      Monitor this Company



      SAN DIEGO, Aug. 26 - Disability Access Consultants, Inc. (DAC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Axia Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AXIG), and a leading provider of consulting services on the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 to governments, public facilities and businesses, announced today that work will begin on a new contract with the Department of Interior, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services. DAC offers government agencies, schools and businesses a range of services including site inspections, plan evaluations, consultation, litigation support, education and training.

      "We are very pleased to have been awarded this contract with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service," stated Barbara Thorpe, President of DAC. "This contract not only illustrates the strength our program has in working with diverse entities and environments, but also validates the need for our services on a national basis."

      Work on the new contract begins September 6, 2005 at a U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services facility in Kentucky. "Selection by the Department of Interior further validates DAC as one of the strongest ADA compliance programs in the U.S.," stated Jeffrey Flannery, CEO of Axia Group, Inc. "And Axia\'s role will be help DAC expand nationally so that government and corporate entities can benefit from these important and money saving services."

      In addition to the Department of the Interior, several other departments and agencies of the U.S. government have sought the services of DAC, including the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the General Services Administration. Cities and municipalities, such as the City of San Diego and County of Santa Clara, have hired DAC for multiple projects, including an evaluation of the new San Diego baseball stadium, Petco Park. DAC has also provided consulting services to the California Highway Patrol, North County Transit, San Diego County JPA and Padre Dam Municipal Water District. DAC is very active in working with school districts and universities and counts the following among its clients: Sacramento County School Districts, Pollock Pines, Center Unified, Latrobe, Cajon Valley, San Diego County, and El Dorado County School Districts.

      Some of the retail clients of DAC include: NAPA Auto Parts, Petco Animal Supplies, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Carl\'s Jr., KFC, Mattress Gallery and Payless Shoes. DAC also works with several major real estate companies including CB Richards Ellis, Coldwell Banker, Pars Assets and Ray Stone Properties. In addition, DAC has worked with Petroleum companies such as: United Oil, New West Petroleum and Exxon, just to name a few.
