BASEHOR, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)----
Ethanex Energy, Inc. (OTCBB: EHNX), a renewable energy company
whose mission is to become the ethanol industry's low-cost producer,
announced today that it has executed an engagement letter mandating
WestLB AG and Morgan Stanley to act as Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint
Bookrunners to structure, arrange and syndicate a senior secured
construction, term and working capital credit facility for the
Company. This transaction will complete the debt financing necessary
for the construction and operation of the Company's three previously
announced 132 million gallons per year ethanol production facilities
to be located in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas.

The joint lead arrangers will provide a fully-underwritten
commitment for the financing upon completion of satisfactory due
diligence and credit approvals. The closing of the loan facility,
which is subject to final documentation and a number of contingencies,
is expected to occur in the second quarter of this year.

Ethanex Energy ist kurz vor dem Turnaround

Die Amerikaner starten jetzt in die Sommersaison mit ihren dicken, Benzin- und Dieselfressenden Fahrzeugen. Es ist absehbar, dass dies den Ölpreis belastet, d.h., der Sprit- und damit der Rohölverbrauch wieder spürbar ansteigen wird.

Bill Gates und George Soros haben den Trend längst erkannt (auch etwas zu früh) und sind schon früh letztes Jahr in das Ethanolgeschäft eingestiegen. Der bisherige Erfolg lies sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Noch schlimmer sieht es in der Investitionsbereitschaft bei Ethanex aus, obwohl sich die West-LB zur Finanzierung der von Ethanex zusammen mit Chevron geplanten Ethanolanlagen durchgerungen hat und die Emissionsgenehmigung für die 500 Mio. Liter-Produktionsanlage in Illinous durch ist.

Durch die patentierte Fraktionstechnologie soll der Energiebedarf des Werkes um 20% unter herkömmlichenn Anlagen liegen. Der Wert der Beiprodukte und die Produktionskapazität sollen so um 20% gesteigert werden. Man erhofft sich dadurch eine 25%ige Verringerung der Prod-Kosten gegenüber herkömmlichen Ethanol-Prod-Anlagen.

Gegenüber Februar hat sich der Wert der Aktien an den Börsen gedrittelt. Das Rückschlagpotenzial scheint gegen Null gefahren zu sein. Die Chancen auf 500%-Gewinne (entspricht bisherigen Höchstkursen im Oktober 2006) sind enorm gestiegen.

Ich habe heute zugeschlagen und mir 20.000 Ethanex ins Depot geholt.
Solche Kaufgelegenheiten dürfte es meines Erachtends selten mehr geben. Die Story spricht in jedem Fall für Ethanex.

Der imm Allgemeinen sehr erfolgreiche BB "Rohstoffraketen" meinte vor knapp 14 Tagen: "Wir fragen uns derzeit ernsthaft, woran die Investitionszurückhaltung bei den Ethanolaktien herrührt. Solange wir keinen tragfähigen Boden sehen (welcher derzeit wieder einmal gebastelt werden könnte), bleiben wir deshalb noch außen vor. Rein fundamental sehen wir das Risiko nach unten jedoch als begrenzt an."

Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Experten von RSR ihren alten Ethanol-Favoriten bereits intensiv auf der Watchlist verfolgen und in Kürze zum Kauf raten, denn die Bodenbildung dürfte bei 0,60 EURI endgültig abgeschlossen sein.

Fraktionierungssystem wurde in den USA vorgestellt

Ethanex Energy hat vor kurzem an der "International Fuel Ethanol Workshop & Expo 2007" in St. Louis sein mit der schweizerischen Bühler AG neu-entwickeltes Fraktionierungssystem erstmals vorgestellt. Die Ethanol-Messe dürfte der Startschuss für den Verkauf mehrerer Fraktionierungsanlagen an bereits existierenden sowie im Bau befindlichen Ethanol-Fabriken gewesen sein. Ethanex Energy revolutioniert mit einem "grünen Prozess" und einem "grünen Produkt" die Ethanol-Industrie, indem Prozess- und Technologiefortschritte wie selbstversorgende Stromerzeugung mit erhöhter Produktion und reduzierter Energieverbrauch verwendet werden. Ziel ist die Produktion von rund 2 Mrd. Liter Ethanol jährlich bis 2010. Ethanex ist nun - nach dem Joint Venture und der Fertigstellung des gemeinsam entwickelten "integriertem Fraktionierungssystems" mit dem bilanzstarken Maschinenbauer Bühler AG aus der Schweiz - in der Position, von den Banken die benötigten Kredite für den Bau von eigenen Ethanol-Fabriken zu erhalten. das hört sich alles gut an jetzt langsam werden die Aktionäre belohnt von Etahex Energy.
Wie es ausschaut werden sie von den banken den Kredit erhalten und ist auch in der Abschlussphase wie oben beschrieben

Einfach ein Auge auf die Aktie setzen!!!!!
Es wird in den nächsten monaten gut ausschauen für Ethanex, ende des Monats wird die Homepage freigestellt und die messe läuft diesen donnerstag an.

NUR POSITIVE FAKTEN FÜR ETHANEX und Leute schont mich bitte mit den ach die Banken geben kein Kredit und usw....
