IRAC (formerly ITCN) a Short Squeeze? This and 2 other picks brought to you this week by OTCWeekly.com
      >> http://www.OTCWeekly.com (Weekly Investor Newsletter)

We have received a few emails on this one after we alerted investors prior to the symbol change and reverse 1 for 10 split. IRAC formerly ITCN was alerted at .012 x .015 (equal about .12 x .15 post split)...problem is that it is now trading .04 x .055. We want to assure everyone that we did NOT sell a share and we were not trying to so call "Throw you to the lions" either.

Here is the story...(of what we know)

Intrac Inc was trading under the symbol ITCN about a week ago when it was .06 x .08. We have been watching it and really liked the way level 2 looked. After NITE kept being the low ask and selling way below its peers, many of us longs found it odd. NITE (the market maker) was selling stock at .025 while the next best offer was .06. The day before the announced REVERSE SPLIT, NITE fell all the way down to .008 (the day we alerted everyone). Nearly 5 million shares traded that day and about 5 million the few weeks before that. The thing is...ITCN had only 10 million shares outstanding and 3 million in the float...the CEO owns about 7 million and are all restricted.

After the split and symbol change to IRAC, the stock went to 1,008,000 OS and only 300K in the float. Now on Friday we had over 1.2 million shares traded including a 400K trade at .05 after the bell. What is so significant is...it traded MORE SHARES that are even outstanding. It traded 4x its float in 1 day...not counting all the buying that happened prior to the split. About 15-20 investors on Raging Bull own nearly 500,000 shares. I am sure there are many that do NOT post on RB and I am sure there are more than 15-20 investors in the company. Our Question is...WHERE ARE ALL THESE SHARES COMING FROM?

The CEO can`t sell more than 1% per month and he has never filed to sell a share if you look at their filings. We have no proof, we truly feel that there is now a MAJOR short position in the company...about 500,000 shares short...thats 1/2 the outstanding short. Level 2 shows this stock going to $1+ after about 9MMs. Also...the MM`s who lined up 3-8 can not have more than 5-10,000 shares to sell. Also at .50+ the minimum for an MM goes from 5000 to 2500 shares a trade and at $1+ it goes from 2500 to 500. So again...how and where could this go if there is no stock out there for the shorter (if there is one) to buy back in order to cover? Its a lottery shot...but multiple dollars in my opinion. All I can say is that so many shares have been traded...many of which at a 3:1 Buy to sell ratio this past week, and have confirmation that there is only 1 million out...someone is in for a real hurting. If its a shorter...we win...if the company did something we don`t know about...we have a lawsuit upcoming and and SEC investagation in my opinion. I am not asking or urging anyone to BUY...but if you are looking for SERIOUS DRAMA, we will see it this week and as soon as Monday morn in IRAC. Please put it on your watch lists.

.....jetzt passiert was!

Shorted Firms Now Have Weapon To Fight Back

OTC companies at last have a weapon to defeat the powerful Market Makers who unscrupulously naked-short their stock in hopes of destroying the company and walking away with the money, obligation free.

Behold: The reverse stock split, accompanied for emphasis by a name change so new certificates are clearly required.

One company just pulled it off and has giant MM Knight and other greedy MMs looking at substantial losses they can do nothing about. I have often suggested a similar tactic for Wamex.

But, heretofore, it has been "theory" - just a seemingly good idea. But Intrac, once ITCCN, now IRAC, did it quietly and efficiently without public notice so MMs would have no time to counter the play.

Now Knight, said have sold "millions" of ITCN shares it didn`t have, must delivers those millions of shares to the buyers who need to turn them in to get new IRAC shares. What are they going to do?

What they are going to do is beg, borrow and, in the end, buy all the shares they can, putting a powerful upward pressure on the IRAC share price.

A little problem there, perhaps. There may not be enough shares which NITE et al can purchase at any price to meet all their needs. That can happen when you massively naked-short, sure that you`re strong enough to kill the company and never have too deliver. Then a dirty, dishonest but barely legal ploy becomes a federal crime - whoops!

You cod urge the CEO and board of your own shorted-stock firm to quietly vote a 1-10 reverse split. If you and your fellow shareholders hold fast and refuse to sell, the naked-shorters will eventually have to go into the open market and pay a pretty price for shares they need to meet their obligations.

Knight and other MMs have contemptuously use their financial clout as a weapon to obliterate promising companies, callously unconcerned about anything but the easy profit.

But now, OTC companies have the power and the weapon. It`s available to all and incredibly easy to operate.

We don`t want to kill the MMs - just make them behave like reputable members of the investment community, instead of financial terrorists. Now the means to make the is at hand. Will your company use it. I hope so!
