesting a potential extension of the Moss Lake Gold Deposit (QES and Main Zones) onto the Property.

      * Foundation has officially renamed its East Coldstream Deposit as the Osmani Gold Deposit in recognition of Ike Osmanis' geological contribution to the Shebandowan area over the last twenty years. Foundation has also realized other technical reason for renaming this deposit as there are few similar names associated with the Property (i.e., the North Coldstream Mines, Coldstream Gold Trend, and the Coldstream Property) and can lead to confusion.

I was reading in the aureport an article where James West was being interviewed about Foundation Resources FDN.

We've been talking about this miner here on this page for a few weeks now. Anyhow if anyone is looking at getting into a small miner that is way undervalued this could be a very good choice. Fountation has recently become a top pick in that region because it has 860,000 ounces (oz) gold and an NI 43-101 valued at $5.80/oz in the ground based on its share price......

In James own words. "It's just a spectacular opportunity."

Foundation Resources Identifies Potential Massive Sulphide Targets on the Mitchell Property in the Red Lake Mining District of Ontario
February 21, 2012 - 09:00:00 AM VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 21, 2012) - Foundation Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FDN)(FRANKFURT:52F) ("Foundation" or "the Company") is pleased to announce encouraging results from a recently completed helicopter-borne electromagnetic ("HELI-TEM") survey on its massive sulphide Mitchell Property ("Property") located in the Red Lake Mining District in Northwestern Ontario. The Property is located 10 km southwest of the former South Bay Mine (1.6 Mt mined at 2.5% copper, 14% zinc and 120 g/t silver)(i) and 80 kilometres east of the Town of Red Lake.

"We are very pleased with the successful completion and the results of the geophysical electromagnetic survey which has delineated two prominent 'bulls-eye' conductive anomalies located in the most western and eastern parts of the Property. Modeling of these anomalies has commenced which will provide the estimates of size and orientation to help direct follow-up diamond drilling program," commented Ike Osmani, President and Director of the Foundation.

HELI-TEM is the world's most powerful commercially available helicopter-borne time-domain electromagnetic system (EM), ensuring the greatest depth of exploration possible for any airborne EM system. The HELI-TEM survey on the Property was flown and completed in September 2011. It has detected two large 'bulls-eye' electromagnetic anomalies 'A' and 'B' of potential base metal-sulphide (copper-zinc-silver) bodies located, respectively, in the western and eastern parts of the Property (Figure 1). Anomaly 'A' is subcircular in shape, which measures about 1.0 kilometre in both north-south and eastwest directions. Anomaly 'B', which trends north-south, is over 1.6 kilometre long and 200 to 400 me wide. These 2 anomalies are located approximately 3.0 kilometres apart from each other.

The 2,256-hectare Mitchell Property is located approximately 10 kilometres southwest of the former South Bay Mine (1.6 Mt mined @2.5% copper, 14% zinc and 120 g/t silver), which is approximately 80 kilometres east of the town of Red Lake in northwestern Ontario. Access to the property is via the South Bay Road extending east off the Highway 105 from the town of Ear Falls. An electrical grid passes through the southern claims of the Property.

The Property occurs within the southern Birch-Uchi Greenstone Belt in the Uchi Subprovince of the Superior Province of the Canadian Shield and contains felsic-intermediate metavolcanic units similar to those found at the South Bay Mine. A few historical holes in the late 1960s drilled in the Anomaly 'A' area intersected volcanogenic massive sulphide or VMS-type exhalite horizons. Up to 5.5 m wide semi-massive to massive and 23.0 m wide stringer sulphide mineralization consisting of pyrite-pyrrhotite-chalcopyrite-sphalerite mineral assemblage has been reported. This drilling was shallow and mineralization remains untested along strike, down plunge and at depth below 100-metre vertical. The second electromagnetic anomaly ('B'), located 3.0 kilometres east of the Anomaly 'A', is largely untested by drilling. The results of the current HELI-TEM survey suggest thorough drill testing of Anomaly 'B' is warranted. Only one historical hole that was drilled in the Anomaly 'B' area intersected 5.0 m of stringer and massive pyrite-pyrrhotite-chalcopyrite-sphalerite mineralization along the felsic-mafic metavolcanic contact.

      (i) The geology and assay results quoted above are from various historical reports, both published and unpublished, and have not been verified by Foundation.

Foundation Drills New Gold Mineralization 1.0 Kilometre South of the Osmani Gold Deposit on the Coldstream Property

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 2, 2012) - Foundation Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FDN)(FRANKFURT:52F) ("Foundation" or "the Company") is pleased to announce it has successfully intersected new gold mineralization at Goldie Lake, located approximately 1.0 kilometre south of the Osmani Gold Deposit which hosts a NI 43-101 resource estimate of 763,276 ounces gold (30.5 million tonnes at 0.78 g/t gold) in the Inferred and 96,400 ounces gold (3.5 million tonnes at 0.85 g/t gold) in the Indicated categories. Goldie Lake is one of five areas of interest for the Company with the blue sky potential of hosting significant gold mineralization.

The main objective of the current drilling program was to follow up on Foundation's 2009 surface gold discovery to assess the lateral continuity and potential widening of the mineralized surface structure to shallower depths.

"We are very encouraged with the results of the current exploratory drilling in the Goldie Lake area which was designed to follow up on the surface gold discovery by Foundation in 2009. This initial follow up drilling has proven successful by intersecting several near-surface anomalous gold intercepts within the target area," commented Ike Osmani, President and Director of Foundation.

Drilling at the Goldie Lake is part of a 4,000-metre winter exploratory program designed to evaluate gold potential in other areas of the Property, such as Goldie and Span lakes targets located, respectively, 1.0 kilometre south and 8.0 kilometres southwest of the Osmani Gold Deposit. Of the 4,000 metre program, approximately 3,000 metres are allocated on the Span Lake target where drilling is currently in progress.

The results of this drilling will be reported as soon they become available............

Foundation Resources Intersects New High-Grade Gold Mineralization at the Span Lake Project of the Coldstream Property
March 20, 2012 - 09:00:00 AM VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 20, 2012) - Foundation Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FDN)(FRANKFURT:52F) ("Foundation" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has successfully intersected new high-grade gold mineralization in two of three holes drilled within the Span Lake area of the Coldstream Property ("Property"). These holes were drilled in the underexplored southwestern Span Lake claims adjacent to the Moss Lake Gold Deposit (1.1 million ounces gold indicated and 0.52 million ounces gold inferred - Moss Lake Gold Mines news release dated July 14, 2010), and is located approximately 8.0 kilometres southwest of the Osmani Gold Deposit (763,276 ounces gold from 30.5 million tonnes at 0.78 g/t gold Inferred and 96,400 ounces gold from 3.5 million tonnes at 0.85 g/t gold in Indicated categories).

cuts of assays were used. All intervals are represented as down-
      hole core lengths.

The Span Lake target is one of five areas of interest for the Company to host potentially economic gold mineralization. The primary objective for drilling the Span Lake target is a two-fold program: 1) test the IP chargeability anomaly (IP-1 area) (Figure 1) delineated by Foundation in 2011 (News Release - August 16, 2011), and 2) test the potential extension of the adjacent Moss Lake Gold Deposit onto the southern claims of the Property.

"We are very pleased with the results of the three exploratory drill holes, which intersected multiple high-grade gold mineralization within relatively broad envelopes of anomalous gold mineralization in an underexplored area of the Span Lake. These results not only confirm the potential extension of the Moss Lake Gold Deposit (Main Zone) onto these claims but have also added substantial blue sky potential to host significant gold mineralization within the Coldstream Property," commented Ike Osmani, President and Director of Foundation.

Drilling at Span Lake is part of a 4,000-metre winter exploratory program designed to evaluate the economic potential in other areas of the Property, such as the Goldie and Span lakes targets. Goldie and Span Lake are located 1.0 kilometre south and 8.0 kilometres southwest of the Osmani Gold Deposit, respectively. Of the 4,000 metre drilling program, over 3,000 metres (14-holes) have been completed on the Span Lake target while the remaining 1,000 metres have been allocated to the Goldie Lake target. The drill results from the Goldie Lake drilling were reported on March 02, 2012.

All three holes tested a strong to weak chargeability anomaly area (IP-1) coincident with a weak to medium resistivity anomaly underlying the southwestern most Span Lake claims adjacent to the Moss Lake Gold Mines property (Figure 1). This anomalous area has very minimal to no bedrock exposure and as a result has been significantly underexplored. All three holes drilled in this area intersected anomalous to highly anomalous gold and silver mineralization indicating excellent potential to host significant precious metal mineralization. The precious metal mineralization is associated with 1 to 10% pyrite and less than 1% chalcopyrite. The assay results, although based on very limited drilling to this date, suggest mineralization is open both on strike (north-northeast and east-northeast) and at depth.

Figure 1 - To view Figure 1, please click the following link: http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/FDNFIG1.pdf.

Drill hole SL-11-11, designed to test a medium to weak chargeability anomaly, intersected high-grade gold and silver mineralization at two locations. The assay results yielded21.10 g/t gold and 36.40 g/t silver over 0.50 metre within a 10.05-metre-widezone averaging 2.22g/t gold and 4.96 g/t silver at the relatively shallow depth of 98.35m to 108.40m. The second high-grade mineralized zone occurred 51.85 metres down hole, yielding 21.0 g/t gold and 6.70 g/t silver over 0.50metre.

Drill hole SL-11-12, located 200 metres west of drill hole SL-11-11, intersected several anomalous gold values, including one high-grade gold intercept. The most significant assay results from this hole include a 23.0 metre-wide zone averaging 0.43 g/t gold and 1.92 g/t silver (including 0.57 g/t gold and 3.94 g/t silver over 10.0 metres), and a high-grade intercept of 31.39 g/t gold and 3.04 g/t silver over 1.30 metres(including 80.30 g/t gold and 7.50 g/t silver over 0.50 metre). The high-grade mineralization (80.30 g/t gold) in the hole is confirmed by the presence of visible gold observed in the core at the time of sampling. The visible gold sample was subjected to a special pulp metallic screening procedure by the ALS Chemex Lab to ensure that the assay result is an accurate representation of gold content in the core sample.

Drill hole SL-11-13 was collared 100 metres northeast of SL-11-12 and was designed to test the lateral northeast extension of gold mineralization intersected in drill hole SL-11-12. The best intercept from SL-11-13 include 0.45 g/t gold and 1.55 g/t silver within 20.05 metre-wide zone, including 1.36 g/t gold and 4.21 g/t silver over 4.80 metres.

Ike Osmani, M.Sc., P.Geo., the President of Foundation and the Qualified Person for the Coldstream Project, supervised the drill program, has reviewed and approved the technical content of this news release.

      About the Coldstream Property

There are currently five (5) known significant gold mineralization areas occurring within the claim boundaries of the Coldstream Property that are currently subject to aggressive exploration and development campaigns by the Company. The exploration targets include: Osmani Gold Deposit, Iris Zone, Goldie Zone, Span Lake deposit and the Burchell West prospect. Of these, the Osmani Gold Deposit is the most advanced of all other targets for which a NI 43-101 resource estimate of 763,276 ounces gold in the Inferred and 96,400 ounces gold in the Indicated categories has been calculated and reported on September 20, 2011. The 6,410-hectare Property, located along the Trans-Canada Highway 115 km west of Thunder Bay in north western Ontario, occurs within the western Shebandowan Greenstone Belt of the Wawa Sub-province which is host to some of the richest gold mines in Canada (e.g., Hemlo gold camp).

Gold on the Coldstream Property occurs along 16 kilometres of the 25 kilometre long, northeast-southwest trending North Coldstream-Moss Lake deformation zone which hosts and defines the Coldstream Gold Trend.

      About Foundation Resources Inc.

Foundation Resources is a mineral exploration company focused on the exploration and development of its flagship Coldstream Gold Project located in the Shebandowan Greenstone Belt, 115 Km North West of Thunder Bay, Ontario and the Mitchell base metal property located within the Red Lake Mining District in Ontario.
