Mit 1.700.000.000 shares gibt es schließlich auch Fantasie nach unten.

It is traders manipulating the SP. This is very common with LYC, I wouldn't read too much into it.
If you look at the charts, even before the 450m funding deal was announced, there were very similar trading patterns.
It would run hard one day, then there would be several days in the red (and a lot of short positions opened), then all of a sudden another strong day upwards (on no news).
The bottom line is this is a great time to build up a long term holding in the company. Price of rare earths is going up; has gone from $9.30 a basket recently to $10.60 a few days ago. The price of the basket is only going to upwards from here. China's supply decreasing and the world's demand is increasing.
The de-stocking phase has actually provided us a great opportunity to buy more stock. The assumed market cap when SP was at 90c was 1.22bn, now it is only 0.84b. We also have an extra 200m cash that we wouldn't have had with the CNMC deal.
You only have to look at Warren Buffet's invest in BYD in Hong Kong to realise the potential LYC has. Globally strategic resources will not come cheap in the future and we can expect to trade at higher prices than normal mining companies.

Lynas Corporation receives $450m to advance Rare Earths project
Lynas Corporation (ASX: LYC) has now received the full amount of A$450 million less expenses pursuant to the equity raising announced on 29 September 2009.
The capital raising was undertaken in three phases at an issue price of $0.45.
The Lynas share price closed up 5.5 cents, or 11.6% higher, at $0.53.
Funds raised from the issue will be used for the completion of Phase 1 of the Lynas Rare Earths Project.
Enabling the company to lift the suspension of the Project, and to complete construction and commissioning of both the Concentration Plant in Western Australia and the Advanced Materials Plant in Malaysia.
Mt Weld is one of, if not the richest deposits of Rare Earths in the world.
Phase 1 target production of 10,500t Rare Earths Oxides will help to fill the supply - demand imbalance expected in the future.
Recently, executive chairman Nicholas Curtis said, "Lynas is committed to growth and the current expectation is that Lynas will move forward with the development of Phase 2 of the Rare Earths Project to 21,000t Rare Earths Oxides per annum as soon as possible after completion of Phase 1.”

Ich hab mir heute mal die September-Präsentation angesehen, da hatte ich ein paar Erleuchtungen. Z.B. warum die REE-Preise nicht nachgegeben haben wie die anderen Rohstoffe. Ganz einfach, weil die Chinesen, die ja schließlich - ich sag mal - die volle Kontrolle haben, zum Herstellungspreis produziert haben. Ziehen die REE-Preise nur um 50 % an, was durchaus kommen wird, wegen Knappheit und Wirtschaftswachstum, dann bedeutet das für Lynas schon 2 Milliarden mehr Gewinn. Verteil das mal auf die Shares, die ja vermutlich so schnell jetzt auch nicht wieder verwässert werden, dann kommst du auf ein erkleckliches Sümmchen pro Aktie.
Aber das sollte jeder selbst wissen.
M.E. werden wir in 2-3 Jahren den Bereich von 2-3 Dollar touchieren - pro Aktie. Wäre doch gelacht ... :-)

Die Aktien sollten in Euro geführt sein und können z.B. in Frankfurt (höchste Umsätze) gehandelt werden.
Du musst das checken und nach Bedarf bei deiner Bank nachfragen.

Die Börse läuft mind. 6 Monate dem Marktgeschehen vor. Spätestens im nächsten Frühjahr sind wir bei mind. o,90 A$. Da interessiert es nicht, was vernünftig ist und was eine gesunde Relation zum Gewinn ergibt.
Sollte Lynas zügig den weiteren Ausbau der Phase 2 vorantreiben, die REO-Preise aufgrund Nachfrage und Angebotmangel anziehen, geht es nur noch aufwärts.
Ich sehe nur Risiko in Verzögerungen oder Problemen beim start-up.
