WKN: A0DK4X, NASD OTC-BB: ADGD Andresmin freut sich folgendes Unternehmens-
update bekannt zu geben.´

UNTERNEHMENSFORTSCHRITTE


Während der letzten 6 Monate hat Andresmin zwei Finanzierungen abgeschlossen.
Die erste wurde am 15.Juli abgeschlossen und brachte USD $500.000 durch die
Ausgabe von 333.333 Einheiten bei einem Preis von $1,50 pro Einheit. Am
9.November hat Andresmin eine Privatplatzierung über USD $1,7 durch
umtauschbare Anleihen abgeschlossen, diese Anleihen können in Einheiten
umgewandelt werden. Jede Einheit kann in Anteile an Stammaktien zu einem Preis
von $1,5 umgewandelt werden, diese beinhalten noch weitere Kaufoptionen für
zusätzliche Stammaktien des Unternehmens bei einem Preis von $1,50. Der
Umtausch der Anleihen und der Gebrauch der Optionen liegen im Ermessen des
Anleiheninhabers für einen Zeitraum von 2 Jahren. Die Anleihen beinhalten eine
2-Jahres-Frist bei einem zahlbaren Zinssatz von 8% und werden halbjährig
zusammengefasst. Am 22.November hat Andresmin eine weitere Finanzierung von
$500.000 angekündigt.



Winicocha

Das 8,500 Hectar große Winicocha Kupfer-Gold-Molybdenum Projekt liegt in der
Provinz Cusco im Süden von Peru und ist das Flaggschiff von Andresmin Gold
Corp.

Winicocha hat als erster seit der Zeit der spanischen Eroberer, die
hochwertige Minerali-sierungen entdeckt und Gold aus den Adern nahe der
Oberfläche abgebaut. Glücklicherweise haben sich die Bergbaumethoden in den
letzten 500 Jahren verbessert, und es scheint als hätten die spanischen
Bergarbeiter dort mehr gelassen als abgebaut. Wie bei Centromin, beherbergt
Winicocha in der Tat abgeleitete Vorkommen von 1,4 Mio. Unzen Gold unter der
Oberfläche, und der Erweiterung in alle Richtungen, einschließlich der Tiefe,
sind keine Grenzen gesetzt.

Andresmin´s anfängliches Schürfungsprogramm war dahingehend entworfen, um
vorrangige Bohrziele auszumachen, dies hat sich als sehr erfolgreich erwiesen.
Das Programm beinhaltet geologische Kartierungen, Flussbett- und
Splitterproben, Geochemische und geophysikalische Untersuchungen auf einem
Gebiet von 1.000 Hektar. Bisher hat das Geochemische Programm 19 Adersysteme
ausmachen können, die auf 200 Meter verfolgt werden können. Vorherig
abgeschlossene Untersuchungen von Centromin ( Regierungs-behörde) haben bis
21g/t Gold und 75g/t Silber ergeben. Den Mineralisierungen werden entlang
dieses Ergebnisses weiterhin keine Grenzen gesetzt.

Die geophysikalischen Untersuchungen, ausgeführt von Geophysica Consultores
SRL, einer angesehenen peruanischen geophysikalischen Unternehmensberatung,
beinhaltete tief eindringende induzierte Polarisation (IP) und die
Magnetisierung des Bodens. Diese deuten auf die Gegenwart von drei großen und
starken Ladungsunregelmäßigkeiten hin, jede mit peripheren magnetischen
Besonderheiten und Messungen:

-1,600 meter bis 1,600 meter im Norden
-1,000 meter bis 600 meter im Südwesten
-1,800 meter bis 300 meter im Südosten

Winicocha hat charakteristische Merkmale an beträchtlichen Kupfer-Gold
porphyrischen Ablagerungen. Die Felsen, Veränderungen, Ader-Querschnitte, und
Mineralisierungen ähneln denen, die in den größten Eruptivgesteinen in den
Anden und weltweit gefunden wurden. Oberflächenstichproben haben außerdem
massive Geochemische Besonderheiten ergeben, die mit den geophysikalischen
und geologischen Zielen überlappen. Proben reichen von 1,0% Kupfer zu 5,0 g/t
Gold. Im Süd-Westen überschneiden sich die Besonderheiten auf einer 2.500m
langen und 300m breiten Zone von Quartz-Ader-Querschnitten mit bis zu 2,5g/t
Gold. Die große Grundfläche, welche durch die Geochemie und Geophysik
indiziert wurde, lässt auf ein noch viel größeres eigentliches System
schließen. Dies weist auf große Eisenvorkommen mit elektrischer Leitfähigkeit
hin, Gold- und Kupfervorkommen, sowie andere elektrisch leitfähige Metalle.
Über 85% des Gebietes vom Winicocha Projekt wurde bisher noch nicht überprüft.
Winicocha hat ein hervorragendes Potential um Perus nächste Kupfer-Gold-Molybdän
porphyrische Entdeckung zu werden. Seit das Unternehmen das Winicocha
Projekt erworben hat, wurden in der umliegenden Gegend wesentlich mehr
Untersuchungen unternommen. Diese beinhalten einige angrenzende Projekte, bei
denen Probebohrungen von großen Bergbauunternehmen durchgeführt wurden. Die
Daten werden derzeit analysiert und Ziele werden für die Phase I im
Diamantenbohrprogramm festgelegt. Dieses soll im ersten Quartel 2005
stattfinden.

Andresmin acquires new property in Lima, Peru and mobilizes crew
Wednesday January 19, 9:30 am ET


LIMA, Peru, Jan. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Andresmin Gold Corporation ("Andresmin" or the "Company") (NASD OTC-BB: "ADGD") is pleased to announce that they have acquired a 90% interest in the Maikol property, an exploration concession located in the foothills of the Cordillera Negra, only 50 kilometers north of Lima, Peru. The Company retains the option to acquire the remaining 10% interest, at any time, within an 18 month period.
Initial rock chip samples returned 1.11 grams per tonne ("g/t") gold, 19.8 g/t silver, 122 parts per million ("ppm") copper, and 973 ppm zinc over 15 meters; 350 ppm copper and 111 ppm zinc over 15 meters; and 2.75 g/t gold and 7.2 g/t silver over 2 meters. Andresmin has mobilized a field crew to the concession to further sample and map the alteration zone.

Locally, the geology consists of a strongly sheared volcano-sedimentary unit within the Casma Volcanic Formation. The shear zone is strongly altered over a width of 100 meters. The property is situated on the perimeter of what appears to be a large volcanic centre. Granitic intrusives border the volcanics within the property.

LIMA, Peru--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 14, 2005--Andresmin GoldCorporation ("Andresmin" or the "Company") (OTCBB:ADGD) is pleased toannounce that recent work on the Maikol Project, located 50 km northof Lima, Peru, has identified an altered and mineralized shearstructure within a shear zone hosted by volcano-sedimentary rocksadjacent to granodiorite intrusives. Recent results returned up to 9grams per tonne (g/t) gold, 9.2 g/t silver, and 1,430 parts permillion (ppm) copper. The shear structure contains anomalous levels oflead and zinc, and represents an exciting polymetallic prospect forgold, silver, copper lead and zinc.
A geochemical anomaly in rock channel samples has been discoveredover a width of 45 metres and a strike length of 200 metres andremains open in all directions. The anomaly has been defined by silvergrades ranging from 2.7 to 9.2 ppm, copper grades from 200 ppm to 1430ppm, and gold grades from 1g/t to 9g/t.
The structure containing the mineralization continues to the northand south of the area presently being sampled. Further sampling onthis exciting project is expected to commence in the next week.

LIMA, Peru, Feb. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Andresmin Gold Corporation ("Andresmin" or the "Company") (NASD OTC-BB: "ADGD") is pleased to announce that it has closed the previously announced $500,000 USD private placement. These funds will be used for ongoing exploration and to further finance the acquisition of additional properties which the Company is currently targeting. This private placement consists of a convertible debenture, convertible into units. Each unit is convertible into one share of common stock at a price of $0.80, and carries an additional share purchase warrant enabling the holder to purchase an additional common share of the Company for $1.25. The conversion of the debenture, and the exercise of the warrant, shall be at the discretion of the debenture holder for a period of two years, however it is not exercisable until the Company`s authorized capital has been increased by that number of shares necessary to accommodate the conversion.
