Bio-One Signs Agreement To Acquire $17 Million Revenue China Company

Bio-One Corporation has agreed to acquire a 51% interest in a leading manufacturer and distributor of glucose in China, which possesses a 30% market share. Auf BICO bin ich heute im Ragingbull-Board gestossen. Interessanter Wert, aber ich glaub der ist überkauft und muss noch so in den Bereich der 0,20 cent zurückkommen. Für ein OTC Wert auch geringe Float von ca. 45 Mios Aktien. Bist du schon angagiert in diesem Wert?
Bei PRXX blicke ich nicht so ganz durch. Ist eine Pharmaceutical Firma und macht jetzt in Öl????? Kannste mich ein wenig aufklären?

BICO sollte in der tat mal etwas konsolidieren, passiert ja gerade. auf die kombinierten zahlen wird man sich in zukunft freuen dürfen.


die sache bei PRXX ist eigentlich ganz einfach: bisher war man ein pharmaunternehmen, in zukunft wird man hoffentlich (siehe u.a. letzte PR) hauptsächlich auf ukrainische ölfelder konzentrieren. die meisten pharmaaktivitäten waren in einer australischen tochter(pharmaxis) gebündelt, die vor einigen monaten $25 millionen an der australischen börse eingesammelt hat. symbol ist PXS.AX. man hält noch 11,2 mio anteile, die bis nov 05 restricted sind. derzeitiger kurs: .48 A$, chart im uptrend. wert: 4,2 mio US$, stehen in den büchern aber nur mit konservativen 755.000. praxis selber hat noch einige patente(vorerst auf die lange bank) und ein lizenzabkommen aus dem irgendwann mal geld fließen könnte. im prinzip eine shell mit für die OTC eigentlich erheblichen assets.

spätestens nächste woche soll der 1:1-merger mit patch energy vollzogen werden. patch hat eher unerhebliche anteile an einigen öl- und gasquellen, verteilt diese u.a. weiter an andere gelistete firmen wie FRCD, MSEV und weitere, um diese überproportional an den kosten und unterprop. an den erlösen zu beteiligen. selbiges ist ja auch schon für den/die neftogaz deals in den kommenden wochen angekündigt.

die O/S post-merger sollte imo bei rund 40 mio liegen, also 4-5 mio MCap. leider sind die tagesumsätze meistens noch sehr bescheiden, immerhin mehr als bei FRUEF

Vielen Dank für deine ausführlichen Erklärungen. Vielleicht lege ich mir mal ein paar PRXX ins Depot. Bezüglich FRUEF haste recht, ist im Moment ja auch recht tot. Habe aber am Anfang der Woche nomals nachgelegt. Bei 0,40 US-cent sollte ja ein Boden drin sein. Müsste ja mal bald ein Update oder News vom CEO kommen.

Schau dir mal wieder MOBL.OB an. Geht heute wieder ganz gut. Da kommen auch bald wieder News, das neue Managment klotzt gewaltig. Bin immer noch mit meinen 100k seit Dezember zu 0,02 US-cent investiert. Nächstes Quartal erzielen die erstmals Einnahmen. Schätzte die Aktie steht dann vor einer Neubewertung. Hoffe auf 0,20 US cent zum Jahresende, obwohl einige Phantasten im Bullboard schon vom Dollar träumen.

Bico hab ich auf der Watchlist, lass die man erst konsolidieren. Zumindest hat der Wert ja jede Menge Phantasie, zumal sie sich in China angagieren. Naja schaun wir mal.

MOBL hatt ich schon öfter, v.a. letztes jahr, das mit dem aufkaufen von ein paar mickrigen internetprovidern in texanischenen kleinstädten halte ich aber langfristig nicht für sehr interessant... da war das konzept letztes jahr schonmal besser. aber der CEO wurde ja wegen nicht zustande kommenden deals gekickt.

Ja, sicherlich haste in Bezug auf die Internetprovider nicht ganz unrecht. Ich sehe das eher als eine Handelsplatform an, da man sich stärker im Telekommunikations- und Chipbereich angagieren will. Die eigentliche Zukunftchance sehe ich im 3G Bereich. Vielleicht können sie ja auch mal eines ihrer 5 Patente an den Mann bringen. Was solls ich bin komfortabel im plus und lass das Ding laufen. Was mir auffällt ist, dass in den letzten Tagen immer wieder grosse Pakete im ask über den Tisch gehen und kleine Mengen den Kurs drücken. Da decken sich welche ein und das gibt mir Hoffnung. Letztes Jahr als das Ding bis 0,079 gelaufen ist war ich auch dabei. Rein bei 0,018 raus bei 0,052. Aber jetzt hat sich meines Erachtens das Fundamentale verbessert. Normalerweise müsste die Aktie demnach wesentlich besser als 0,079 von damals dastehen, tut sie aber nicht. Der Kurs steigt langsamer, was mir sagt, dass sich einige Investoren ernsthaft hierfür interessieren und das ewige hin und hergezocke nicht mehr so drastisch ist. Wie gesagt ist meine persönliche Meinung. Einen Traum haben wir doch alle. Sie doch mal Werte wie NEOM oder AGIS an. Die sind plötzlich aus dem Nichts in den Himmel geschossen. Oder ADZR von 0,01 cent auf über 1,20 in der Spitze innerhalb eines Jahres. Also bin ich doch mit meinen 0,20 cent recht bescheiden. Vielleicht hat man mal das Glück und sitzt in soeiner drin,wenn die Post abgeht.

also so ganz kann ich deine Philosophie nicht nachvollziehen.
Wenn ich den Bekanntheitsgrad eines Produktes steigern will oder es neu in den Markt bringe, muss ich erst einmal dafür werben, damit sich Käufer finden. Genauso ist es an der Börse. Ich muss erst Investoren aufmerksam machen, damit sie investieren und so der Kurs steigt. Später, wenn genug investiert sind, ist es natürlich klar, dass sich viele Pusher oder auch Basher im Board befinden, je nach der jeweiligen Interessenlage des Einzelnen. So ist nun mal Börse. Ein stetige auf und ab und wer investiert, muss sich des Risikos auch bewusst sein.

Zu BICO: Ich hoffe die können die nächsten Tage die 0,30 US-cent halten. Wenns hoch geht freue ich mich, wenns runtergeht werde ich nachkaufen. Die guten News von gestern, lassen aber auf zukünftig steigende Kurse hoffen.

verstehe ich nicht warum du ein stopp-loss bei 0,22 cent setzt. Darauf warten die MM´s doch, um sich billig mit Aktien zu versorgen. Ein bisschen Geduld musst du schon haben. Sicherlich wirds ein paar Gewinnmitnahmen geben, aber haupsache der Aufwärtstrend bleibt bestehen. Ende des Monats steht der Kurs sicherlich höher. Ich weis nicht ob du die News gestern verstanden hast. Da investiert einer 30 Millionen in BICO. Die ersten 15 Millionen innerhalb der nächsten 30 Tage, schätze mal deswegen wird der Kurs noch unten gehalten, damit er seinen Schnitt macht. Die zweiten 15 Millionen im 3. Quartal und jetzt kommts- zu 0,75 cent pro Aktie!!!!. Was meinst du warum der bereit ist im Oktober soviel für die Aktie zu bezahlen. Also sagt mir doch mein Verstand, dass der Kurs noch höher gehen wird. Ausserdem kauft BICO laufend profitable Unternehmen auf und hat am Ende des Jahres Einnahmen. Ich bleibe auf jeden Fall drin, auch wenn der Kurs mal Achterbahn fährt.

gute News heute bringen den Kurs wieder Richtung Norden. Aktuell 0,275 US-cent plus 14,58%. So kann`s weitergehen.

Na also,langsam aber stetig geht es aufwärts. Grössere Stückzahlen werden eingesammelt, kleinere drücken den Kurs. Ist ein gutes Zeichen, hier wollen welche günstig einkaufen und den Kurs noch nicht laufen lassen. Habe das bei vielen OTC-Werten kurz vor dem Ausbruch gesehen. Das lässt hoffen.

Im 3. Quartal investiert er nochmals 15 Mios und jetzt kommt`s, zu einem Preis von 0,75 US-cent pro Aktie!!!!!! Also da sollte bald die Post abgehen. Ich habe mir schon 40k besorgt.
