http://www.kansas.com/mld/kansas/business/technology/1516543…
...Baldige Einigung mit Hynix u. Micron u.Samsung auf Grundlage des aktuellen
Urteils erwartet ...;
http://www.marketwatch.com/News/Story/Story.aspx?dist=newsfi…
Derzeit beim Kurs von 13.1Euro beträgt die Marktkapitalisierung 1.35Mrd Euro;
http://www-03.ibm.com/developerworks/blogs/page/powerarchite…

GUT: Nochmal was aktuelles zur CELL-BE:
http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/76293
----------------------------------------------------------
SCHLECHT: Heutiges Urteil der FTC (US-Kartellrechtsbehörde):
...Rambus hat 4 DRAM-Techniken illegal monopolisiert, weitere Anhörungen angeordnet;...
http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20060802/tc_nm/rambus_ftc_dc_1
Rambus will in Berufung gehen!

Statement on Rambus decision (6 Ratings) 15 minutes ago
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Wednesday, August 2, 2006
Arlington, Virginia—Skip Oliva, president of the Voluntary Trade Council, issued the following statement today regarding the Federal Trade Commission’s opinion in the Rambus case.
“Today’s decision is a setback for the rule of law. The FTC has no authority to enforce the rules of a private standard-setting group, particularly when this question has been, and remains, properly before the Article III courts. Today’s decision is part of a political agenda designed to expand the scope of Section 2 of the Sherman Act far beyond existing norms.
“I would add, however, that today’s decision was not a surprise. The FTC issued the original complaint four years ago, appointed the prosecutors, and spent millions in taxpayer dollars on the case. In recent years, the Commission has always upheld its own complaints even when, as here, an impartial administrative law judge found no evidence of an antitrust violation. When one agency is allowed to play prosecutor, judge, and jury, we are a nation of men and not laws. Rambus and its shareholders unfortunately learned that lesson today.
“After the remedy phase of the FTC proceedings is complete, I strongly urge Rambus management to appeal today’s decision to an appellate court of appropriate jurisdiction."
The Voluntary Trade Council will release additional statements and comments after it reviews today's FTC opinion.
