das stimmt,ich habe mich beruflich verändert und habe leider noch immer nichts mit Aktien zu tun. Ich glaube ich habe fast auf den Tag 1 Jahr ausgesetzt, habe keine einzige Aktie gehandelt. kannst du Dir das vorstellen? Was Frauen so alles bewirken können :-) Nun hat die Sucht mich wieder zurück. Ich bin in MTNA eingestiegen, ist ist vor 1 Woche in einem Börsenbrief empfohlen worden und hat viel potenial. Ich überlege gerade was ich noch kaufen könnte. ich schwanke zwischen.

Wenn man die Anzahl der Postings in der Roubrik "Kaufempfehlung" mit der in der Roubrik "Verkaufsempfehlung"
vergleicht, dann stellt man fest, dass die überwiegende Zahl der Experten hier, zwar ganz genau wissen,
wann und was man kaufen soll, jedoch relativ selten, wann man diese Werte wieder verkaufen soll.

Bei AKtien wie "Entree Gold", "ANACONDA GOLD", "CARDERO" wäre diese Info in den letzten Wochen und Monaten Gold wert...

da hast du völlig recht, ich nehme mich da nicht raus. Ich schliesse irgendwann auch ab mit der Aktie. Ich vertrete aber die meinung, jeder muss wissen, wie lange er in einer Aktie bleibt. Manchen reichen 20% andere sind gierig und wollen immer 100% und mehr.

In MTNA sollte man länger drin bleiben, ich sehe hier wirklich eine realistische 100% Chance auf die schnelle. 300% und mehr Stand in dem Börsenbrief.

Die Analysten von "Invest Inside" empfehlen die Aktie von Material Technologies (ISIN US5766782057 / WKN A0CABD) zu kaufen.

Nach Einschätzung der Experten würden sich die Zeichen verdichten, dass Material Technologies, kurz MTNA, mit seiner Technologie einen Volltreffer lande. Das Unternehmen habe eine bahnbrechende Technologie für die Überprüfung von Materialien entwickelt, die in Eisen- und Stahlkonstruktionen schon feinste Risse aufspüren könne. Dabei seien die Risse, die das patentierte Verfahren von MTNA aufspüren könne, um einiges kleiner als bei allen anderen gängigen Verfahren. Ein immenser Fortschritt, der zu deutlich sinkenden Reparaturkosten führen könne.

Kein Wunder, dass MTNA ein hohes Marktinteresse an seiner Technologie erwartet habe. Und das Unternehmen sei alles andere als enttäuscht worden. MTNA verzeichne ein hohes Interesse bei öffentlichen Stellen in den USA, heiße es in einer aktuellen Meldung des Unternehmens. Die öffentliche Hand habe aufgrund eines Gesetzes hohe Mittel zur Verfügung, um die Infrastruktur instand zu setzen und auszubauen sowie neue Technologien zur Überprüfung von Materialien zu testen.

Bisher konzentriere sich MTNA auf den Bereich metallene Brücken, werde sich zukünftig aber auch in anderen Bereichen engagieren, zum Beispiel der Eisenbahn. Im ursprünglichen Geschäftsbereich verzeichne man aber nicht nur Interesse, sondern auch schon erste konkrete Projekte. So sei von MTNA jüngst eine informelle erste Prüfung an drei Brücken im US-Bundesstaat Pennsylvania abgeschlossen worden. Mit den gewonnenen Erkenntnissen solle nun ein detaillierter Inspektionsplan aufgestellt werden, bei dem der innovative Electrochemical Fatigue Sensor (EFS) von MTNA zum Einsatz komme. In Auftrag gegeben worden seien die Untersuchungen vom Verkehrsministerium des Bundesstaates, das als einer von mehreren US-Bundesstaaten bereits starkes Interesse an den Lösungen von MTNA zum Ausdruck gebracht habe.

Für die häufig von klammen Kassen geplagte öffentliche Hand wäre das MTNA-System ein zusätzlicher Segen: Der Einsatz sei kostengünstig, das System zudem wiederverwendbar und sorge so für deutlich sinkende Kosten.

Auch wenn die Aktie von MTNA im März erheblich an Wert gewonnen habe, bleibe das Papier geradezu spottbillig. Dies zeige ein Blick auf die Bewertung nach fundamentalen Kriterien. Im ersten Jahr gehe das MTNA-Management von einem Umsatz in Höhe von 5,75 Mio. Dollar aus, der im zweiten Jahr auf 23 Mio. Dollar wachsen solle. Im dritten Jahr plane man bei der Company mit 50.000 Überprüfungen von Brücken und 300 verkauften EFS-Paketen. Dadurch würden 57,5 Mio. Dollar Umsatz erwirtschaftet. Von 0,95 Millionen Dollar solle der Vorsteuer-Gewinn im gleichen Zeitraum über 19,8 Millionen Dollar auf mehr als 51 Millionen Dollar steigen. Selbst wenn man davon Steuern abziehe, läge das KGV für das dritte Jahr im kleinen einstelligen Bereich.

Darin zeige sich nach Meinung der Analysten die besondere Chance für die Aktie. Setze sich das System am Markt durch, worauf vieles hindeute, werde die Aktie explodierende Kurse verzeichnen. Auf die März-Rally habe die Aktie nur mit einer sehr moderaten Konsolidierung reagiert, die Plattform für weitere Kursgewinne sein dürfte. Experten aus den USA würden unverändert erste Kursziele von 85 Cent für den Anteilsschein nennen. Das entspreche immer noch deutlich mehr als 200 Prozent Potenzial für den Kurs.

Die Material Technologies-Aktie wird von den Experten von "Invest Inside" zum Kauf empfohlen.

Es sieht wirklich gut aus.
Es ist jetzt nur eine Frage der Zeit, die Verträge werden kommen. Da wir reden über den Stadt, Bush hat ein Budget auch für 2006 (Brücken), und das Budget muss in 2006 genutzt werden, wir sind schon in Ende Juni. Die Kontakte sind schon genommen, und wir sehen, dass MTNA ist am hart arbeiten.
Dazu, das Kursziel 0,85 ist ein ERSTES KURSZIEL. Das heißt kommen auch ein zweites, und drittes Kurziel. Wenn die ersten Verträge kommen wird es schnell gehen. Da es auch ein Bush 2007 Budget gibt, und ich rede nicht über den europäischen Markt, zum Beispiel Deutschland und die Eisenbahn, oder anders, oder die Patenten (MTNA nur hat die:eek, müssen wir nur warten .
Ich hoffe nur, dass Die Leute hier in Deutschland wissen darüber, alle haben verdient mit MTNA weiter zu machen

MTNA ist schon am Vorbereiten die Meetings mit den unterschielichen Staaten in America (und es git in America viele Staaten:eek, so ist es geschrieben in den letzten Nachrichten. Es ist, ich finde, schön mit MTNA, weil wir können ganz gut die Entwicklung der ganzen Sache verfolgen. Und ich denke, dass wenn der erste Vertrag kommt, denn ist die Sache gegessen, die anderen Verträge werden ein nach dem anderen kommen. Man sieht, dass MTNA informiert Schritt für Schritt die Anleger, und das schon ist wirklich toll.

Es gibt was in www.stockhouse.com bei MTNAaber ich weiss nicht wie man die Nachrichten hierher bringt, dazu brauchen wir die Übersetzung für die Leute hier. Vielleicht könnte Babe in the Woods das machen. Es wäre toll. Oder jemand anderes.
Die woche ist ziemlich ruhig in den Staaten,

Beim MTNA würde ich denken ist alles OK. Wir bewegen uns seitwärts, ein mal oben, ein mal unten.
Wir sind am warten... die Verträge.
Wer noch Geld hat kann noch nachkaufen, was jetzt passiert.
Wir sind immer informiert und können beobachten: die unterschiedliechen Schritten bis was wir wollen: die Verträge, und das ist was toll ist, wir wissen ganz genaue im welchem schritt MTNA sich findet. Es gibt nicht so viel Unternehmen (die in der Börse notiert sind), die die Anleger so gut informiert.

MATECH's innovative metal fatigue detection tools are capable of assisting state Departments of Transportation to assess damage to critical metal structures, prioritize repairs, and optimize use of available funds for maintenance and reconstruction. In the last week of June some of the worst rain and flooding in decades hit the Northeastern United States, causing major damage to infrastructure and loss of life across Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC. Officials closed 10 bridges connecting New Jersey and Pennsylvania because of high water. Northeast of Binghamton, NY, a raging Carrs Creek cut through an Interstate 88 bridge, opening up a jagged gap that killed two drivers. Amtrak railroad service in much of the western part of New York remained shut down during the storms. The federal government declared eight New York counties disaster areas; Chenango County gave an early estimate of $32 million in damage to infrastructure alone.

The Transportation Equity Act set aside funds for states to test devices capable of finding growing cracks in bridges as small as 0.01 inches in length and under the surface. This information enables bridge engineers to detect and measure fatigue cracks, prioritize repairs, verify that fixes are effective in halting fatigue damage, and preserve structural integrity.

Du hast volkommen recht, der Teil ist sehr sehr interessant.
Dazu mit den Sturmschaden(Brücken zu reparieren wegen Sturm) gibt das extra Plus, wie beim Solaraktien, hat MTNA auch was zu tun mit Umweltverschmutzung irgendwie.
Es steckt viel in MTNA,
und ich denke, dass Matech nicht weit vom Ziel ist.

dmi: MTNA hat mehr potenziel als die 0,10 Euro.
Und wenn die Zeit kommt, werden auch die Anleger da sein. Nur nicht so lang warten.

Es ist nicht schön zu warten,

Nach dem gestrigen Umsatz her wäre es kein Problem, dass es up geht!

Der Kurs wurden bei der 38er-Linie gestoppt, wenn der die durchbricht geht es up zur 100er die steht etwa bei 0.16 USD!

Ich würde sagen, dass der Kurs etwas zurückkommt (Gewinnmitnahme +39%) und dann geht up zur 0.16

Das ist kein Kaufempfehlung, nur meine Theorie!

Es ist immer so eine Sache mit OTC-Werten und Charttechnik, man weiss nie was morgen passiert!

bin ja auch schon investiert ne zeit... dachte damals das der boden erreicht ist u. habe für 0,088 euro gekauft... u. es ging dann trotzdem noch weiter runter... die story klingt für mich gut... mal sehen was die draus machen... könnten mal einen auftrag vermelden, dann würde es bestimmt richtig up gehen... wir werden sehen, meinste bei 39 % + gibt es schon gewinnmitnahmen??? hast du ubde am montag verfolgt... die hat an einem tag 400 % gemacht... das war ganz schön krass... wäre schön wenn wir die auch machen, muß ja nicht an einem tag sein...

nein leider nicht... am montag ging das ding durch die decke... hatte montag nachmittag überlegt ob ich reingehe, da war der kurs 0,16 euro ungefähr... hätte ich es mal bloß gemacht... bis dienstag mittag dann teilweise 0,33... da hätte man übernacht 100 % machen können... na egal... vieleicht kommt es bei mtna ja auch noch...

Our revenue for all quarters shown above came from our research contracts with Northrop Grumman.

During the three month periods ended June 30, 2006 and 2005, we incurred research and development costs of $295,047 and $183,017, respectively. Of the $295,047 incurred in 2006, $155,000 was related to the issuance of 950,000 shares of our common stock for services provided by consultants. Of the $183,017 incurred in 2005, $130,000 was related to the issuance of 125,000 shares of our common stock for services provided.

During the three month period ended March 31, 2006, we incurred research and development costs of $185,152, of which $112,000 was related to the issuance of 975,000 shares of our common stock for services provided by employees.

General and administrative expenses were $418,311 and $262,038, respectively, for the three month periods ended June 30, 2006 and 2005. The major expenses incurred during the three months ended June 30, 2006 and 2005, and March 31, 2006, were:

Material Technologies, Inc. Receives Its First Commercial Bridge Inspection Contract for Bridges in Pennsylvania

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Material Technologies, Inc. ("MATECH") announced that it has received its first contract for non-destructive testing of three bridges in Pennsylvania at the request of that state's Department of Transportation. The Pennsylvania government has engaged MATECH's patented metal fatigue detection solutions to help ensure the structural integrity of its steel bridges. MATECH will use its Electrochemical Fatigue Sensor(TM) (EFS) for special inspections of these structures. After 10 years of research, this is Material Technologies' first commercial sale of its Electrochemical Fatigue Sensor(TM) (EFS).

The effort will be under the auspices of the engineering consulting firm Michael Baker Jr., Inc., contracted by PennDOT's Bureau of Planning and Research, to perform a research project entitled "Remote Health Monitoring and Load Modeling of Cracked Fracture Critical Bridge Components." Their contract was supplemented to include the application and evaluation of MATECH's EFS inspection method.

MATECH's Electrochemical Fatigue Sensor (EFS) technology can find growing cracks in the bridges, including cracks below the surface, as small as 0.01 inches. This critical information will allow the State's bridge engineers to fix the specific bridges in most need of repair. Using EFS, the engineers will also be able to verify that repairs are effective in halting further fatigue crack growth, by determining that previously repaired fatigue cracks are no longer growing. Being able to prioritize needed repairs, the State can realize significant cost savings. It can also repair the most critical bridges sooner, thereby eliminating the need to restrict the weights of some trucks and most important, minimizing any adverse economic impacts.

MATECH has recently received a great deal of interest from federal and state agencies, following the passage of the $286 billion Federal Transportation Bill, which included funds to help states evaluate nondestructive methods such as EFS to test growing fatigue cracks in steel bridges.

MATECH CEO Robert M. Bernstein commented: "We are extremely pleased after receiving our first commercial inspection contract from the State of Pennsylvania. 10 years of diligent research has finally allowed us to take the company to the next level and we are confident that this should be the first of many revenue streams to come. The State of Pennsylvania alone has 3500 steel bridges, of which 1/2 must be inspected every year. As previously reported in our Current Report on Form 8-K, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 24, 2006, on August 18, 2006, we entered into an Acquisition Agreement (the “Agreement”) with UTEK CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, (“UTEK”) and Materials Monitoring Technologies, Inc., a Florida corporation, (“MMTI”), pursuant to which we acquired 100% of MMTI’s outstanding stock from UTEK. As a result of this transaction MMTI became our wholly-owned subsidiary.

In our previous Form 8-K reporting this transaction we stated that, if required, we would be filing an amended Form 8-K with audited financial statements of MMTI and pro forma financial statements of our business including MMTI. LOS ANGELES, Oct. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Material Technologies, Inc. ("MATECH") announced that it has received its second contract for non-destructive testing of four bridges in Utah. This follows closely the contract received from the state of Pennsylvania's Department of Transportation that was announced on October 3rd. MATECH will use its Electrochemical Fatigue Sensor(TM) (EFS) for special inspections of these structures.

The effort will be under the auspices of the engineering consulting firm HDR, Inc., contracted by The Utah Department of Transportation, to perform a fatigue crack inspection of several important bridges in northern Utah. HDR's contract was supplemented to include the application and evaluation of MATECH's EFS inspection method. The contracted effort includes the inspection of three bridges with suspected fatigue cracks and one bridge that had been damaged because of an overheight vehicle impact.

MATECH's Electrochemical Fatigue Sensor (EFS) technology will be engaged to locate growing cracks in the bridges, including cracks below the surface. It is capable of finding fatigue cracks as small as 0.01 inches. This critical information will allow the State's bridge engineers to efficiently repair the specific bridges in most need of restoration. Using EFS, the engineers will also be able to verify that repairs are effective in halting further fatigue crack growth. Being able to prioritize needed repairs, the State is expected to realize significant cost savings.

MATECH has recently received a great deal of interest from federal and state agencies, following the passage of the $286 billion Federal Transportation Bill, which included funds to help states evaluate nondestructive methods such as EFS to test growing fatigue cracks in steel bridges.

MATECH CEO Robert M. Wobei ich hier eigentlich ein wenig optimistischer bin, denn MTNA hat ein Produkt (Dienstleistung), die wirklich den Kunden Kosten und "Klagen" sparen kann. Ich denke, lassen wir die Papierchen einfach ein paar Jährchen liegen (die fressen ja kein Stroh) und hoffen, dass der Laden sich entsprechend etabliert.

Nach den Spilt (1 zu 300) müssten wir einen Kurs von 10,50€ haben, letzter Kurs vor den Spilt war in Deutschland 0,035€.

Ich kann nur nicht verstehen wie der Kurs, obwohl nicht Handelbar am Freitag nach dem Split so stark eingebrochen ist.

("MATECH") announced that it has signed a contract to inspect a key bridge on Route NJ72 over Manahawkin Bay, after the Federal Highway Administration gave its approval to proceed with the fatigue crack testing of this bridge, which provides the only road access to New Jersey's Long Beach Island.

Top oder Flop?

Das wird sich wohl in den nächsten 6-8 Wochen entscheiden.

Noch haben die immer noch sehr misstrauischen Kunden nicht so richtig angebissen. Gefällt ihnen was sie mit den Test-Aufträgen zu sehen bekommen, dann kann es mit den ersten großen Aufträgen sehr schnell gehen. Ist erstmal der Konten geplatzt und es spricht sich in der Branche rum das die Sache wirklich in der Praxis funktioniert, dann werden wohl viele nachziehen.

Wenn die Test-Aufträge nicht überzeugen können, dann hat sich die Sache wohl endgültig erledigt und der Laden ist in einem halben Jahr pleite.

Bin schon etwas verwundert warum ein so vermeintliches "No Brainer" Produkt sich so schwer an die "Brücken" bringen lässt. Hat darauf jemand eine Antwort?

Massachusetts to Engage MATECH'S Patented EFS Technology to Find Growing Fatigue Cracks in Highway Bridges

LOS ANGELES, March 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Material Technologies, Inc. ("MATECH") announced that the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MADOT) intends to invite MATECH to demonstrate its Electrochemical Fatigue Sensor System (EFS) on several bridges around the State.

Last year MADOT sent MATECH information on seventeen bridges around the State, with the intention of having MATECH demonstrate its EFS on many of these structures. However, critical problems with their "Big Dig" tunnels created a large demand on MADOT's resources, so the EFS efforts had to be postponed.

MATECH CEO Robert M. Bernstein commented: "Now being in the state of commercialization, we are extremely pleased to demonstrate our EFS to the MADOT. I am confident that the EFS will help the State to detect growing cracks in their steel bridges, greatly increasing their transportation infrastructure safety and to realize cost savings in their bridge maintenance budgets."

The EFS can find growing cracks in highway bridges and similar structures, including cracks below the surface, as small as 0.01 inches. This critical information allows the State's bridge engineers to fix the specific bridges in most need of repair. Using EFS, the engineers will also be able to verify that repairs are effective in halting further fatigue crack growth, by determining that previously repaired fatigue cracks are no longer growing. Being able to prioritize needed repairs, the State can realize significant cost savings. It can also repair the most critical bridges sooner, thereby eliminating the need to restrict the weights of some trucks and, most important, minimizing any adverse economic impacts.

LOS ANGELES, April 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Material Technologies, Inc., ("MATECH") performed a follow-up demonstration of its Electrochemical Fatigue Sensor (EFS(TM)) technology, a patented crack detection system, at the American Association of Railroad's Transportation Technology Center ("TTC") in Pueblo, Co.

In 2006, MATECH had demonstrated its technology at TTC's FAST Track Bridge, which had previously exhibited cracking in steel members. At the time, 17 of 20 cracked locations were evaluated with the EFS system. MATECH determined that 5 of the 17 were actively growing, including one in a facture critical location.

MATECH was invited back to attend the recent conference at the TTC facility, at which time a follow-up demonstration was performed on the FAST Track Bridge. The demonstration indicated that 4 of the 5 locations originally called out as growing cracks were still growing. The fifth crack had grown to a point where it could no longer be examined by EFS due to its location, but had clearly grown since the last inspection with EFS.

Additionally, areas indicated as showing little to no crack growth during the 2006 inspection were verified as still not showing active growth. This inspection was a confirmation of the information provided to the TTC back in 2006.

Currently, MATECH is in negotiations with the American Association of Railroad and the Federal Railroad Administration to further develop the EFS hardware and software, so that it interfaces with the railroads' long-term health monitoring system.

To-date, MATECH has used the EFS technique on 13 steel bridges across the U.S. in New York, Ohio, California, Utah, New Jersey, Colorado and Pennsylvania. It has been successfully used by MATECH bridge inspectors to check for cracks in welded joints, weld toes, and cracks. Over the last decade, the Federal Government has awarded MATECH $8.3 million in contracts for research, testing and validating of EFS technology.
