mal der Versuch, einen Thread zu eröffnen, wo es nicht um Zockerwerte gehen soll. Ich suche OTC, meinetwegen auch AMEX oder NasdaqSC, die bei WO höchstens 3 Threads haben, unter 100 Mio. Cap liegen, möglichst bereits profitabel arbeiten und so ca. 100% Potential auf jahressicht bieten. Suche auch interessante oder bewährte Geschäftsmodelle. Ebenfalls keine Convertibles oder mehr als 2 S-8 filings in 5 Jahren, keine deutsch-schweizerisch-österreichischen-liechtensteinerischen Abzocker Finanzierungsbuden unter den Investoren. Keine Rohstoffwerte.

über Ackermann bzw. Alpha ist mir noch nichts negatives aufgefallen.
Die typischen OTC Finanzierungen eben : convertibles, warrants, Aktien
zum Vorzugspreis. Was allerdings auffällt ist, dass die meisten Aktien
bei denen sie involviert waren auch hier intensiv besprochen wurden.

mein Verdacht ist genau der, dass diese Gesellschaften nach Registrierung der Aktien dann die diversen Börsenbriefe mit Kaufstudien beauftragen und ihre Internetschreiberlinge in Marsch setzen.

Als Anlagestrategie habe ich mir überlegt, müßte man eigentlich nur die diversen Registrierungsmitteilungen SB-2 o.ä. durchschauen, um nach diesen Spezies zu fahnden. Dann eindecken und auf den Hype warten. So machen es ja bereits einige bei WO (Namen lassen wir lieber mal weg )

Hast Du eigentlich mal einen "Umsonst-Link" für das liechtensteinische Handelsregister gefunden (so wie HARZH in der Schweiz) ? Würde leider sehr ins Geld gehen, die Einträge abzurufen...

Das 10-KSB zum letzten Jahr kommt übrigens in dieser Woche heraus. Diese Bilanz, die bis zum 31.10.2004 geht, reflektiert noch das alte Business-Modell von MBAH, das durch Branchenprobleme in der PkW-Versicherung geprägt ist. Es werden keine Gewinne für 2004 erwartet.
Die neue Entwicklung ist hingegen sehr erfolgversprechend angelaufen und hat natürlich im letzten Jahr noch keinerlei Gewinne erzeugt, da wesentliche Akquisitionen und Partnerschaftsverträge mit teilweise bedeutenden Namen erst nach Oktober 2004 zu Stande kamen. Eine der wichtigsten Beteiligungen ist der 50%-Anteil an Blue Sky, einem in den USA kräftig wachsenden Motorrad-Vermietungs-Franchising. Ausweitung des Geschäfts bis nach Kanada ist im Gange.

Die wirklich interessante Entwicklung findet im gerade begonnenen Q2 (ab. 1.2.2005) statt, nachdem das Q1 /1.11.04-31.01.05) im Wesentlichen dem Aufbau der Struktur des NMDA diente. MBAH hat einen grossen Stamm von starken LT-Investoren, die z.T. ihre Anteile seit 1..4 Cent fest gehalten und dazu gekauft haben oder nach dem Top ($0,40) einen Teil verkauft haben und sich jetzt wieder einkaufen.

The preliminary revenue totals represent a second consecutive quarter of record quarterly revenues for the company.
