Lucent - spin off - 500 Beiträge pro Seite

Heute bekam ich von meiner Bank die Mitteilung über den Spinn off bei Lucent.
Für 92,768991 Aktien erhält man 1 Aktie der Agere Systems Class A und für 3,779818 1 Aktie der Agere Class B.

Soweit so gut. Nur:
1) Lassen sich beide Aktiengattungen auch in Deutschland handeln?
2) Meint ihr man solle vorher noch nachkaufen?
3) Oder ist es besser, vorher seinen Besatnd aufzulösen.

Class A ist handelbar, bzw. wird es dann wohl w/ mehr Volumen sein. Über B habe ich bisher nichts gefunden. Bei Avaya war es damals so, das man in Deutschland bis Mittags verkaufen konnte und die Aktien trotzdem bekam. Ab Mittag, vorbörslicher Handel in USA, wurde dann logischerweise gleich mit ex-Kursen gehandelt, Lucent abzüglich Avaya. Mal sehen wie es diesesmal sein wird.

Lucent behält man. Zusäzlich bekmmt man im o.g. Verhältnis die genannten Aktien. Manchmal ist es rechtb lukrativ, da die Gesamtkurssumme höher ist. Bei Lucent weiß ich allerdings nicht, wie und wo der Handel stattfindet.

Bei welcher Bank bist Du eigentlich? Consors hat sich bei mir noch nicht gemeldet. Warum dieser spin-off gerade jetzt kommt, ist mir auch ein Rätsel. Angekündigt im letztenm Jahrhundert, dann aus vielen, auch nachvollziehbaren Gründen verschoben, und nun auf einmal, aus der Tiefe des Raumes...Bye, H.

Der Spinn off findet mit Agere A und B statt, nicht wie du meintest in Avaya.

Agere wird - so habe ich inzwischen erfahren - auch in D gehandelt. Was allerdings Class A un class B bedeuten soll, weiß ich bislang nicht.

Bei Fonds kennzeichnen Class A oder B unterschiedliche Anteilsformen, für nicht-Amerikaner beispielsweise. Bei "meinen" Viacom gibt es auch zwei Klassen, hier in D. wird aber nur eine gehandelt (glaube ich zumindest). Bye, H.

Stichtag war bereits der 3. Mai !!
(Nachkaufen bringt also überhaupt nichts)

Class B Aktien sind ab 3. Juni in D und USA handelbar,
Class A Aktien gibt es schon lange an beiden Plätzen.

Man bekommt eigentlich auch keine Info darüber, da der Spin off wie eine Dividende zu bewerten ist. Daraus folgt, man bekommt nur eine Dividendenbescheinigung sowie eine Einbuchungsbestätigung von der Bank.

Da man seine Lucent-Anteile auch behält und nicht tauscht gegen Agere A/B ist die Benachrichtigung nicht notwendig, w/ den Kosten auch nicht wirklich sinnvoll.

Ich hatte einmal Aktien von VIDESH ..indische Telekom.. die wurde gegen Nachfolgepapiere getauscht.
Damals bekam ich eine Anfrage welches Nachfolgepapier ich haben will.

Lucent shareowners received 0.010779464 of a share of Agere Class A common stock and 0.264563010 of a share of Agere Class B common stock for each share of Lucent held on May 3. Investors will receive only whole shares of Agere stock. Those entitled to fractional shares will receive cash.

Class A common stock, which was offered in Agere``s initial public offering in March 2001, carries one vote per share on all matters on which stockholders are entitled to vote, including the election and removal of directors. Class B common stock entitles its holders to four votes per share for the election and removal of directors, and one vote per share for all other matters. Of the approximately 945 million shares distributed to Lucent stockholders, 37 million are shares of Class A common stock and 908.1 million are shares of Class B common stock. Habe heute Agere im o.g. Verhältnis ebenfalls eingebucht bekommen. Wie es aussieht sind A und B in Deutschland handelbar Wobei man natürlich beim spin-off-Verhältnis 92,768991 nicht gerade viele Class A Anteile besitzt, was den Verkauf daher nicht lukrativ macht.
