für MICH keinesfalls ein ´abfall- proj.´ der big player und sehe angesichts
der weiteren zuversicht zur goldentwicklung auch keine grossen probl. die
vereinbarten 1,65mio über einen 4- jahres- zeitraum finanz. zu bekommen - im
extremfall über eine weitere verringerung des verbliebenen 50%igen simkar- anteils an MQR

denke im übrigen auch, daß aqui in absprache mit 8mio- stakeholder MQR stattgefunden hat, die
evtl. dieses paket noch weiter aufstocken werden - wir werdens in bälde erfahren

Ich will hier nicht den Teufel an die Wand malen! Hätte das allgemeine Marktumfeld bei den Minenwerten die letzten 3-4Jahre besser mitgemacht, so hätte sich Elo vermutlich auch besser finanzieren können und das Simkar-Projekt in Eigenregie in die Machbarkeit führen können.
Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass Monarques den Anteil von ELO früher oder später übernehmen wird, damit Elo anschliessend die Mittel haben wird, um das neue Projekt voranzubringen.

Aber eben, wie gesagt....wir werden sehen, was passieren wird

Nun ja, mit der News kann ich leider nix anfangen....denn in den letzten 5Jahren hatte ich gehofft, dass ELO irgendeinmal eine vernünftige Resourcenschätzung vom Simkar abgeben wird! Abgegeben hat man dafür die Hälfte des Projektes.
Zugegebenermassen stand man ja in der Sackgasse und mit Monarques hatte man anscheinend die rettenden Hand, damit es irgendwie noch weitergehen kann.
Das neue Gebiet ordne ich in etwa so ein, dass wenn es interessant wäre, es sich die Grossen in der Nachbarschaft schon längst einverleibt hätten. Zum Glück hat man mit ELO ein Opfer gefunden, dass sich darum kümmern wird auch wenn keine Kohle bei ELO mehr gross Vorhanden ist.
Bin gespannt wer Lust haben wird ELO die 1,5Millionen für die Exploration zu sponsern.
Daher glaube ich nicht,dass hier ein Baby erwacht, sondern eher ein Totgesagter nochmals mit dem Auge zuckt

unser baby erwacht zu neuen aktivitäten - und zwar durchaus pos. klingenden
wie heutiger PR zu entnehmen ist. liegenschaften befinden sich nämlich in
einem der bevorzugsten gold- regionen perus, wo global player wie barrick

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 14, 2014) - Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ELO)(FRANKFURT:P2Q) ("Eloro", or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has signed a letter agreement (the "Agreement") with Tartisan Resources Corp. ("Tartisan") (CSE:TTC), granting Eloro an option to acquire a 50% interest in La Victoria property ("La Victoria" or the "Property"), consisting of 8 mineral concessions totalling 33.6 km2. The Property is held by a Peruvian-based Tartisan subsidiary and is located in Huandoval District, Pallasca Province, Ancash Department, in the North-Central Mineral Belt of Peru.

The Agreement

Under the terms of the Agreement, Eloro can earn a 50% interest in the Property, at the Company's option, by expending C$1.5 million in staged exploration and work expenditures on the Property and making cash payments to Tartisan totalling C$150,000 - all over a 4-year period.

Eloro and Tartisan have agreed to proceed to the execution and delivery of a definitive agreement ("Definitive Agreement"), incorporating the terms contained in the Agreement. The execution of the Definitive Agreement is subject to the satisfactory completion by Eloro of its ongoing due diligence investigation of the Property and also subject to the approval by the Boards of Directors of Eloro and Tartisan, and the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange.

La Victoria Property, Peru

La Victoria is a royalty-free property, wholly-owned by Tartisan, consisting of eight claims totalling 3,360 hectares in size and located in northern Ancash Department, Peru. The property has good infrastructure with access to road, water and electricity. It is located at an altitude that ranges 3,100 m to 4,200 m above sea level.

La Victoria is located within 50 km of several producing mines including: La Arena owned by Rio Alto Mining Ltd., Lagunas Norte (Alto Chicama) owned by Barrick Gold Corporation and Santa Rosa owned by Compañia Minera Aurífera Santa Rosa (COMARSA).

The Property has seen over US$800,000 spent to date by Tartisan in connection with exploration and infrastructure development. This exploration work includes: topographic, ground magnetic and Induced Polarization geophysical surveys; over 600 samples taken for Geochemistry; construction of access roads; and, completion of a National Instrument 43-101-compliant Technical Report(1) (available under Tartisan's filings on SEDAR at www.sedar.com). The property has numerous historical adits and surface workings............

Monarques Confirms the Presence of Silver at the Simkar Project

QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Feb. 5, 2014) - MONARQUES RESOURCES INC. ("Monarques" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:MQR)(FRANKFURT:MR7) is pleased to report on the latest collection of drill-core assay results from the Simkar property (the "Property"), in which it holds a 50% interest under an agreement signed with Eloro Resources ("Eloro") on September 23, 2013. The Property is located in the heart of the Val-d'Or mining camp, just north of the Cadillac Break, in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. These results are additional to those released on January 16, 2014.

As part of Monarques' 2013 exploration program, two intervals, comprising a total of 599 samples, from holes SK13-09 and SK13-12 were assayed for silver (Ag). Of these, 67 samples returned values of over 0.2 ppm silver.

The results show an average enrichment factor (EF) of 16.8 compared to gold concentrations, with EF ratios varying between 0.1 and 100.0 and individual silver-contents ranging from 0.2 ppm to 2.4 ppm. Based on these results, Monarques plans to re-assay the richest gold zones to determine their silver content.

"In addition to demonstrating new potential on the Project, namely the presence of reasonably wide, low-grade gold-bearing zones near surface, we can now also confirm that there is an as-yet unassessed silver potential.
