PALADIN TO CLOSE CANADIAN ORDINARY REGISTER
Paladin Energy Limited (subject to deed of company arrangement) (Company or Paladin) refers its previous
announcements regarding the decision by the TSX to delist Paladin’s shares dated 21 July 2017.
Paladin, announces that it has given notice to Computershare Investor Services Inc to close the Company’s
Canadian Ordinary Share Register (Canadian Register) held by Computershare Canada. The effective date
of the termination and closing of the Canadian Register is 3 February 2018.
As a result, no further share movements can occur between the Canadian and Australian registers after 23
January 2018 and all shares remaining on the Canadian Register will be automatically transferred to the
Australian Ordinary Share Register (Australian Register).
Paladin’s shares have not traded on the Canadian securities exchange since their delisting effective 10
August 2017.
No change will occur to Paladin’s ordinary shares on the ASX.
Implications for shareholders on the Canadian branch register only
Prior to the closing of the Canadian Register, shareholders currently on that register can request to have
their shareholdings transferred to the main register maintained by Computershare in Australia.
CDS participants, or if shares are held by a broker, the CDS participant/broker must complete and submit
the Register Removal Request – Canada to Australia or have the removal request submitted via
Computershare’s proprietary xSettle© system. Registered shareholders may submit share certificates and a
Register Removal Request – Canada to Australia. These forms may be obtained from Computershare, via
their website at https://cda.computershare.com/Content/14027b89-6064-492d-8a7…
Shares held on the Canadian register which have not been transferred by 23 January 2018 will
automatically be transferred to an Issuer Sponsored Holding on the Australian share register and all share
certificates previously issued by Computershare Canada will become invalid following the issue by the
Australian share register of an Issuer Sponsored Holding Statement.

IMPLEMENTATION OF DOCA SET FOR 31 JANUARY 2018
Paladin Energy Ltd (subject to deed of company arrangement) (Paladin) refers to its announcement
made on 18 January 2018 regarding the approval granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales
approving the transfer of 98% of Paladin shares to certain creditors and other investors for no
consideration, subject to the terms and conditions of the deed of company arrangement executed on
8 December 2017 (DOCA). Capitalised terms not defined in this announcement have the meaning
given in the DOCA.
The Implementation Conditions to the DOCA have now been fulfilled other than receipt in escrow of
the full US$115m New Note Funds and the ASX conditions to reinstatement having been met, both of
which are expected to be fulfilled on or before 31 January 2018. Paladin confirms that subject to these
remaining conditions being fulfilled or waived, the DOCA can be effectuated on 31 January 2018.
The Majority Existing Bondholders and Deed Administrators have agreed the following DOCA dates:
• Record Date: 25 January 2018
• Final Escrow Date: 30 January 2018
• Implementation Date: 31 January 2018
The Majority Existing Bondholders and the Deed Administrators have agreed to partially waive certain
implementation conditions of the DOCA so that certain compliance conditions to the reinstatement of
Paladin’s shares to quotation on ASX will be satisfied after implementation of the DOCA. Paladin’s
securities are anticipated to be reinstated to quotation (and trading) on the ASX mid-February 2018.
The Singapore Stock Exchange has approved in-principle the listing and quotation of the US$115m
New Notes which will be listed on the SGX following implementation, with the exact date to be
determined.
Paladin will provide the market with further updates as they become available.

Friday, 2 February 2018. The expected timing for reinstatement to the ASX on a deferred settlement
basis is Friday, 16 February 2018. It is expected shareholders will be able to trade the remaining Paladin
shares they hold on a normal T+2 basis on Friday, 23 February 2018.
Der Handel an der ASX beginnt wieder am 16.2.18.
Der Restbestand von 2% kann ab 23.2.18 verkauft werden, falls das noch sinn macht.
So verstehe ich die heutige Meldung.

heute wurde PDN in Down Under wieder gehandelt und ging mit über 300% plus aus dem Handel.
Ist es richtig ,dass die Deutsche Bank nun größter Shareholder ist?
Will man nun mit dem langen Heinrich weiter machen oder wird der Laden komplett von der Boerse genommen?
Was mein Ihr ,sollte man PDN halten oder einen Schlußstrich ziehen?
