Grund dafür ist die Dividende die PRVH zahlen will. Nur wer bis zum 31.12.2003 Aktien von PRVH hält bekommt als Dividende mind. 20% aus der Emission von ATC.
Das werden viele noch vor dem Jahresende nutzen um frühzeitig an diese Aktien zu gelangen. Denn ATC ist eine der interessantesten Neu-Emissionen 2004.
