Maximum Dynamics Announces Project Management Contract

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Feb 2, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Maximum Dynamics, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MXDY), a technology solutions company that combines cutting edge technology with its back office and administration services to provide business process management services and mobile commerce solutions, announced today that it has been awarded a contract to provide international project management services to Canadian based FBR Ltd.

FBR is a technology and currency trading company based in Calgary, Alberta that provides currency traders the platform and tools needed to trade virtual currencies, or currencies not available on typical exchanges. The integrated online management tools and services offered by Maximum will enable FBR to streamline its internal operations and monitor the effectiveness of its distribution channels in Hong Kong, the United States and Europe. FBR had been looking for tools it could utilize to solve these problems, which involve complicated business rules, tiered levels of distribution and complex transactions. The initial contract value is for approximately US$400,000 dollars and will be started in late-February.

"The fact that they share our interest in the financial sector and know the industry will mean a shorter implementation for the system specifications in the software that we require. Maximum Dynamics will implement intranet and extranet available document management systems that are integrated with business processes, which will allow centralized management of assets and end to end control over the deployment of services and product in various markets worldwide. Market specific rules and regulations will be available to all business parties from sales to management and all from a consolidated database always available through the Internet. These assets will not only provide cost savings for the current business model, but also allow for growth with considerably less overhead.
