Tekcore places multiple order for AIXTRON systems
expanding production capacity for UHB-LEDs with two additional AIX 2600G3 HT systems with 24x2"

Aachen/Nantou, Taiwan, June 4, 2003 – Tekcore Co. Ltd., a manufacturer of GaN based LED wafers located in Nantou, Taiwan has recently ordered another package of two AIX 2600G3 HT reactors, both in 24x2" configuration. The order is following the successful qualification of their first 24x2" large-scale reactor system for production in December 2002. Tekcore’s product portfolio includes green, blue and ultra violet UHB-LED wafers. Acknowledging the true commitment to highest quality, in 2002 the company received ISO 9001-2000 certification.

Mr. Nithi M. Nithipalan, President of Tekcore comments: "It was very impressive to observe the fast and professional installation process and the quick transfer of the system to full production. The second reactor of the package will then be placed in our new facility expansion."

The AIX 2400/2600G3 HT has a capacity of up to 24x2" or 8x4" wafers. The two-flow horizontal Planetary Reactor is recognized as the most widely used multiwafer MOCVD reactor for compound semiconductor applications. The unique reactor concept allows for laminar gas flow without turbulence for precise control of the material composition and achievement of ultra-sharp interfaces. Ultra-high uniformity along with high growth efficiency on multiple 2", 3" and 4" wafers is achieved through wafer rotation with the patented Gas Foil Rotation.

Bei Überwinden des Widerstandes bei 3,50 wäre der Weg zunächst bis knapp über 4 Euro frei.
Weitere Widerstände 4,5 (GD 200) und 5 Euro.

Bei weiterhin positivem Umfeld kommen inst. Anleger nicht an Aixtron vorbei.
