HERZLIAH, Israel, March 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Universal Communication Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: UCSY - News) subsidiary, Millennium Electric TOU Limited, company president Ami Elazari today issued the following corporate statement.
"I am pleased to announce the execution of a new agreement with Maass Regenerative Energien GmbH (www.maass-solar.de), granting them exclusivity for the German market for our unique range of Millennium Brand PV Solar Panels and related products. In addition, the agreement calls for Maass to purchase up to $15 million in value of PV Solar Energy Panels for the German market in the year 2004. This new export order is once again a major endorsement of the high quality of our Millennium Brand PV Solar Energy Panels."
