China Direct Trading Corp. Signs Multi-Million Dollar Agreement to Supply 500 Chinese-Made Generators
Company Signs a Five-Year Exclusive Agency and Distribution Agreement

DAVIE, Fla., Sept. 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- China Direct Trading Corporation (OTCBB:CHDT) (China Direct), a U.S.-Chinese trading company, today announced that it has received an initial purchase order commitment from Complete Power Solutions, LLC of Florida (CPS), a distributor of electrical generators, for the shipment of 500 Chinese-made, LP gas-powered, electrical generators over the next 12 months worth a total value between three to five million dollars. China Direct will receive it`s initial order for 100 generators this week. China Direct expects the initial order to ship within three to four months, after the generators receive a contractually required Universal Laboratory/UL approval. The 20KW to 50KW generators are designed to run an entire home or business.

China Direct and CPS recently signed a five-year exclusive agency and distribution agreement for the generators on September 22, 2005. CPS intends to sell the generators to retail operations and business and governmental end users in the U.S., especially in the South and Gulf Coast region. China Direct is seeking other domestic distribution agreements for generators, which are produced by China Direct`s exclusive generator manufacturers in China and range in size from small household generators to large industrial generators for heavy equipment and buildings.

Nur 40% aller Generatoren im "alten" Katastrophengebiet sind einsatzfähig, stand in der Tageszeitung vom 22.09.2005. Der Grund wurde nicht genannt. Durch den Hurrcian "Rita" bekommt die Geschichte wieder neuen Auftrieb. Hurrican Rita hat weniger Schäden durch direkte Windeinwirkung als durch Wasser verursacht. Hohe Wasserstände wurden überall aus den betroffenen Gebieten gemeldet.

China Trading gab vor unmittelbar nach der Katstrophe gekannt, die Lieferung von Generatoren zu bewerkstelligen und zu organisieren. Hierauf detonierte der Kurs aus dem Stand bis auf 4 Cent. Am Samstag ist "Rita" aufs Amerkanische Festland gefegt und hat erneut enorme Wassermassen ins Land getragen. Es heißt, es könne noch bis zu fünf Tagen Regen und auch einige Dämme sollen nicht stand gehalten haben.

China Trading wird aufgrund der verstärkten Nachfrage versuchen, den Lieferumfang seiner Produkte zu erhöhen. Aufgrund des neuen Hurricans könnten hier ein erweiterter Auftrag anstehen. Einige Käufer am Freitag sind offenbar gleicher Meinung und hoben den Kurs bis zum Stand zur Zeiten von Hurrican "Katrina".

Ich hab noch kein Stück verkauf und warte die nächsten spannenden Tage ab. Mein persönliches Kursziel liegt bei 6-7 Cent, da der alte Auftrag noch nicht ausreichend durch die Börse honiert wurde und auch "Rita" noch keine Rolle gespielt hat.

China Direct Trading Corp. Signs Multi-Million Dollar Agreement to Supply 500 Chinese-Made Generators

China Direct Trading Corporation (OTC BB:CHDT.OB - News) (China Direct), a U.S.-Chinese trading company, today announced that it has received an initial purchase order commitment from Complete Power Solutions, LLC of Florida (CPS), a distributor of electrical generators, for the shipment of 500 Chinese-made, LP gas-powered, electrical generators over the next 12 months worth a total value between three to five million dollars. China Direct will receive it`s initial order for 100 generators this week. China Direct expects the initial order to ship within three to four months, after the generators receive a contractually required Universal Laboratory/UL approval. The 20KW to 50KW generators are designed to run an entire home or business.

China Direct and CPS recently signed a five-year exclusive agency and distribution agreement for the generators on September 22, 2005. CPS intends to sell the generators to retail operations and business and governmental end users in the U.S., especially in the South and Gulf Coast region. China Direct is seeking other domestic distribution agreements for generators, which are produced by China Direct`s exclusive generator manufacturers in China and range in size from small household generators to large industrial generators for heavy equipment and buildings.
