Wollte hier mal kurz auf meinen Neuzugang im Ölsektor hinweisen, hier wird bald die Post abgehen!

Der Wert heisst Oracle Energy (aber bei Wallstreet leider nur unter der Eingabe Oracle Eenergy zu finden!)

Denke es sollten so um die 1.000 % drinliegen!

Ist aber (wie immer) nur meine Meinung!

Auch klingt das mit den 1.000% vielleicht etwas reisserisch, aber so schätze ich die Sachlage einfach ein!

Es werden hier auch kritische Stimmen geduldet!

Oracle Energy Enters into an Option Agreement to more than Double its Interest to 15% in the Block 22 Oil & Gas Concession in Yemen

September 15, 2005 - Oracle Energy Corp. (OCL: TSX Venture) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an option agreement with Yemen Mayfair Petroleum Corp. (YMPC) to acquire an additional 8% interest in the expansive Block 22 exploration concession in the Republic of Yemen.

As consideration for the option the Company will pay YMPC 200,000 Oracle common shares. This option agreement allows Oracle the right to more than double its participating interest in Block 22 from 7% to 15%. The option agreement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Oracle President Nasim Tyab says that this new option agreement offers the Company considerable leveraged exposure to the " company maker" potential of the 8,151-square-kilometre Block 22 exploration concession, situated within Yemen`s hydrocarbon-rich Tihama Basin.

" With our initial focus on the Beta Prospect within Block 22, the joint venture partnership`s initial October drill program is targeting multiple potential pay zones with the potential for world-class discoveries," he says.

" If the Beta drill program is successful, we have also identified at least four other prospects or leads on Block 22 that would merit further evaluation and which could provide additional potential oil reserves."

Block 22 was awarded to YMPC in 1993. Notably, principals of YMPC were instrumental in the discovery of Yemen`s first giant oil field in the mid-1980s, located in the Marib Basin.

Prior to acquiring its initial 7% participating interest, Oracle commissioned an independent technical evaluation report by UK- based Merlin Energy Resources. The table below is an excerpt from the Merlin Report and lists the potential reserves in only one of the potential pay horizons. Merlin has mapped a total of four horizons referred to as blue, orange, yellow and magenta.

Oracle may exercise its option to acquire the additional 8% interest by paying YMPC US$560,000 by October 15th 2005 and by assuming 8% of past exploration costs incurred on the block which equates now to US $1,449,696. Past costs are to be paid over time following completion of a positive test well. The US$560,000 paid to YMPC will be added to Oracle`s contribution towards the drilling, testing, and completion of the Beta -1 Well, scheduled to be drilled mid-October 2005.

Oracle will be credited for and entitled to receive its pro-rata share of any deductions or cost allowances allowed pursuant to the Production sharing agreement (PSA) with the Yemen government. Oracle will also share with YMPC, on a pro-rata basis, all rights and considerations entitled by YMPC pursuant to the PSA.

Oracle Energy presently holds a 7% participating interest in Block 22. The cost to the Company for its 7% participating interest is $700,000, which has already been paid. This also includes the assumption of 7% of past costs incurred on the exploration block, equating to US $1,155,000. Past costs are to be paid over time following completion of the first 8,000 foot exploratory well.

Oracle Energy Corp. (OCL:TSX Venture; 02E:Frankfurt) is pleased to announce the following update on the Nadlac Field in Romania;

Nadlac No. 3 Well -----------------

The No. 3 Well at Nadlac Field has gradually increased in pressure and flow rates an average of 21% over the last 30 days as it continues to clean up. Initial analysis seems to indicate that the zone may be a retrograde gas reservoir. Present shut in tubing pressure 1871 psi (pounds per square inch). The last flow rates tested, measured gas and condensate at the following rates and pressures:

Preparations are being finalized to be connected into the gas transmission pipeline by January 1, 2006 to begin gas sales. First condensate sales are expected to begin before the end of December 2005.

Nadlac No. 100 Well

Work is progressing on the cleaning out of the wellbore of the Nadlac No. 100 Well for evaluation and testing. To date, 1000 feet of junked tubing has been recovered out of the bottom of the hole. The remaining 600 feet should be recovered in the next few weeks. There is continuing build up of gas pressure in the wellbore and the mud weight has been increased twice as work has continued.

New Reservoir Analysis of Unevaluated Oil Zone

Due to review of additional information obtained from historical field data that was not before available, Carpathian has commissioned an independent reservoir analysis of the oil zone at 9,570 feet that is at the base of the main gas zone to determine if additional oil reserves are recoverable in commercial quantities. No previous reserves were attributed to this zone because the state oil company information made available to Carpathian indicated that the zone was not commercial. The additional records reviewed seem to indicate otherwise.

Upon successful cleaning out of the No. 100 well, this oil zone will be evaluated and tested first before attempting recompletion in the upper gas zone.

The Nadlac field is in Western Romania near the Hungarian border. Pursuant to the property purchase agreement dated July 5, 2004, as amended Aug. 17, 2005, between Oracle Energy Corp. and Carpathian Energy Companie Petroliera, Oracle Energy holds an 11.2% participating interest with the option to acquire up to a 20% participating interest in six oil and gas concessions located in Romania known as the Bordei Verde Vest field and the Nadlac, Catrunesti, Cozieni, E. Ciumeghiu and N. Ciumeghiu concessions.

zwischenzeitlich waren wir mal kurz bei 0,51 (+12,1%) aber auch bei 0,53 (+16,5%)

Im Moment bzw. 15 min zeitverzögert sind wir bei 0,52 CAD (+14,3%)
