Subject: Docs released were previously submitted in camera to ALG, here's why the market thinks this is good news
The ALJ ID was released on Feb 17, 2004.
These doc's therefore are were provided to him prior to this date.
The 250 pages that Rambus hoped to provide the commission if JK removed the protective order, which he didn't have nothing to do with docs that the ALJ had in 2004.
In Aug 2005 CC asked the commission to sanction Rambus for spoliation based upon in camera docs that had been provided to them from the Infineon case.
These docs were used by JP to develop his spoliation ruling against Rambus.
Apparently, these docs are not the ones that are now being released.
What the market is concluding is that the doc's being released are not damaging to Rambus.
The doc's that Payne used could have been damaging but they were not part of the record when the ALJ issued the ID.
It's also noteworthy that Payne's latest ruling in the Samsung case hasn't been enterred into the FTC record, whereas judge Jordan's recent favorable ruling for Rambus has been enterred.
Either someone knows or has made a calculated bet the the forthcoming FTC ruling will be favorable for Rambus.

Von der FTC erwarte ich ja grundsätzlich nichts Gutes für Rambus, wenn allerdings ein Settlement mit Micron kurz vor dem Abschluss ist, könnte die FTC ein Teil der Dokumente, die Micron belasten veröffentlichen, den Fall abschliessen und ihr Gesicht bewahren.
Würde irgendwie Sinn machen.

Although there does not appear to be any news, we're hearing some people are attributing the stock movement to FTC developments. We note that RMBS filed an 8-K this morning (wire reports hit around 6:30 am E.T.) discussing its receipt of a public record version of the Federal Trade Commission notice of intent to release in camera information, dated July 21, 2006, on its website... The notice is on the FTC website and dated July 21, and says among other things, the following: "This is to advise Counsel for Respondent Rambus Incorporated and Counsel Supporting the Complaint that... the Commission intends to include in the Opinion to be placed on the public record of this proceeding certain information based, in whole or part, on various exhibits and testimony that the Administrative Law Judge received on the in camera record of this proceeding... Accordingly, the statements and citations included in Appendix A to this Notice will be placed on the public record of this proceeding -- as part of the decisional documents in this matter -- no sooner than July 31, 2006. Counsel for the Respondent and Counsel Supporting the Complaint should file any objection with respect to any particular statement or citation -- both for themselves and on behalf of any affected third party, after consultation therewith -- no later than July 28, 2006."

Sehr schwierig zu bewertende Situation :
Vor einer Stunde stand nasdaq noch auf tiefrot und plötzlich werden 1.000.000 RMBS shares geordert.
Seitdem dreht nasdaq und das RMBS-Volumen läuft zurück.
Mir kommt das mysteriös vor, weshalb ich lieber noch 2 Stunden abwarte, um zu sehen, wie es heute weitergeht.
Wem sagst du das !

Ob es einen anderen Anbieter gibt ? Keine Ahnung, aber jedes gute Börsenprogramm wird zu ähnlichen Ergebnissen kommen, deshalb würde ich dir raten, deine Frage in einem Börsensoftware-thread zu formulieren.

In the second case, the market opens at a level, equal to or below the previous day’s close. The benchmark is that closing price. If prices during the session stay over the benchmark, go long. Any white candlestick closing above the previous day’s close is the second confirmation criterion.
If, however, in both cases, the prices during the session start coming below the benchmark, avoid buying. Sell if you feel a definite tendency in prices to close the day below the benchmark.
The third case of confirmation is rarely observed. The market opens with a big downward gap suggesting a very bearish day, and the day ends with a long white candlestick, but still closing below the previous day’s close. However, such a day satisfies the third confirmation criterion and in this case the closing price of the long white candlestick will be taken as the price of confirmation.
