anscheinend sind hier viele Leute die denken, daß der Neue Markt interessant ist, weil Sie denken das OTC was zu essen ist. Ich stelle Euch jeden Monat eine echte Kracher vor, der das Potential einer CMGI oder UPGD hat. Die werte sind keine Verarschung wie Adelong oder Ähnlich langweiliges. Schließlich stand Upgrade( UPGD ) vor 52 Wochen auch bei 7/256 und jetzt bei 80$. Also mein erster Hot Stock : MVEEE.OB Umsätze: 100.000.000 täglich. Wenn die ausbricht, dann richtig!!! Adelong ist lächerlich:-))))dagegen. Meine Infos beziehe ich durch telefonkontakt mit amerik. Brokern!!!

If the company does not comply by the close of business on February 9, then its securities will no longer be eligible for quotation on the OTCBB.

ich hoffe, daß ich Dein Posting richtig verstanden habe und daß Du meinst es handelt sich hier um 2 Unternehmungen. Wenn dem so ist, möchte ich hinzufügen, daß beide Unternehmungen identisch sind. Das zusätzliche E beruht auf der Tatsache, daß alle Firmen die bei der SEC kein entsprechendes genehmigtes Filing bis zum 12. Januar eingereicht haben ein zusätzliches E in ihrem Tickerkürzel erhalten und bis auf weiteres wie oben in Deiner News beschrieben ins Pinksheet wandern.

MVEEE wird nicht in deutschland gehandelt. Ich empfehle ein konto bei http://www.suretrade.com einzurichten( superschnell, supergünstig und Live Help). dann mußt noch ein bißchen was überweisen und los geht es. Die interessanten OTCs wie auch USVO.OB werden alle nicht in deutschland gehandelt!!

Wie versprochen hab ich mir diesen Titel auch mal angesehen, na ja bin noch nicht ganz durch doch ich denke es ist absolut klar das es hier um einen Roulett Titel handelt bei einem absolut grossen Risiko (Rot oder Schwarz, Konkurs oder Gewinn).

Ich mache mir so meine Gedanken wenn ich sehe wie viele Shares da so rumkurfen.

Wie soll dieser Titel den an Wert gewinnen wenn soooooviele Aktien im Markt zu haben sind?

Es scheint fast so, als ob die alle Ihre Rechnungen immer wieder mit Aktienanteile bezahlen und dann halt wieder mal neue machen wenn sie knap bei Kasse sind.

Positives gibt es zu melden weil das Management ausgewechselt wurde und sie die Schulden letztes Jahr mal massiv runterschrauben konnten.

Also ich denke mal das das hier für mich zu riski ist und ich mal bis zum 10.2.2000 warte und hoffe, dass sie das mit der SEC erledigen können.

Es lohnt sich den Titel weiter zu beobachten aber zu einem Kauf kann ich im Moment noch nicht raten.

Ich muß mich bei den beiden Titeln noch kundig machen, wie ich die Sache verstehe, handelt es sich aber doch um zwei verschiedene Unternehmen, oder, ist es so, daß MVEE gar nicht mehr gehandelt werden darf?

Wie schon gepostet, hat der eine Wert ja den Mörderumsatz, der andere hingegen gar keinen.

In diesem Wert wird heiß gezockt. Seltsam, dass AbsoluteFuture
noch nicht geklärt hat, ob MVEEE nun eine Venture Capital Firma
im Bereich B2B oder im Unterhaltungsbereich tätig ist wie im
Board geschrieben. Könnte sein, dass einige ganz schön
abgekocht werden. Also, AbsoluteFuture, klär bitte auf, was

war es ja zuerst ein heißer tipp deines amerk. brokers.was soll der
quatsch. bedenke bitte, dass es auch leute ,gibt die auf solche
"informationen " hin diese aktien kaufen.
lt. rangingbull-board wurde die letzte aktionärsversammlung abgesagt,
zudem ist nicht bekannt, wieviele aktien die gesellschaft
ausgegeben hat. eine bilanz liegt auch nicht vor. (höchst merkwürdig
für eine seiöse ag). desweiteren sollte mal geklärt werden , warum
hier zuerst von einer venture-capital firma im b2b-bereich gesprochen
wird. mveee ist im unterhaltungsbereich angesiedelt.

Wollte heute auch mal einsteigen, aber nur weil der Wert in einem Daytraderclub auf der Watchliste für Pennystocks gelistet wird. Das ihr euch damit hier schon auseinander gesetzt habe gewußt ich noch dar nicht, spricht fürs WO-Board. Aufjedenfall konnte ich sie ebenfalls nicht kaufen und das über Webstreet, keine Ahnung warum nicht irgendetwas hat nicht geklappt, weiß der Geier. Vielleicht hat ja jemand andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Werde versuchen heute noch mal mit den dortigen Daytradern mich zu unterhalten und Infos zu diesem Wert zu sammeln, denn der scheint ja sehr undurchsichtig zu sein.

so ist das mit unentdeckten Werten. Nimm dir Zeit und schau mal Beiträge aus was weiß ich 8 Wochen an. Eine Aktie wurde entdeckt und dann.......
Viele sind so millionäre geworden. Die meisten, so wie ich gehe überallmit 1000 oder 2000 je nach dem rein. Bestes Beispiel UPGRADE!!! Schau dir mal den Chart an!!!! Noch Fragen Oder PCCW!! oder PINE!! oder Turbodyne!! oder Travelbyus!! oder Wie lange muß ich noch schreiben? Du kannst auch die Allianz oder VW kaufen. Laß liegen und frag dich in 2 5 20 30 Jahren, warum habe XY gekauft?? Apple Computer hat auch nur ein paar Cent gekostet. Und nun???
