TV-Loonland enters production partnership with world-renowned Artists Management Group

Munich/Beverly Hills, 13 December 2001 - International children and family television programming giant TV-Loonland and the monolithic Artists Management Group`s Animation & Family Entertainment Department today announced they have formed a production alliance to produce a minimum of four animated television series over the next three years.

Artists Management Group (AMG) was co-founded by Michael Ovitz, Rick Yorn and Julie Silverman-Yorn, and represents the largest base of Animation & Family Entertainment talent in the world. Previous to AMG, Ovitz served as former President of the Walt Disney Company and the co-founder of Creative Artist"s Agency.

This collaboration marks the first time AMG Animation has ventured into production, and the first time TV-Loonland has formed a production partnership with a management company. "We are very excited about this collaboration and know that the combination of our companies will result in some very exciting animated television," said Ellen Goldsmith-Vein, head of AMG"s Animation Department. "TV-Loonland is one of the premier international producers of family programming and together our companies can create content with worldwide reach and appeal."

Under the terms of the alliance, AMG Animation & Family Entertainment will package the alliance"s projects, and make the sale of the project to the appropriate domestic network or station. TV-Loonland will collaborate with AMG Animation on creative development, handle principal production and international broadcaster relationships. TV-Loonland and AMG Animation will co-own each series, including all marketing and distribution rights.

Bitte um Nachsicht, aber RTV ist einfach komplett überschuldet und wenn Ravensburger kein Interesse mehr hat, dann gehen sie über den Jordan!!!

Die meisten Medienaktien kann man nur mit der Kneifzange anfassen, die größten Chancen sehe ich aber nach wie vor bei Trickfilmproduzenten, denn die Serien sind einfach zeitlos. Eine Biene Maja ist immer noch nett anzuschauen.

Nun zu den Aktien:

RTV steht meiner ansicht nach vor der Pleite

EM-TV hat mit den Haffas Schiffbruch erlitten, die Genesung wird kommen, das ganze dauert aber noch lange.

BKN ist dubios - eigentlich billig, aber was macht die Mutter und wer schmeisst die Aktien. Vorerst Finger weg, heute wurden die Zahlen verschoben.

TV-Loonland sind gut im Markt, haben aber keinen Bock abzuschreiben und das kommt in der Zukunft teuer, die Gewinne werden wegbrechen und das tut auch der Kurs. Vorerst ein Halten.

Igel Media ist mein Favorit, klein und fein. Diese Firma hat Superrechte, aber ein dilettantisches Management und noch eine beschissene Aktionärsstruktur, doch diese beiden Dinge lassen sich lösen. Company hat keine Schulden!!!

Eine Alternative zu Igel Media ist deren Grossaktionär (der gute!) die italienische MondoTV. Ein Unternehmen wie es im Märchen steht, Grossaktionär ist eine der reichsten Familien in Italien, die römischen Corradis. Die Company hat mehr als 30 Mio. Euro Cash, gross keine Schulden und der alte Patrone ist ein Spezi von Kirch.


Erinnert mich in einem Jahr wieder an meine Analyse und wir werden sehen, wer es geschafft hat. Mindestens zwei der hier genannten Unternehmen wird es so nicht mehr geben.
