I haven't been following it closely at all recently, so I can't guess what it's going to do. But the last quarterly report makes it clear that they are in a bind with the convertible notes which is why they went from 100MM to ??Bln shares once again.

The convertibles are scary in that they provide for conversion at the rate of 25% of the fair value of the share price, usually the lowest three closes in a week. Thus, if the price is $1, these guys convert at $.25. Then when they dump those shares, the price tumbles. So if the stock is at .0001, these guys get shares at .000025.

This is the scary language of their most recent SEC filing: "As of November 30, 2006, the Company did not have a sufficient number of authorized shares of common stock available if all of the convertible secured and convertible subordinated debenture holders decided to convert their debt into the Company’s common stock. The Company has increased the number of authorized shares to 10,000,000,000 (See Note F) to partly rectify the situation but a possible shortfall may exist (See Note N - below). The provisions of the convertible secured debentures call for a 24% penalty on the amount of debt a note holder attempts to convert and if there are not enough authorized shares available to do so (See Note C with regard to the convertible secured debentures). However the convertible subordinated debenture agreements do not contain a provision to address the inability of the debt holders to convert and the possible financial effects of this are unknown (See Notes D and N)."

The note holders only convert shares piece by piece because if they ever convert more than 5% of the company's stock, then they are control persons under 144 and those shares become restricted.

In this case, there are so many convertible notes that it's a bleeding machine.

That's not to say that the stock won't spike during a quiet period, but I personally don't see an end in sight to the dilution.

What's worse is they've got an investor with an anti-dilution clause that allows him more stock each time the shares are diluted. He's always entitled to 1.6% of the company no matter how many shares are issued. (That's the kinda shares I wanna own!).

The information I just supplied you with was from the quarterly reports in Jan of 2007 and also http://wrightreports.ecnext.com/coms2/reportdesc_COMPANY_194…

Notice that the company has assets such as a historical film library which was purchased in 2005 for $250,000. It is probably worth alot more than that now since they got a deal on it. Also they own a majority interest in American Sports Venture who does major advertizing on television. This is important to know because if this company ever needs cash in a hurry they would be able to liquidate some of their assets instead of file for bankruptcy. And how you ask is the market price of their stock at .0003/share when they have assets like these and Revenues of almost $600,000 in 2006???? This is wayyyyyy undervalued right now which is why I have invested here at these current prices. They won't be here for long imo.
