DICOM GROUP Plc ("DICOM"), a global supplier of software and consulting
services in the Electronic Data and Document capture ("EDC") market,
announces that it will resell Cardiff Software Inc.`s eTransaction product
solutions through its sales and consulting services organizations in
Europe, Asia and the Pacific Rim. Under the agreement, Cardiff TELEform
will become a global data collection standard for DICOM.

DICOM recently became, along with HarbourVest Partners LLC, a "late-round"
investor in Cardiff, whose automated information, forms processing and
personalization products are complementary to DICOM`s current scanning and
document capture products.

"The Cardiff and DICOM partnership will result in better and faster
implementations of Information Capture solutions for our mutual customers,"
said Dennis Clerke, co-founder, President and CEO of Cardiff. He added:
"The partnership also increases revenue and profit opportunities for DICOM
and Cardiff, accelerating the growth in shareholder value for both
companies."

Frankfurt / London, 14. September 2000 - DICOM GROUP plc ("DICOM"),
führender Anbieter von Produkten und Serviceleistungen im Segment EDC
(Electronic Data and Document capture) gibt bekannt, dass die eTransaction
Produktlösungen der Cardiff Software Inc.`s ("Cardiff") künftig durch die
Vertriebs- und Consulting Organisationen der DICOM in Europa, Asien und
den Pazifik Anrainer Staaten vertrieben werden. Darüber hinaus wird DICOM
die Cardiff TELEform weltweit als neuer Standard zur Datenerfassung
einführen.

Gemeinsam mit HarbourVest Partners LLC, einem privaten Venture Capital
Fonds, hat sich DICOM im Rahmen einer Kapitalerhöhung, an Cardiff
beteiligt. Die Lösungen aus dem Hause Cardiff dienen der automatischen
Erfassung von Informationsträgern wie Papierdokumente und Formulare. DICOM
betrachtet diese Produkte als Ergänzung zu ihren bestehenden Scan- und
Dokumentenerfassunglösungen.

DICOM is a global leader in the area of Electronic Data and Document
Capture (EDC), a fast growing segment of the Electronic Document and
Content Management market. EDC technology is used at the important phase at
the beginning of the workflow and document management value chain and
