Mit 404 Aktien den Kurs runterdrücken ,aber die Umsätze werden oben gemacht,das schreit nach Ausbruch ,man versucht den Kurs ein wenig zu drücken mit Kleinstmengen

Bald gibt es sowieso kein Halten mehr,eigentlich sollte man zu 0,36 nochmal nachkaufen.

SECTION 1 - REGISTRANT`S BUSINESS AND OPERATIONS

ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT

The Registrant has entered into an agreement with Wankel AG of Germany for
Wankel to provide rotary engines and collaborative research and technology for
the Registrant`s engine division.

The agreement calls for Wankel to provide up to 200 complete engines, with an
initial delivery of engines scheduled for January 2006. In addition to completed
engines, Wankel is required to provide 200 complete casting part sets for the
engines. Wankel will supply a full set of patterns for its 407 and 814cc
engines, which the Registrant intends to manufacture under the name "Xtreme
Wankel" through Xtreme Engines, Inc., the wholly-owned subsidiary of the
Registrant`s wholly-owned subsidiary, Aqua Xtremes, Inc.

As part of the agreement to provide the rotary engines, Wankel will enter into a
consulting agreement with the Registrant, through, Aqua Xtremes, Inc., with
respect to the maintenance of the existing engines and the development of the
next generation of rotary engines.

Upon the signing of the consulting agreement, a copy will be filed with the
Registrant`s next periodic report.

Novas dritte Standbein Rotary engine bzw,Xtremeengine macht riesen Schritte nach vorn.(Irgendwie haben die auch etwas mit Mazda zu tuen-kläre ich noch.)
Nacio ,aqua-extreme und jetzt auch noch der Motorenbereich
wir haben hier einen Schatz ausgegraben,ich mag gar nicht daran denken ,wo wir Ende des Jahres stehen.

muß jetzt leider zum Tennis,
aber wie ich Dir sagte kein SL Du siehst ja mit 400 Aktien wird der Kurs gedrückt.
Wir stehen kurz vor Ausbruch.
Alle stehen in den Startlöchern.
Es kommt nicht auf ein paar Tage an.
Die Aktie wird auf jeden Fall steigen.

Diese Meldung kam in USA erst um 02.00 PM und wird heute erst richtig Beachtung finden.
Nova positioniert sich völlig neu.
Das wird die Aktie des Jahres.

Xtreme Engines will be operating as two divisions. These divisions will be broken down into small and large rotary engines.
