Die übernommene Firma ist sodann mit 81% Mehrheitseigentümer der gemeinsamen Firma!

Aros wart schon immmer im Med-Bereich tätig, verkaufte aber alle Assests an Cerner Corp. und ist seither eine Shell (Firmenmantel)

GeGen Bio hat ein "Flagship": Das Miniskus Implantat auf Collagen Basis, das gegenwärtig eine Vermarktung in Europa anstrebt!

P.S. Habe mir gerade mal die homepage angeschaut . die letzte Meldung von ReGen war vor genau 2 Jahren . die homepage an sich weckt auch kein grosses vertrauen . Verbirgt sich da wirklich eine firma mit potential ?

The CMI was developed by J. Richard Steadman, M.D., William G. Rodkey, D.V.M., Kevin R. Stone, M.D. and Shu-Tung Li, Ph.D. in collaboration with ReGen Biologics Inc.

The history in a few words

In 1996, Sulzer Medica and ReGen Biologics Inc. entered a corporate partnership in which Sulzer Medica acquired distribution rights for the CMI outside the USA.
In 1993, the first implantations of the CMI in patients were performed in a feasibility study with successful clinical results.
At the beginning of 1997, multicentre clinical studies were started in leading orthopaedic centres in Europe and the U.S.A.
At the beginning of February 2000, CE certification for the CMI was granted based on the good results from the European multicentre clinical study.
By March 2000, about 200 CMIs have been implanted within clinical studies world-wide. The CMI is now being introduced in selected clinics in Europe.

Ich schätze das sie die anzahl der autorisierten aktien hinaufsetzen werden.

Ob die fima Marktpotential hat? tja, dazu muss man erst Infos einholen! Glaube jedenfalls das es besser ist, einen miniskus auf Collagen Basis hat als keinen, da dann die Knochen direkt aufeinander reiben!

Im sportbereich sicher ein Vorteil!

Mal sehen...vieleicht gibts ja auch schon vergleichbare Produkte!

Habe mal 5000 gekauft . Eine amerikanische Seite hat die auch empfohlen . Wie ich das sehe ist Sulzer Medica nur der
Distributor der produkte . Der Ertrag geht aber an ReGe Bio. Einen Zock ist es auf jeden Fall wert . Der Umsatz sollte auf jeden Fall deutlich über der aktuellen Marktkap. liegen . Außerdem ist das Patent von ReGe Bio. wohl auch das x-fache der aktuellen Marktkap. wert .

Na ja 10 % in 2 Tagen . Das lässt sich doch gut an .
Wie ich gesehen habe sind einige bekanntere venturecaps an regenbio beteiligt . die zusammenarbeit mit einigen grösseren pharmaunternehmen ermutigt . Sulzer Medica schreibt auf seiner web-site auch in den höchsten tönen von den regenbio-produkten . Die Vermarktung sollte auch in Europa bald anlaufen . Ich denke bei 0,30 cent Cash per Share und einer Marktkap. von 2 Mio ist das ein lukratives Investment .

...ganz unrecht hast du nicht! habe nämlich gerade entdeckt das SDCN in die Pinks abgerutscht ist! Das gefällt mir nicht!

Dennoch werde ich SDCN vorerst weiterbeobachten!

auch TEX ist interessant und ist nicht wie ich behauptet habe ein amex-Wert sondern an der NYSE!

War etwas verblüfft wie schnell mir Umidi zurückgeschrieben hat! Hier die Antwort:

Mal sehen was diese Woche passiert! Laut Meldung sollte die Übernhame ja vorm Ende des 2. Quartals (30.06) abgeschlossen sein! Bin schon gespannt ob diese Woche die Meldung über den entgültigen Abschluß kommt und welche Auswirkungen das auf den Kurs hat!

Aros Completes Acquisition of ReGen Biologics

ARNOLD, Md.--(BW HealthWire)--June 25, 2002--Aros Corporation (OTC:AROS) today announced the completion of its acquisition of ReGen Biologics, Inc., a privately held tissue engineering company that designs, develops, manufactures and markets minimally invasive human implants and medical devices for the repair and regeneration of damaged human tissue.

Aros has acquired all of ReGen`s business and operating activities, including its employees, and will continue ReGen`s business out of ReGen`s current headquarters in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey.
