Vision Airships Selects Las Vegas as First North American Market for Its Advertising Airships

BANGKOK, THAILAND -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/10/2006 -- Vision Airships Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VPSI) is being established to take advantage of a void in the advertising market in major North American markets. Following extensive research into advertising markets and discussions with major marketing companies, Vision Airships has selected Las Vegas as the base for its first North American advertising airship.

More than 48 million people visit Las Vegas each year spending some $7.5 billion dollars on gaming and entertainment, with another $7.5 billion placed in orders at the hundreds of conventions held in the city each year.

A number of factors make the Las Vegas strip particularly suitable for airship advertising; the geography of the strip puts almost all visitors within a very limited area, providing exceptional market penetration and, just as importantly, there is a very limited amount of advertising available on the actual strip. The Vision Airships blimp will overcome this lack.

Despite the massive size and buying of this high spending market, there is relatively little advertising available to reach consumers.

The Vision Airships blimp, designated the VA100, is a modern design incorporating the very latest materials and technology throughout. It will be the first high-end adverting available to advertisers that is capable of reaching the entire length of the world famous 'strip' and all of the convention centers.

At over 100 feet in length the blimp will be one of the largest advertisements in Las Vegas and will feature a new and revolutionary nighttime display system that will provide advertisers with maximum impact and advertising flexibility. Details of this exciting new system will be released shortly.

Flying alongside the strip on an FAA approved flight path, the blimp will be perfectly positioned for maximum visibility, appearing just above the casinos and attractions and elevating a client's message above the clutter of street level advertising.

The Vision Airships blimp will be based at North Las Vegas airport and will operate daily of a flight schedule designed to over head the strip during peak times of maximum foot traffic.

In addition to the strip and convention centers, the blimp is able to reach almost any location within the Las Vegas valley. This includes the city of Henderson, Lake Las Vegas, the International Speedway and the more remote tourist destinations such as Red Rock Casino.

Vision Airships has already received extensive interest from advertisers and media companies in the new service, which will begin operations early in 2007.

Las Vegas was one of several cities considered as a base for Vision Airships first airship operation. The company will move forward with plans to base additional airships in the other high value markets.

      ABOUT VISION AIRSHIPS

Vision Airships' first operations will be in Las Vegas, NV that will offer blimp advertising services over the Las Vegas strip with eventual expansion to other select markets in North America.

48 million people will visit Las Vegas in 2007 and almost all will remain on the five miles of the world famous strip -- and within reach of an effective advertising campaign.
