$$$ SHARE CHAOS!!!

RED REEF LAB INTL INC NEW
      (OTC: RRLB), ISIN US75686N2018
könnte sich nun eine ähnliche Ausgangslage abzeichnen!

      Am letzten Freitag passierte folgendes:
Eröffnung bei 0,013. Bis 02.17pm praktisch null Handel des Papiers – dann kam die folgende PR raus:

Red Reef Changes Stock Symbol; Company Urges Transfer ExchangeFriday February 16, 2:17 pm ET

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., Feb. 16, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Red Reef Laboratories International, Inc. (Other OTC:RRLB.PK - News) feels obliged to remind market makers and the investing public that the recent six for one stock split was effected in such a way as to make the original shares obsolete, unless exchanged for new shares at our transfer agent, PacWest Transfer, LLC by making physical delivery. The pre-split original shares are not ``good delivery' against the new shares which have a new CUSIP number and new Trading Symbol (RRLB). We encourage our stockholders to make the transfer as soon as possible. If there are any questions about procedure, do not hesitate to call Red Reef at 954-725-9475, or PacWest Transfer, at 540-675-3129.

      :eek::eek::eek:

      Good Luck!

Look at the similarities with Paivis and RRLB recent PR,s

Both PAIV and RRLB PR's talk about If you hold Certificates yourself,or your Brokerage Firm holds the certificates.
read below and see the similarities in both.
Now the Question is was there a Fail to Deliver involving the Brokerages and RRLB certificates to the T/A?

Did the Brokerages get caught loaning out(shorting) RRLB shares to other Brokerage Firms and now they are stuck do to the action taken by management of RRLB recalling the Certs with a name change and CUSIP number change as stated in the RRLB PR.

Were shares of RRLB put on the open market when they should not have been?

      PAIVIS PR June 29, 2006

Paivis, Corp. Provides Information Regarding the Exchange and Delivery of Shares as per the Recently Completed Merger With Jupiter Global Holdings, Corp.
      Thursday June 29, 2006 6:13 pm ET

ATLANTA, GA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 29, 2006 -- Paivis, Corp. ("PAIVIS" or the "Company") (OTC BB:PAIV.OB - News) provides additional information regarding the procedures that Jupiter Shareholders should follow in order to efficiently exchange their Jupiter common shares (the "Jupiter Shares") for their new PAIVIS shares ("Merger Shares") under the terms of the recently completed Merger Agreement with Jupiter Global Holdings, Corp. Specific details regarding the Merger Agreement and the Merger Shares can be found in the Company's Form 8-K filings made on April 25, 2006 and May 17, 2006 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Merger Shares to be received by the Jupiter Shareholders are "restricted securities" as defined by Rule 144 promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933. The Merger Agreement provides that the Merger Shares will not be registered under the Securities Act, or the securities laws of any state, and absent an exemption from registration contained in such laws, cannot be transferred, hypothecated, sold or otherwise disposed of until; (i) a registration statement with respect to such securities is declared effective under the Securities Act, or (ii) PAIVIS receives an opinion of counsel for PAIVIS that an exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act is available.

Due to the effectiveness of the Merger, the former Jupiter Shareholders have now been registered on the transfer books of the Company but certificates representing the Merger Shares can only be issued in accordance with the Merger Agreement, particularly the Exchange of Certificates Section 1.09 (i), whereby the Jupiter Shareholders must surrender their Jupiter common share certificate(s) to the transfer agent of PAIVIS, in order to receive their Merger Shares certificate.

      These

911 trades by the MMs are just a complete joke.

They cry to the other market makers to help them because they are either Way short and need more sellers or dont have any shares for the ride up.

Nothing like MM manipulation on the pinks.

ETIM had the same thing today when it was trading at .002 - .0022. A 911 trade came in and soon after they dropped it down to help there butt buddies.

      These MMs are so predictable

This is the deal here......the company is having a 6/1 f/s and the transfer of these shares are no good in there present form. The float is 15.5 mn shares.......so until the broker, the T/A and the DTC get things together this could remain this way for sometime......the symbol change would mean that those shares under the old symbol are in a frozen state and can't trade either.......so their may be alot less shares trading in the market at present till this is workd thru.

This could be days or weeks........when it is finally worked out the float will still be under 100mn shares.

I don't know where these other shares are coming from listed in the Ibox?......this is what I am getting off the pinks.

He also said that they hope to file a form 10 in the next couple weeks to move to the OTCBB and that they have a plan to handle the shorters.

Bigdogs... from L2... looks like there is a huge short position here :) they are boxing it in... if you watch NITE he will continue to put 10K bids at .017 - and put 10K sells at .019 and such... this may or may not last for awhile... NITE is normally used on the shorts... and once this breaks upward out of the .01s and stays up that way... then it will start to go up much better... nice accumulation range IMO for future runs is between .015 and .02 :) ... heck NITE had been doing same thing on PLYCF couple weeks ago and for quite ahwile... now that is above .04 and starting its real run... the shorts involved will try their best to keep the pps between .015 and .02 for as long as they can so they can pick up more share amounts from any sellers... and normally the NITE 10K sell numbers are FAKE... :) so good places to buy... again IMO... in future once pushed up above that .02 - into mid and uppers... then they will also chase it pushing it up if/when stock gets more attention and or company plays things right :)

NEWS Red Reef Laboratories International, Inc. Requests Consistent Enforcement of SEC Rules

      :eek::eek::eek:

      Wednesday, February 21 2007 4:04 PM, EST

      PrimeZone "PrimeZone "

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., Feb. 21, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Red Reef Laboratories International, Inc.\'s (Pink Sheets:RRLB) Executive Vice President Peter Versace says, "Everyone is entitled to an opinion. But enough is enough!"
Following is a letter Red Reef Labs sent to the Chairman and Commissioners of The Securities and Exchange Commission today in an effort to help establish an orderly market in the shares of Red Reef Labs and all emerging growth companies.

      :D

      February 21, 2007

      Chairman Christopher Cox
      SEC Headquarters
      100 F Street, NE
      Washington, DC 20549

      Dear Chairman Cox,

Everyone, even remotely aware of equity markets and small cap trading has heard of companies that have fallen victim to illegal, aggressive short selling. Investors, who are willing to accept measured risk for the potential of greater returns, are entitled to a level playing field. Hundreds of investors and entrepreneurs are adversely affected by short-sellers whose profits depend on their efforts to destroy a company\'s ability to access equity capital. Constant, unrelenting pressure on publicly traded shares makes it unattractive to potential investors, seeking ground floor opportunities. This culture of greed, abetted by little or no consequences to their illegal and immoral
behavior, hurts all Americans by discouraging new companies from
"going public", and equity players from making capital available to
start-ups and emerging growth companies. These companies are the
backbone of the American economy and should succeed or fail on their own merit or of their own weight.

We strongly recommend that existing rules be enforced consistently.
Consideration should be given to returning to the three day settlement procedures on all "penny stocks". Delivery versus payment would virtually eliminate short selling as a means of severely harming small companies for profit.
We urge the commission to consider our suggestions and take what ever actions at your disposal to end short selling in violation of your rules, once and for all.

      :D

      Yours Truly,

      /signed/

Ultimately, good investor relations and earnings combine to overcome the \'forces of evil.\' :eek:Red Reef Labs, keenly aware of the dynamics in play, will endure. Our plans for growth and expansion are clear and we are more than satisfied with our progress to date. Fortunately we have found creative ways to reach our objectives and though inconvenienced by market activity, are not the least bit dissuaded. We\'re in for the long haul. Any and all devices or tools available to discourage short selling are being considered and implemented. More importantly, we\'re building and growing!

      Nice pr afterhours

It is pretty sick watching the MMs naked short stocks like RRLB into the ground everyday.

You can tell management is sick and tired of the corruption going on as am I.

I see it everyday in most small caps and its quite sickening to say the least. The little guy virtually has no chance of winning in this market because of it.

RRLB was at .003 premarket yesterday morning and the MMs forced it all the way down with there manipulation to gain a advantage to themselves and rob innocent investors of there money through panick selling.

Its quite a shame. SEC needs to start revoking MMs liscenses for trading with there abuses day in and day out.

Hopefully RRLB will rally out of this crappy range soon.

RRLB (.017) Sale of Unneeded Assets Helps Company Reduce and Reposition Debt

      PrimeZone "PrimeZone "

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. and NAPOLEONVILLE, La., Feb. 23, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Red Reef Laboratories International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RRLB) has successfully completed the disposition of a segment of improved property containing lots that were a part of the strategic acquisition of assets from L1011 and Altfuels of Louisiana. This is the first step in the company's ongoing strategy of extracting value from this particular acquisition by recycling the proceeds of excess property and feeding into operations, resulting in organically building shareholder value.

These lots represent a portion of property not required in Red Reef's overall plans for development of the site, and the proceeds will reduce the short term obligations of the firm and assist in the repositioning of existing debt that was included in the acquisition.

Included in the original acquisition are 4 warehouses totaling 55,000 sq. ft., slated to be the future headquarters for RR Remediation operations and approximately 80 acres of land that are in the process of being evaluated for future development as a part of our recent Joint Venture with JDM Capital Corporation. Our Joint Venture, JDM Reef Capital Management, LLC is currently evaluating that longer term plan for development and will announce the progress as it becomes formed.

Red Reef Labs acquired this property primarily as headquarters for a full service remediation and EMERGENCY RESPONSE division. This location is a strong-hold for existing hurricane damage that presents the opportunity for Red Reef products to be assistive at enhancing existing protocols and issues in this hard hit area of our country. "It is foolhardy and risky to send first responders into a zone laden with bacteria, viruses and spores without first decontaminating the area to make it less hazardous. Current protocols and methods have resulted in broad spread of Katrina Cough, as yet incurable. We may be able to curtail the risk," commented Dr. Claus Wagner-Bartak, President of Red Reef.

Red Reef Laboratories International, Inc. Affirms Its Commitment to Napoleonville, Louisiana in Favor of New Developments

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., March 12, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Red Reef Laboratories International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RRLB) management, in view of the ongoing interest between The Louisiana Airport Authority and the Canadian Commercial Corporation in the development of The Louisiana Transportation Center (LTC), has prompted Red Reef Labs to accelerate its planning of the Napoleonville project located a short distance from the proposed site. In doing so, further disposition of acreage will be refocused to uses for the property as a whole.

The Louisiana Transportation Center is located between Donaldsonville and White Castle, LA, and is proposed as a 25,000 acre multi-modal center. The LTC will be aided by four modes of transportation-roads, rail, water and air. This concept is a cost-savings to companies that locate on site and has the potential to change the global lines of transportation with Louisiana at the forefront.

A study done by Economist Dr. Loren Scott predicts that the LTC has the potential to create over 70,000 jobs, $46 billion in new household earnings for Louisiana citizens, $195 billion in new sales for Louisiana businesses and over $2.5 billion in new taxes to the state.

In a recent interview, Adam Ritchie, Shell Aviation U.S. Regional Operations Manager shared his support of the LTC project and said, "Shell Aviation sees potential effects of the LTC extending far beyond our own focus on aviation fuel supply and services. For example, the project may be a game changer by creating regional jobs and new investment opportunities, improving the competitiveness of Louisiana exports to regional and global markets and acting as a model for the evolution of transport infrastructure in other markets."

Red Reef Labs will seek Highest and Best Uses for their property in view of these developments and is already engaged in useful discussions for potential development along with their Joint Venture partner JDM Capital Corporation, NYC, and others.

Dr. Claus Wagner-Bartak, President of Red Reef Labs states, "In this refocusing process Red Reef will be considering land leases and joint ventures to develop the land for scientific research facilities, hotel accommodations, on-site manufacturing and other services to complement the LTC development plan."

Red Reef Labs is encouraged by the recent developments and for the opportunity for long term profitability of its property holdings in Napoleonville, LA.

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., April 2, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Red Reef Laboratories International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RRLB) management is pleased to announce the company has retained the services of Salon, Marrow, Dyckman, Newman and Broudy, LLP, of 292 Madison Ave., NYC, as SEC counsel.

Dr. Claus Wagner-Bartak, President of Red Reef, is quoted: "The depth of experience and range of expertise Salon, Marrow represents compliments the plans for growth and development that Red Reef is embarked upon. Many law firms of the stature and standing of Salon, Marrow will not accept clients in their early stages of development and provide the level of counsel and guidance necessary. Red Reef, dedicated to the appreciation of value for our shareholders, appreciates the opportunity to add this distinguished law firm to our team."
