The stop transfer will not be released until those shares are surrendered in exchange for the CDs.

The buy back rate is that for every common share surrendered, Pearl Asian will pay $0.001, the par value of the common shares in the form of convertible debentures, when held to the maturity of 5 years. The CD is to be paid on the 5th year without interest. The debentures can be converted back to common shares at a fixed rate of $0.01 per share at any time on or before maturity, upon surrender of the CD to the company or its transfer agent.

As an example, a shareholder owning 1,000,000 common shares will keep 100,000 common shares and receive a CD with a face value of $900 due and payable in 5 years without interest. In this example, any time during the 5 years, the holder will be entitled to convert that CD to 90,000 common shares.

Geht bei den meisten Banken, allerdings oft nicht online da die Software nur 3 Stellen hinter dem Komma kann, ich machs immer telefonisch, kriege dann aber Onlinekonditionen da das Softwareproblem ja ein bankseitiges Problem ist.
Als Einsteiger bitte Vorsicht und nur mit "Spielgeld" einkaufen. Ausserdem IMMER limitieren, da sonst die Broker die Champanger knallen lassen und Dich gehörig Ver.......äppeln können.

bist du schon länger drin d.h. hattest du schon stücke vor dem 15.juni? bei den amis gibt`s ja absolute verwirrung wg des aktienrückkaufs - bei den einen sind nur noch 10% im depot, bei anderen noch alle aber nicht handelbar etc.
bei mir schauts bisher unverändert aus - hab allerdings noch nicht versucht, welche zu verkaufen.
wäre nett, wenn mir jemand infos geben könnte, bei dem sich im depot schon was verändert hat

Erst kommt nochmal ne 0,0002, habe mal einen Testballon losgesendet, um zu wissen ob mein Bestand überhaupt freigegeben ist zum Verkauf.
Meine Bestensorder wurde sofort zu 0,0002 $ ausgeführt. 0,0002$ pro Stück hat sich der Schwindler (Makler) an der Börse New Yoork Kassiert.....
Na jedenfalls kann ich meine theoretisch verkaufen,
warte aber noch eine Weile (0,0005 wären nicht schlecht, bei NEWS darfs noch ein bisschen mehr sein,
Einen Restbestand halte ich dann sowiso Immer falls so ein MEGA-Kurs (0,001, oder sogar 0,005) kommen sollte.

das hängt mit dem 90%igem aktienrückkauf von Paim zusammen. du behältst 10% und für die restl. 90% gibt`s eine wandelanleihe (convertible debenture), die du dir nach 5 jahren ausbezahlen lassen kannst, oder vorher jerderzeit zum pps von 0,01 in aktien tauschen kannst.

Pearl Asian Mining Industries (PAIM) Issues Clarification on 90% Buyback of Its Common Shares and Conversion of Debentures to Common Stock; Also Announces a Visit by USA Shareholder to the 'Operation Cagayan De Oro' Gold Minesite

MANILA, Philippines, Jul 12, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. (OTC: PAIM) announced that it is close to completing the buyback of approximately 27,000,000,000 or 90% of its issued and outstanding common shares using a convertible debenture (CD). PAIM has transferred to DTCC CD notes with a face value of approximately US$27,000,000.00 which DTCC received approximately June 21, 2006. However, PAIM has not received any of the 27,000,000,000 common shares subject of the buyback.

DTCC should be in the process of sending to PAIM 90% of the common and outstanding shares in exchange for the CDs. Although PAIM has set the buyback/exchange date for June 15, 2006, some confusion has occurred as the brokerages seem to have not been sufficiently informed by their clearing houses via DTCC to segregate 90% of all common shares held. As a result, some brokerages have erroneously included in the buyback shares purchased after the buyback/exchange date of June 15, 2006. In view of this, PAIM is advising all shareholders to check their accounts and immediately bring to their brokers' attention any discrepancies or errors.

Any shares bought and sold in the market now should only be the remaining 10%, although some of DTCC's participants, i.e. brokers, have failed to notify their clients, which has resulted in many shareholders selling shares short, which they thought were still available from the 90%. Pearl Asian advises shareholders who may have unintentionally sold short on PAIM shares to immediately contact their brokers to work out a way to cover their positions. These shares sold short will be fully known once the first report after the new NASD SHO Regulation, which includes Pink Sheet stocks and took effect July 3, is released within the month. The remaining 10% of common shares in shareholders' accounts should be available for trading at any time.

To reiterate, the buyback rate is that for every common share surrendered, Pearl Asian will pay $0.001, the par value of the common shares in the form of convertible debentures, when held to the maturity of five years. The CD is to be paid on the fifth year without interest. The debentures can be converted back to common shares at a fixed rate of $0.01 per share at any time on or before maturity, upon surrender of the original CD note to the company or its transfer agent. Shareholders' accounts should indicate the value of the CD, with the proviso that said value will mature after five years.

We expect the CD to begin trading OTC on the Yellow Sheets in the near future and there should be no restrictions on selling or trading CDs after the exchange is completed.

Any shares bought and sold in the market now should only be the remaining 10%, although some of DTCC\'s participants, i.e. brokers, have failed to notify their clients, which has resulted in many shareholders selling shares short, which they thought were still available from the 90%. Pearl Asian advises shareholders who may have unintentionally sold short on PAIM shares to immediately contact their brokers to work out a way to cover their positions. These shares sold short will be fully known once the first report after the new NASD SHO Regulation, which includes Pink Sheet stocks and took effect July 3, is released within the month. The remaining 10% of common shares in shareholders\' accounts should be available for trading at any time.

hi,
kann mich mal irgendeiner aufklären ,was es mit den anleihen zutun hat .
Mir wurden 90% der stücke abgezogen .
Was muss ich tun damit ich die aktien weiderbekomme.
Was ist in fünf jahren mit meinen 13000000 aktien .
Habe von der börse nicht viel ahnung .
Wäre schön ,wenn mir einer weiterhelfen könnte .

...also nochmal:
wenn du z.b. 1000000 stücke (vor dem 15.06.06) hattest, bleiben dir 10% also 100000, die du jederzeit handeln kannst. die restlichen 90% also die jetzigen 900000 kannst du dir nach 5 jahren zu 900$ ausbezahlen lassen (entspr. einem kurs von 0,001).du kannst aber innerhalb dieser 5 jahre deine 90% (d.h. jetzt 900000)in 90000 handelbare stücke (d.h. zum kurs von 0,01)einlösen. diese 90% sind aber solange auf eis gelegt, bis der rückkauf abgeschlossen ist, danach kannst du sie jederzeit zu 0,01 "freikaufen".

Pearl Asian Mining Industries Inc. verfügt über zahlreiche Vorkommen in dreistelliger Millionenhöhe. Eine der Nickel-Kobalt Minen z.B. entspricht einer Größe von rund 1000 Hektar bzw. 11 Millionen Kubikmetern Erz mit einem Nickelgehalt von 2,43 %. Das entspricht einem jährlichen Bruttoumsatz von rund 584 Millionen US Dollar. In einer weiteren Region beziffert sich der Bruttoumsatz auf rund 327 Millionen US-Dollar. Bei den Goldvorkommen sind das rund 36 Millionen US-Dollar und beim Kupfer im Wert von ca. 80 Millionen US-Dollar Bruttoumsatz.

Die Analysten des PENNYSTOCK REPORTs sehen das Kursziel bei 0,01 EUR.

The 12 months target by TTS Zurich for the stock is US$ 0.04, which represents an upside of 2\'400% from the present price.

Den Cent wird Paim sicherlich sehen können. Mein Kursziel liegt bei 0,0055, das kürzlich High. Das genügt. Ich gönne jedem auch den Cent oder noch mehr. Cool

Ich bin am Handy. Aus dem Kopf raus, ca. 5,8 Mrd., also 5800 Mio, davon hab ich schon einen grossen Teil. PAIM hat die Anzahl der Aktien in diesem Jahr massiv reduziert, um den Aktienkurs Beine zu machen.

Eine gute Nachricht koennte genuegen, den Kurs deutlich zu heben.

Wie gesagt, die Anzahl os ist sehr gering. Das ist der Stoff aus dem Verzehnfacher sind.

Ganz so falsch liegst Du gar nicht. Wenn ich das richtig lese, möchte Paim den Aktienkurs durch Verinngerung des OS heben. Altaktionäre sollen hierfür einen Bonus erhalten. Unterm Strich gibt es nicht viele Aktien und somit ist der nächste Hype mit entsprechendem News-Flow vorprogrammiert. Meine Meinung.

das stimmt , so ist der aktuelle stand der dinge , aber von einer zugesagten dividente möchte ich noch nicht schreiben , JMCP hat die dividente ja bekanntgegeben. das war mein irrtum ich dachte das hier die divi. zugesagt wurde

am ende fast das gleiche , aktien rückkäufe wie paim es macht finde ich auch gut

Die Thread-Überschrift gefällt mir besser. Die andere mit den "exorbitanten Goldvorkommen-oder Funden" paßt nicht so recht zum Verlauf.
