      Hallo Kanakaristies!

Aktuelle Zahlen im Sec-Filing vom 16.1.2001:As of January 10, 2001, we employed or contracted a total of seven
employees and five consultants on a full or part-time basis. Four of our workers
are devoted primarily to our Internet and e-commerce businesses, three of our
workers are devoted primarily to our data control console business and three of
our personnel are devoted to both our Internet and e-commerce businesses and our
      data control console business.
We currently occupy approximately 1,780 square feet of office space at
our headquarters in Costa Mesa, California. Our long-term lease for this space
expired in August 2000. We are renting this space on a month-to-month basis
      while we consider relocating.
NET SALES. Net sales decreased $354,920 (37%) from $968,758 for the year ended September 30, 1999 to $613,838 for the year ended September 30, 2000. Net sales derived from our e-commerce business decreased $8,568 (27%) from $31,162 for the year ended September 30, 1999 to $22,594 for the year ended September 30, 2000. Net sales derived from our data control console business decreased $346,352 (37%) from $937,596 for the year ended September 30, 1999 to $591,244 for the year ended September 30, 2000. This decrease was primarily due to a decrease in sales of our OPCON Modular System, which we believe to be a result of fluctuations in the timing of orders for our data control console products caused by budget constraints and delayed receipt of expected funding by some prospective clients.

GROSS PROFIT. Gross profit decreased $66,700 (22%) from a gross profit of $307,051 for the year ended September 30, 1999 to a gross profit of $240,351 for the year ended September 30, 2000. This decrease in gross profit was due primarily to the decrease in total sales noted above and increased expenditures in developing the foundation of our e-commerce business.

OPERATING EXPENSES. Total operating expenses increased $5,577,225 (152%) from $3,673,250 for the year ended September 30, 1999 to $9,250,475 for the year ended September 30, 2000. This increase in total operating expenses was due primarily to an increase in consulting fees, marketing, advertising and investor relations costs, and other professional fees. Consulting fees increased $2,351,740 (176%) from $1,339,287 for the year ended September 30, 1999 to $3,691,027 for the year ended September 30, 2000. Marketing, advertising and investor relations costs increased $1,454,784 (177%) from $822,306 for the year ended September 30, 1999 to $2,277,090 for the year ended September 30, 2000, primarily due to our increased consumer and trade advertising and marketing. Professional fees increased $926,693 (150%) from $616,282 for the year ended September 30, 1999 to $1,542,975 for the year ended September 30, 2000. Each of these operating expenses was paid primarily through the issuance of shares of our common stock to the service provider.

INTEREST AND OTHER EXPENSE. Interest and other expense increased $3,790,921, from $175,661 for the year ended September 30, 1999 to $3,966,582 for the year ended September 30, 2000. This increase in other expense was due to the financing cost of issuing stock through convertible debentures.

NET LOSS. Net loss increased $9,434,846 (266%) from $3,541,860 for the year ended September 30, 1999 to $12,976,706 for the year ended September 30, 2000. This increase in net loss was due to a combination of decreased sales, decreased gross profit, increased operating expenses, and increased interest and other expense, as discussed above.

      LIQUIDITY AND CAPITAL RESOURCES

We currently finance our operations primarily through private placements of securities and revenue generated from our operations. We also have available to us a $7,000,000 revolving line of credit from Alliance Equities which can be drawn upon by us for up to $500,000 per month, with interest to accrue at the rate of 10% per annum. However, during the fiscal year ended September 30, 2000 and through January 16, 2001, no amounts were outstanding under the line of credit.
In January 2000, our convertible debentures that were outstanding as of December 31, 1999 were converted into an aggregate of 1,783,334 shares of our common stock, which shares were registered by us for resale by the purchasers.

In February 2000, we issued $1,000,000 of our 10% Convertible Debentures due February 1, 2001, which were accompanied by warrants to purchase up to 300,000 shares of common stock. The net proceeds of that offering, after the payment of some related expenses, were $870,000. In March and April 2000, $750,000 of the principal amount plus interest was converted into shares of common stock. In June 2000, the remaining $250,000 of the principal amount plus interest was converted into shares of common stock. The shares of common stock issued upon conversion were registered by us for resale by the purchasers.

In April and August 2000, we issued an aggregate of $4,500,000 of our 10% Convertible Debentures due May 1, 2001, which were accompanied by warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,350,000 shares of common stock. The net proceeds of that offering, after payment of some related expenses, were $3,905,000. The shares of common stock underlying the debentures and warrants were registered by us for resale by the purchasers. As of January 9, 2001, $2,159,000 of the principal amount plus certain interest payments had been converted into shares of common stock.

In January 2001, we issued $650,000 of 12% convertible debentures due January 5, 2002 to four accredited investors. The debentures were accompanied by warrants to purchase up to 3,900,000 shares of common stock. The net proceeds of that offering, after payment of related expenses, were approximately $631,500. We are obligated to register for resale by the investors the shares of common stock underlying the debentures and warrants. The debenture purchase documents provide that if certain conditions relating to the market price of our common stock are met, the investors will be obligated to purchase, and we will be obligated to issue, additional debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $650,000, within 30 days following the date that the registration statement covering the shares of common stock underlying the debentures and warrants is declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission. To the extent debentures issued by us are converted into shares of common stock, we will not be obligated to repay the converted amounts.

During the year ended September 30, 2000, we incurred a negative cash flow from operating activities of $4,238,186. As of September 30, 2000, we had a negative working capital of $3,158,417 and an accumulated deficit of $21,340,846. As of that date, we had $615,101 in cash and cash equivalents, $302,246 in accounts receivable, $205,000 in notes receivable from non-stockholders, a net value for our film library of $452,916 and accounts payable and accrued expenses of $797,992.

Cash used in our operating activities totaled $4,238,186 for the year ended September 30, 2000, as compared to $1,231,233 for the year ended September 30, 1999. Cash used in our investing activities totaled $857,276 for the year ended September 30, 2000. Cash provided by our investing activities totaled $4,870 for the year ended September 30, 1999.

Cash provided by our financing activities totaled $5,555,500 for the year ended September 30, 2000 and $1,376,011 for the year ended September 30, 1999. We raised $5,235,000 of the cash provided by financing activities during the year ended September 30, 2000 and $620,000 of the cash provided by financing activities during the year ended September 30, 1999 from the issuance of our convertible debentures.

For the year ended September 30, 2000, we had net sales of $613,838 and a net loss of $12,976,706, of which loss $8,593,761 (66%) consisted of non-cash expenses. These non-cash expenses included $5,036,261 of common stock and options to purchase common stock that we issued to various individuals and entities as compensation for services rendered and a $3,257,500 non-cash expense relating to the issuance of our convertible debentures.

      Hi,

anbei ein DD update aus dem Ragingbull.

      ►►KKRS DD UPDATE 1/21/01◄◄

      ABOUT KANAKARIS WIRELESS
Kanakaris Wireless has hundreds of movies and books online which can be viewed at multiple bandwidths. Kanakaris Wireless invented the concept of WEAR(TM) and is now delivering film and book content to PocketPCs®. Kanakaris delivered the first online movie in 1995 and has been public since 1997. Kanakaris is now expanding to become a total Entertainment content company using the latest technology to reach a world audience. Kanakaris has applied to become the first American Internet company listed on the Stockholm exchange
Kanakaris has leapt over barriers that trap other companies because it has created the most substantial network of land-based and wireless distribution servers, and has obtained the rights over a significant number of books and full-length movies, in both English and Spanish. In fact, during 1995 Kanakaris was the first company to deliver a full-length streaming movie over the Internet.
Based on the World Business Review broadcast, Kanakaris hasn`t looked back since, especially with the advent of its new WEAR(TM) technology, a revolutionary approach to delivering sensory-rich original multimedia content that can be viewed on a user`s television, PC, or handheld devices such as a Pocket PC.
``I think the thing that differentiates us is that we`re the only company in the world that is offering music, full-length movies, and books for direct delivery over the Internet,`` Kanakaris said on World Business Review. ``And now we`re taking it to the next level with WEAR, which delivers original multimedia content that can be watched and listened to literally anywhere.``
The broadcast also featured Kanakaris` innovative approach to wireless content delivery, using state of the art technology and strategic partnerships to ultimately reach every potential Internet user in the world. By using scalable broadband technology, which provides excellent quality sound and video for all users, regardless of their connection speed, Kanakaris has maximized his company`s market potential and exposure.
According to Kanakaris, there currently are more than 560,000 wireless Internet users in the United States. By 2003, that number will reach more than 73 million, based on a recent report in Business Week. Because Kanakaris had the vision and foresight to anticipate this overwhelming market, his company not only dominates the market in its current state, it is ready to maintain the lead as the world finally realizes the market potential that Alex Kanakaris knew existed for years.

Kanakaris has captured the imagination of financial community participants in its meetings from Wall Street to the heart of the wireless development land of Sweden and Finland to the boardrooms of Europe.

      Forrester research indicates
That 300 million dollars of sales of on-line book sales occurred in a 12-month period. It also indicates that this number will grow to 3 billion by the year 2003. Dick Brass, vice president of technology Microsoft Corp., predicts that 20 to 40 percent of all on-line text sales will be electronic within 3 to 5 years. Based on these projections, the marketplace for direct over the Internet delivery of books alone will be 600 million to 1.2 billion dollars. If Kanakaris`s share of this marketplace is 10 percent, the Kanakaris revenue for on-line book sales and rentals will be 60 million to 120 million dollars.

      The Hispanic marketplace
Is $380 billion a year in the United States alone, and is expected to double by 2010. The Kanakaris/LAIN web site at Cinemaniapop.com, offers the first online full-length motion picture web site devoted exclusively to this marketplace offering broadcast quality (at Broadband delivery).

Together, we seek to revolutionize the delivery of entertainment content to the exploding wireless world,,`` said Gary Devore, Soft Orbit, a division of Pix Media Inc. ``Kanakaris has an option to license thousands of additional titles and Soft Orbit will aggressively continue to provide the kind of leading pop culture content which drives Kanakaris Wireless,`` he added.

      What Insiders say about KKRS
Not since I became known as the Father of Home Video have I seen anything approaching the potential of Kanakaris Wireless and the world-leading www.CinemaPop.com web site. I look forward to helping make Kanakaris the great studio, akin to an MGM or Warner, of the 00s,`` said George Atkinson, founder of the Video Station retail network which exceeded 600 stores prior to the foundation of Blockbuster.
``When Alex Kanakaris, who invented the business concept of online movie delivery in 1995, shows the wireless delivery of short films and books into devices like PocketPCs, he and Kanakaris Wireless are re-inventing the wheel when it comes to entertainment. It is just a matter of time until Kanakaris and his company, in which I am proud to be a part, becomes a well-known focal point in the evolution of technology in our lives,`` said Branch Lotspeich, designer of NASA`s Goddard Space Flight command control center and Vice Chairman of Kanakaris Wireless.

``Kanakaris Wireless is introducing the film delivery technology for the 21st Century while stores like Blockbuster are offering the film delivery technology of the 20th Century,`` said Richard Epstein, a Kanakaris shareholder and President of Alliance Equities, based in Florida. ``A lot of the mainstream press is reporting yesterday`s news, while Kanakaris takes the news of tomorrow and introduces it today at www.CinemaPop.com,`` he added.
`There are multiple revenue opportunities for a hugely popular worldwide appealing entertainment web site and Kanakaris is now prepared to seize those cyber dollars with ads, subscriptions and increased audience share,`` said Colby Marceau, a Kanakaris Wireless representative.

      Wireless Data About To Boom
The wireless data market is set to skyrocket, according to a new report by the research firm Cahners In-Stat Group. The study estimates that, by 2003, there will be 25 million people receiving data over wireless Net devices. Currently, there are about 1.7 million such users, which represent only two to three percent of the traffic over wireless networks. Our research continues to show that users want access to wireless data," said Becky Diercks, director of Wireless Research. "In the future, we believe mobile workers will represent the best market for these services, followed by the corporate market as it adopts horizontal applications such as e-mail, fax, and access to the Internet, and lastly, the consumer market." The study further predicted that, in future years, wireless users won`t even realize they`re using the Internet for simple requests. For instance, carriers will provide customers with the ability to access their Web site for billing and support issues. The study also found that wireless operators are going to have to provide fixed pricing plans as wireless data transmission increases in popularity. Also, the study predicted that wireless operators will have to assure users that their systems are secure.

Vinton Cerf.(Co founder of the Internet)
The findings are part of the report, The Wireless Data Market: Finally Poised for Growth. According to Vinton Cerf, the co-founder of the Internet and senior vice president for Data Architecture at MCI WorldCom, there are significant challenges to Internet and wireless multimedia delivery. But he recognized that not all companies are created equal, and that Kanakaris Wireless (OTC Bulletin Board: KKRS - news) is a true industry leader.Vinton Cerf also said that he believed the Kanakaris network of online books, movies, and music is a successful e-commerce mode. He also was intrigued about how
      Kanakaris generates revenue.

      Marketing is the key.
In fact, Kanakaris currently is in Europe establishing a new division that will not only provide content to users throughout that continent, it also will establish new financial and business relationships and recruit new original content from all over the world

      Hallo Jungs,

Kanakaris Wireless Begins European Initiative, Launching Site for Germany as First Step for European Expansion
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Jan. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Beginning with Germany as its initial target market, Kanakaris Wireless (OTC Bulletin Board: KKRS - news) today announced it plans to offer a streamlined version of its CinemaPop.com site which will be translated into the German language. The translated ``CinemaPop-EU/de`` site will feature select films and features presented in the company`s own CinemaWEAR encoding technology as well as its proprietary embedded e-commerce (EEC) which will feature advertisements targeted to European users. The company has plans to follow with similarly modeled sites for French and Swedish speaking users. The initiative and its subsequent related sites will also serve as a calling card to display Kanakaris` ability to offer B-to-B services directly to the European market at a later time.

Kanakaris Wireless has selected Germany for the European launch in order to build upon the company`s recent listing on the Berlin Stock Exchange. The company`s European Initiative is also designed to capture the attention of the growing 3G wireless market throughout Europe.

``We will take our recent breakthroughs in wireless streaming and download and apply them in Europe where the infrastructure to deliver a more robust wireless entertainment experience now exists. There is also a greater concentration of broadband users throughout Europe that can benefit from our non-wireless entertainment. Through employing the strategy of European expansion, Kanakaris Wireless will be better prepared to be a market leader as 3G deployment and wide adoption of wireless technologies happens in the U.S. as expected by 2003,`` said newly appointed Chief Technical Officer Robert Wood.

Kanakaris Wireless is not new to translated sites. The company has developed and operates CinemaniaNetwork.com in conjunction with the Latin American Independent Network and features movies and as well as e-commerce geared toward the Spanish speaking community.

Kanakaris Wireless Completes Development of Independent Network Bypassing Mainstream Internet and Launches B-to-B Services Providing Encoding, Webcasting and Paid Advertising

      January 25, 2001
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Jan 25, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Kanakaris Wireless (OTC Bulletin Board: KKRS) announced today that it has completed development of an independent network which bypasses the mainstream Internet using a state-of-the-art "private highway" that is a model for next generation media delivery. Kanakaris will immediately begin offering services to other businesses, including video encoding, webcasting, point-to-point digital delivery and paid advertising. The Company will enhance these offerings throughout 2001 with east and west coast sales reps, online information, and a partnership with a publicly-traded corporate Internet service provider.
By largely avoiding typical Internet congestion which can create interrupted play, the Kanakaris Wireless network allows delivery of a richer and consistent streaming media experience. Kanakaris Wireless also plans to use its private network to expand its patent pending CinemaWEAR encoding process, as well as deliver the soon to be launched Kanakaris 24 hour infotainment channel.

"The streaming media market is fast paced and offers a very fluid technology to work with. Speed of deployment and innovation counts. Having access to our own media servers and delivery network gives Kanakaris Wireless a huge advantage in these areas. We can develop greater technologies and realize larger breakthroughs, as we now offer media encoding and delivery as a complete integrated system. These breakthroughs and innovations can then immediately be applied in a B-to-B and B-to-C manner," said newly appointed Kanakaris Wireless Chief Technology Manager Robert Wood.

Kanakaris Wireless had previously worked with companies such as Intervu, I-Beam, Loudeye, Double-Click and Value Click, in order to encode, deliver and provide advertising for its media to the Internet. Kanakaris discovered limitations inherent in working with outside services, and believes that there is a large potential client base for offering competitive services. Kanakaris Wireless recently embarked on a technical agenda designed to give the company the autonomy it requires to develop its technologies and continue to offer an increasingly better product. The announcement today culminates the company`s consolidation efforts and introduces a "one-stop" encoding and delivery service. Other services such as advertising, using Kanakaris Wireless` embedded e-commerce (EEC) will also be offered.

Having created its own one-stop media mechanism, Kanakaris Wireless will expand its offerings into the B-to-B market by rounding out its CinemaWEAR encoding process to include complete media services from encoding to delivery. Examples of the delivery of CinemaWEAR encoded media can be found in the New Release area of the company`s flagship site CinemaPop.com.

Kanakaris Wireless has completed its consolidation efforts of its media delivery platform. This makes the company self sufficient throughout the entire process of media delivery. Kanakaris Wireless has in place the necessary alliances that enabled introducing its own private network to deliver content over.

      Consumers and Press Respond to Kanakaris-Troma Alliance and First Wireless Delivery of a Movie by a Studio With Toxic Avenger;
Kanakaris Receives Hundreds of Calls Requesting More Troma Content Such As `Canniball! The Musical` and Troma President Foresees Potential New World For Independent Film
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Alex Kanakaris, CEO of Kanakaris Wireless (OTC Bulletin Board: KKRS - news) said, ``We have never experienced the press or consumer response in our five year history that has been generated in less than 48 hours by the announcement of our studio relationship with Troma Entertainment and the first ever studio delivery of a feature film wirelessly over the Internet.`` Kanakaris Wireless also received hundreds of calls from consumers interested in viewing Troma films at the Kanakaris web site www.CinemaPop.com, and requesting additional Troma titles such as Matt Stone`s pre-South Park feature, ``Canniball! The Musical.``

The Hollywood Reporter included the following observations:

It is now possible to view a full-length, nonpublic-domain, studio feature film using any wireless device, thanks to a deal between Troma Entertainment and Kanakaris Wireless. The companies said this is a first. ``A movie can now be viewed almost anywhere as a result of this technological breakthrough,`` Troma Entertainment president Lloyd Kaufman said. ``And The Toxic Avenger is the first film anywhere to be delivered this way.`` Mr. Kaufman also said, `` The Troma demographic is highly technical, fairly well-to-do, Generation Y, so Kanakaris` virtual cinema is perfect for us ... And they feel our films are underexposed due to blacklisting by Blockbuster and others, which makes them even more attractive for this groundbreaking achievement.``

A new Troma title will be posted every month, along with clips from the Troma library of twisted fringe feature movies. ``I`m on a mission to encode Hollywood,`` Kanakaris said. ``It`s a viable user experience. Even on a hand- held, its visual and audio quality is better than most people believe possible.`` Kaufman said: ``This could be opening a whole new world for independent film.``

      The Washington Post`s www.NewsBytes.com reported:

Kaufman praised Kanakaris Wireless` technology, saying that it is ``unlike anything else`` on the market today. ``How does the public get new stuff? Through the Internet and new technology,`` he said. ``Kanakaris Wireless` technology will give art back to the people. This wonderful technology will help give people art they want to see.``

Kanakaris said wireless viewing on portable devices is possible. ``CinemaWEAR improves the frames per second rate that people can use to download video on anything, from a PocketPC to a TV,`` Kanakaris said. ``We already had three encoding levels, for 56K users, 100K users, which would be DSL (digital subscriber line) and 300K users, for people that have a T1 line. We developed a fourth level for the PocketPC,`` he added.

Kanakaris said CinemaWEAR is fully compatible with Microsoft`s WindowsMedia and the Windows operating system in the pocket PC. He praised Troma Entertainment as a studio with the ``exact same demographics`` as his company. Kanakaris also said he would like to collaborate with all studios to encode films for wireless distribution.

``I am on a mission to digitally encode the movies of Hollywood. I want to make them available anywhere there is a virtual theater of a wireless device. I will encode $1 million of work and front the costs against future revenues,`` he said.

Troma Entertainment had another announcement for Toxic Avenger fans. The company said a new film, ``Citizen Toxie -- The Toxic Avenger IV`` is coming soon.

www.WirelessNewsFactor.com featured a photo of Kanakaris Wireless V.P. Lisa Lawrence who was instrumental in negotiating the groundbreaking deal with Troma and also had a feature story, as well as links to previous Kanakaris Wireless news stories.

Through the elimination of multi-party outsourcing CinemaWEAR offers single point accountability,`` said newly appointed Chief Technical Manager Robert Wood.

In addition, elements of CinemaWEAR will be combined to complete the company`s vision of an online virtual theater. The Kanakaris Virtual Theater is an environment that allows for the secure delivery of high quality streaming media. With issues such as security, electronic commerce and viewing quality addressed in CinemaWEAR, Kanakaris Wireless intends to target film studios and major media outlets for its newly expanded services.

CinemaWEAR encompasses a seamless process of media management and distribution. At the core of this environment is security. As mandated by the recently announced Kanakaris Digital Rights Management (KDRM) initiative, the Company will deploy the Windows Media 7 Rights Manager enabling the securing of both streaming and downloaded media in a variety of viewing parameters.

The process begins with the encoding or ``digitizing`` of audio or video. CinemaWEAR encoding delivers the high quality look and feel of full motion cinema. Delivered at 300kbps and targeted toward broadband users, CinemaWEAR`s 300kbps stream boasts smooth motion and achieves true filmspeed of 24 fps. In the case of non-film video footage a 300kbps stream is delivered at 30 fps. Targeting DSL users is CinemaWEAR`s 100kbps stream which delivers a rich experience and consistent motion at 15fps.

Upon completion, the encoded media is housed on the secure delivery platform of Kanakaris Wireless` array of Windows Media servers. Completing the process, the rich streaming media experience of CinemaWEAR is presented over a private network. Bypassing much of the standard Internet, CinemaWEAR`s private network delivers a consistent bitrate and packet integrity necessary to deliver smooth and uninterrupted media over he web.

CinemaWEAR can be seen in use at Kanakaris Wireless` flagship web site www.CinemaPop.com (www.CinemaPop.com). The movie site`s new releases have been presented in CinemaWEAR encoding since December of 2000. A majority of the remainder of films, which have recently begun to be delivered across the Kanakaris network, will be to be re-encoded in CinemaWEAR over the next several months. Prior to the development of CinemaWEAR, films in the CinemaPop library were encoded by outside vendors in what was clearly less than satisfactory quality. The company plans to begin with viewer favorites and expand the overall offering from there.
